3 bedroom, single full bath ranch style home on a quiet dirt road with large terraced deck overlooking the back yard with fire pit. Peaceful and private large back yard
Harlow Landing beach stairs access is less than 5 minute walk, here you reach the path that leads to the stairs which will bring you down onto the sand. There is an additional walk on beach access that is about a 10 minute walk from house. Please feel free to inquire about access in your inquiry

Upper Cape Cod area with loads of family activities. Enjoy the livelihood in and around historic Plymouth MA a short drive north. Step back in time and witness the local fare and energy of Plimoth Patuxet Plantation; shop the historic waterfront. 1 hour south of Boston, 10 minute over the bridge and onto Cape Cod. An easy day trip to Cape Cod National Seashore and the dunes of the Outer Cape. Explore, enjoy, shop and dine the charm of old Cape Cod villages like Chatham, Eastham and Wellfleet to name a few... Or a majestic ferry ride from the Plymouth waterfront to the tip of Cape Cod and the historic fishing village of Provincetown.

Lenny and Ed do a great job of caring for their guests. The home is well stocked with items, it’s very clean and is in a great location. WiFi access was great. This is a quiet location and close to the beach. We took many walks around the neighborhood and enjoyed meeting the locals as well as other folks that were vacationing in the area. This cottage is at the top of our list for our next vacation.

Great place to stay great for families

We had a great time my daughter loved the bunk beds and the beach was private and everyone that was done there was very nice .The only draw back was my father had a hard time down to beach do to how high stairs were ,but we had a great time.

A wonderful week

Having grown up in Manomet, I was searching for a place to introduce my grandchildren to the area. The house was perfect and the beach as stunning as I remembered. It was a great vacation and Ed and Lenny were terrific hosts.

Manomet Visit

This is a lovely home on a quiet street, in walking distance of a beach. The house is well furnished. The kitchen is well equipped. Outdoor seating and a lovely yard are a plus.

Beach vacation

Cute three bedroom with great kitchen, nice grill, easy access to the beach, and beautifully landscaped outdoor space with lots of seating. Especially loved watching the birds at the bird feeders. Owners couldn’t have been more responsive. Lovely people.

Fantastic Place

Everything was just as identified in the write up plus more. Very clean and well supplied with basic necessities. Spacious and plenty of room inside and outside. Access to local beach was within a ten minute walk. Stairs to the beach was fun if you never had to walk 123 steps to the sand. Could be a challenge if carring a bunch of items. If you don't like the stairs, there are plenty of lovely beaches within a fifteen minute drive. Overall, the beach was Clean, Quiet, Roomy and a Very Lovely Location. Local restaurants were five stars. Food, service and all very close. The owners were available to communicate with throughout the time we spent. A Great place to stay and Highly recommended.

Such a cute place

This was such a nice place to stay! Really close walk to the beach and the house itself was super clean and spacious. Loved the multi level deck, there was so much space to relax and hang out. We got to meet the owner who was really nice! We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely stay as always

This was our third summer renting Lenny and Ed’s property in Manomet. We absolutely love the landscaped private yard and the proximity to the quiet beach. Kids are already asking us to book it again for next summer.

Amazing home away from home

Our family loved our stay. The house is fantastic, and the owners are very responsive. We enjoyed the comfort of the house and the expanded deck that was put it in this spring. On top of all of this it is a very short walk to the beach!

A Most Welcoming Home!

I had rented this Comfortable, Cozy Home for my Daughter and Her Family ~ From the beginning of the rental process the Hosts were most Welcoming! And, Yes! the Weather was July Perfection! My Daughter and Her Family loved the Home and Enjoyed their Time there very much! The Home is Clean, with Charming Decor and Comfortable, inside and out! Much Attention has been given to All from the details inside to the Lovely Plants, Deck, Outside Shower, Spacious Backyard and room for 2 Cars in the Driveway! ( The Home is Even Better than the Good Pictures!) The Neighborhood is Lovely and Peaceful - Perfect for nice walks! The Beach and the Views are Terrific! The Only Drawback was as others have mentioned, the Stairs to the Lovely Beach are a bit Challenging! Worth the Challenge but just take it Slow! We look forward to returning to this Charming Home! We Thank Our Hosts for allowing us to enjoy their Comfortable, Cozy Home!

Wonderful Beach House

We loved our stay in Manomet. The house has a spacious yard for sitting out and enjoying the wild life - or sitting around the fire pit on cool evenings. The beach was a short walk from the house and greeted us with all the sounds, feel and smell of the ocean. The house was stocked with the necessities for cooking, cleaning and laundry. Just bring your food & drink! We met the hosts, Lenny and Ed who were absolutely wonderful. We will be back!

Lovely, Peaceful Place!

We enjoyed our time in this house immensely. The property is well maintained and well stocked with supplies. The beach is peaceful and clean. Ed and Lenny were very attentive and welcoming and responded whenever I reached out. We will definitely be back!

Best Rental Ever Stayed In

The house was perfectly set up. Everything you could want was available, right where you would expect it to be. Had all the little touches that went beyond our expectations. Great beds, comfortable furniture, relaxing back yard, all down a quiet street We would certainly stay again.

Manomet is a jewel of the South Shore

Manomet is an absolute gem of a place, with kind and friendly people, beautiful, tree-lined roads, and a beach experience that is embracing and stunning. The waters of Cape Cod Bay are inviting and warm, and the people of Manomet will greet you with a smile and a greeting every time you pass one of them. This cottage was the very best beach rental we have ever had, and we are already making plans to be back here next year. The cottage was clean, of a good size, and well-appointed with every convenience imaginable, and the grill and beautiful backyard deck allowed our family a wonderful place to eat and relax after long sunny days at the beach. The outdoor shower is spacious and the water pressure in it was terrific as well. The bathroom and bedrooms are clean, and the furniture and appliances are all new and well cared for. You really couldn't ask for more in a beach rental. As an added bonus, the yards of the house are impeccably landscaped, and there are a collection of bird feeders set up that allow you to observe some of the most beautiful native Massachusetts birds as well. It's truly a stunning home, and it comes to feel like home to you moments after you settle in. The owners were attentive and helpful, and easy to contact. We didn't have any problems on our stay, but if we had, I have no doubt they'd have reached out to us immediately.

Great rental

Great rental near the beach. About 5 minutes walk from door to shore. My kids loved looking for hermit crabs! The stairs to the beach are relatively steep if you have anyone in your party that has any mobility challenges, but there are a number of “walk-on” beaches close by. House is very clean, deck and landscaping are beautiful. Everything you could need for cooking and eating in the kitchen. Owners were very nice and responsive. I would absolutely stay here again.

Absolutely perfect!

Our week in Manomet was absolutely perfect. The comfortable home was exactly as advertised, clean, very well stocked, 5-minutes to a gorgeous private beach, an outside shower that worked lol, etc. We couldn’t have asked for more! I think we’ve (finally) found our annual vacation house! Jack & Margot

The house was extremely clean, well stocked with everything including utensils, dishes, beach chairs, and wood! The owners Lenny and Ed are great friendly people. The beach is a perfect quiet atmosphere, while the ocean is calm with little to no waves. Going back next year!

Manomet beach house

Manomet beach house is very cute and perfectly located for a short walk to the beach and a close bike ride or short car ride to some small shops and a few restaurants. There are tennis courts and a basketball court just up the road. The beach does have quite a few stairs but it was good exercise a few times a day. You can walk the beach for over a mile. There are some rocks so you may need to wear something on your feet but there is a great low tide with a sandbar very close to where you enter the beach. Beds were comfortable, outdoor shower was great with hot water, nice little back yard that was private, kitchen space was good with lots of pots, pans and etc. The homeowner was very easy to work with and we would definitely like to return some day.
