Andalusian Villa with heated pool and private garden

Very equipped and quiet house, ideal friends and families with children, with capacity for up to 10 people.

Finca Bella-Vista is a rustic property of 4000 m. completely flat and fenced (very intimate and private), inside is a cozy house of 210 m., 360m terraces, swimming pool, double Balinese bed, outdoor kitchen, gardens and covered parking area.

It is distributed in:
-4 bedrooms (2 with double beds, another with 2 single beds and the room with two single beds and a 2-seater sofa bed). The master bedroom (large in size) has its own bathroom and a large dressing room.
- 2 full bathrooms (one with a bath and the other with a shower).
- The living room is designed as an open space, has an exceptional Carrara marble fireplace and a large dining room for up to 10 people, the kitchen is open to the living room with a breakfast area with Silestone countertop, is fully equipped ( oven, vitro, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, television, microwave, etc, dishes, cutlery, utensils, small appliances). In the living room we have several LED TV sofas with satellite (satellite TV connected to the Astra satellite, check according to your country of origin which channels broadcast this satellite open).

The house is fully heated with cold / heat in each of its rooms.

If your idea is to travel with children we have a beautiful garden area, swings, slide and some toys.

The garden area (practically the entire plot) has a well-kept lawn that borders the 9x5 pool. Towards this area there is a raised terrace with hammocks and wonderful views of the Alhaurin mountains and the pool and garden. In the pool area we have a large Balinese bed with capacity for four adults. In this area the outdoor kitchen with refrigerator and gas iron is located. To the south of the house and under the shade of a leafy mulberry we have the outdoor dining room for 10 people where you can enjoy meals outdoors to the relaxing sound of an old fountain. In the large garden there are large palm trees, centenary olive trees, jacarandas, grass meadows, planters, antiques and varied garden plants.
The pool has purification equipment and lights, the garden has automatic irrigation, these extremes do not require any maintenance in a normal occupation for 1 week which means great privacy for guests.

The whole plot has a wide exterior lighting that makes the nights outside with the weather of this part of Spain, fabulous for meals outside, bathrooms, etc. The house is stocked with bed linen and towels. As well as garden furniture (tables, chairs, hammocks, etc.)

The access to the house is completely paved, having only to deviate from the regional road 300 m. The farm is located on the outskirts of Alhaurin de la Torre (3 km) in a villa and farmhouse area on 5000 m plots. approx.
In Alhaurin de la torre we have excellent restaurants, supermarkets (Lidl, Aldi, Mercadona), pharmacies, bars, etc.

Also we are about 15 km from Malaga and its airport and about 20/30 minutes from the main beaches of the Costa del Sol (Torremolinos, Fuengirola, Mijas, Marbella, etc). So you can be in the pool or on the beach but without the stress of the coast in summer. If you like golf about 3km away, there is the "Laurogolf" golf course.
If you want to know Andalucia the house is located in the center and you can visit monumental cities such as Ronda (1 hour), Granada (1.5 hour), Seville (2 hours), Cordoba (1.5 hours), etc.

The house is totally private and very quiet.

The house is ideal for stays throughout the year because sunny days are predominant and temperatures are very pleasant in this area because it is close to the sea and protected from the winds by the nearby mountains. You can enjoy meals, readings, outdoor conversations practically all year.
