Villa Mandorlo is an ancient farmhouse completely restored following all the current standards of eco-sustainability which are similarly applied to the whole Farm, which produces and exports excellent DOCG and IGT Tuscan wines. The Bio-architectural winery of Podere Pomaio is among the 14 most beautiful Wine Cellars of Tuscany for the Toscana Wine Architecture project. At the cellar you can also reserve wine tastings and tours of the farm, together with the visit to the beautiful vineyards.Panoramic garden and swimming pool. Villa Mandorlo offers a private garden (around 500 sqm) and a beautiful swimming pool both extremely panoramic, overlooking the valley, the surrounding hills and the lovely city of Arezzo, and which give really charming sceneries. In Arezzo there are shops, supermarkets and typical restaurants together with works of art of great value from renowned artists such as Piero della Francesca and Giorgio Vasari. The shell shape pool, size mt 6,50x8,40 (depth mt 1,30 - open from 01st May to 30th September), is placed right in front of the airy dining-room which with its large windows offers, besides the view, also the possibility of unforgettable dinners at pool side. Atmosphere and charm of the ancient Tuscan farmhouses. Furnishing and equipment of an excellent standard and comfortable and functional as well, allow to spend a memorable vacation, immersed in the atmosphere of the ancient Tuscan farmhouses. An arrival dinner will be offered by the owners (for bookings of 7 days minimum), together with a breakfast basket for the following day.
GROUND FLOOR: entrance on living room with sofas and Satellite TV, large and airy dining room with glass window and kitchen with wood burning oven, overlooking the swimming pool and the below valley, external patio with relax spot. Two double bedrooms both with private bathroom with shower, one of which with fireplace.
FIRST FLOOR: with access through internal staircase, three double bedrooms each with private bathroom with shower, one of which with panoramic balcony.
BASEMENT: laundry room and bathroom with WC, washbasin and bidet.

Mid-week cleaning with change of linen and towels (for bookings of 7 days minimum).

Welcome dinner on arrival day (for bookings of 7 days minimum).
Welcome basket for breakfast.

NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
Breakage deposit Euro 300 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay).During their stay, should travellers cause any damage to the property, they will be liable for the associated costs.
Wood for fireplace, 300 kg included in the price then Euro 15 each 100 kg (if used).
Tourist tax Euro 3 per person per day applied for the first 4 days only. Children up to 12 years do not pay.

It is not possible to recharge electric cars at the house, but it is necessary to go to charging stations located a few kilometres away.
