The location worked out very well and the tennis courts were literally out the back door which was fantastic.

Evacuation vacation

We had a planned vacation that turned into our evacuation from Ida. The property was as advertised and the management was accommodating and friendly. Will definitely stay here again, hopefully under better circumstances.

Quietly tucked away

We had a stay. The location sits a little off of the roadway which is nice if want to avoid traffic noise. This unit is located next to a nature trail that we enjoyed. It is also right next to the tennis courts and pool. Very quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors.

The nature trail was such a bonus to the tennis courts and swimming pools. We loved how quiet the area is and how it's within walking distance to a shopping area and just across the street from the beach! We will definitely rent this unit again in the future!

To our own fault, we did not realize there would be a ton of teenagers riding bikes all week, which made getting back and forth from places difficult. Basic and clean

This property is perfectly adequate for the price. It was very clean other than the sofa but that is to be expected for a beach rental. The location is quiet and safe and about a 10 min walk to the beach. There is a nice cafe (Pig something) within walking distance as well as 2 different ice cream shops. The general store didn't open until 10 though so that was a bummer when we tried to get ice. One note...we would recommend that the wifi password as well as the directions to the beach access be written somewhere in the unit (on the fridge or something). We would stay here again. The beach is amazing.

So crowded:(

Pool was small and loaded with little kids. Adults have a difficult time enjoying the pool. Beach access took some walking and the beach near was packed. For the cost of our stay, we felt that it was not worth it. Of course the beach is beautiful when one can see from behind all the umbrellas:(

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location! Great two-story townhouse with everything you need for a week-long stay! Very, very clean and neat! Main bathroom upstairs is two parts with a door in between the shower/toilet and the sink so two people can be in there at the same time. It's not the Taj Mahal but if you're looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay, this is it! We will definitely be back! Candy at Seagrove rentals is awesome!

Tennis courts are directly behind this unit but their use was not an issue. Minor issue with unit which was handled immediately by the property manager. 9 minute walk to the beach, so travel light or bring a beach wagon. I

NOT MY KINDA PLACE

Did not like the area at all, way too crowded, and too much traffic (foot, bikes, golf carts, cars). While the the beach is beautiful, its way too crowded, and not convenient to condo. Pool was more like a hot tub, not refreshing at all. Restaurants are way way overpriced and hard to get a reservation. We've been to other beach areas that were less crowded and less expensive, and just as nice if not nicer. Sorry We won't be back.

It is odd to pay to stay somewhere and have to bring your own toilet paper. The area was lovely but more populated/crowded than expected. It's a nice location. You can walk to the beach, but if you're carrying lots of things, there is a place someone can drop you off to make it easier. The beach and water are lovely; the public stretch of beach isn't huge, but we always found a place to set up.The tennis courts are also marked for pickle ball, and we got in a couple of games which was nice. Everything was clean: the condo, the pool, the property, and the beach. We had a nice time. Would visit again, perhaps in cooler months.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The surrounding area-was nice. Not too far from the beach. Very quiet community. The property management was responsive to calls and emails. When we arrived the unit was not cleaned throughly. There was one wall that was very dirty. Carpet and floors look like they had not been swept. We did find two cockroaches during our stay. There was only one roll of toilet paper, one garbage bag, no dish soap, or hand soap.

Cassine Stay During Sally

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time staying at Cassine Gardens # 271 in spite of Hurricane Sally dcausing several inches of rain during our stay. We enjoyed our nice condo, riding bikes, eating at local restaurants and walking on the beach during the days when the weather was nice which was 4 days of our 7 days there.
