Enjoy our unique art deco/modern beach cottage at the Boardwalk. You have everything you need in our luxuriously decorated, large stand-alone home. Two bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms, three flat screen TV's, gourmet kitchen with everything you need to cook for your family. High-speed wifi, cable, and a designated private, off the road, parking spot next to the cottage is included. You can also enjoy all the amenities of the beautiful Windwood Seas Condominiums, including a (heated in Winter ) swimming pool and BBQ courtyard. Amazing!

Beautiful property just steps from the beach and Broadwalk. Walking distance to great bars and restaurants. This home has great character and is decorated wonderfully. It is stocked with everything you need for a great stay. Jackie and Joe are great hosts. You can't go wrong with this property. Highly recommend.

Lovely Hollywood Getaway

Jackie was such an amazing host and provided the best hospitality during our stay - great communication, everything was labeled and provided all the things you would need for a beach stay. Having a pool and laundry facilities in the complex was so helpful and it was easy access to the Broadwalk and beach. A++++

Perfect location with every detail thought of.

We had a wonderful 6-week stay at the beach cottage. Jackie is the perfect hostess and has truly thought of every detail. This is the best equipped rental home I’ve seen. Quiet street and steps to the boardwalk and beach. This is it folks!

Amazing!!!!

This cottage was the perfect place to stay in Hollywood. It was like having a home away from home. Jackie was so great and very responsive to any question we had. The beds are so comfy and it’s such a bonus that both bed rooms have their own on suite. The location is fantastic....literally steps to the boardwalk and beach and a short stroll to a great selection of restaurants. The well appointed kitchen was also great for the stay in nights. Everything was very clean and being in a cottage with its own entrances was perfect from a social distancing perspective. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Our BEST Florida vacation rental by far!

When we were surprisingly cancelled by our first "paid" reservation at the last minute, we found this property! What a lucky turn of events...SUPERIOR over the high-rise condo we initially reserved. The cottage was well cared for and very comfortable for 4. Excellent location, close to everything, most importantly the beach. The pool is saltwater which was a lovely surprise. The farmer's market on the weekend; also a welcoming benefit. Lots of great restaurants and shopping within walking distance. And the owners were extremely responsive and accommodating. We would certainly rent again.

Hollywood beach gem!

Cozy 2 bedroom 2 bath cottage steps away from the famous Hollywood Broadwalk & beach with easy access to nearby pool, heated in winter. Open floor plan with fully equipped kitchen, large dining room and living room. Dedicated parking space; very important! Each bedroom has their own bath with shower. The owner provides all the essentials to enjoy a beach vacation...towels, chairs, cooler, etc. While we were reluctant to take a chance on renting via HomeAway and the internet, we're certainly very happy that we did. We'll be back!

Best Beach Vacation Ever

Everything we hoped for; everything we dreamed… our stay at the cottage was the first of many. It is the perfect location on the south end of the Broadwalk, at the best beach in the country, in my opinion. Jackie and Joe are superb hosts who have stocked the cottage with anything a person could need. And the beds… aaaahhhh, after a 17 hour drive. Lovely bath towels, and enough for everyone. And so close to the beach you can run back and crush up some slushy drinks in the blender without packing up all your stuff. A five star restaurant on the next street over; good Cuban food nearby… if you are reading this review and trying to decide if you should book it, just do it! More than 5 stars!

I cannot say enough about how wonderful this 2 Bedrm 2Bath Cottage by the Sea really is simply that 'WONDERFUL'! The location is literally a 1 min walk from the Broadwalk & the Beach, in addition a very SHORT drive down to Hollywood Blvd. & U.S. 1. The owner Jackie, is truly amazing! You can access her anytime, and she's ALWAYS there to help with ANYTHING! The cottage is equipped, especially the kitchen, with all you may need/want to do any type of preparation/cooking etc. Honestly, it was my mini home away from home.

2nd time at Jackie and Joe’s beach cottage

You can really feel the love at this home. Jackie is a wonderful communicator the place is spotless with lots of homey touches. This was our second time there. I will say Hollywood Isn’t the most dog friendly place so we weren’t able to take them on the broadwalk and we like to take our small pups with us everywhere we go. Also the old Hollywood Resort is kind of a magnet for a bit of undesirables but It’s going to be either torn down or turned into something soon ( we hope). This place is a gem and we really loved the snacks and food Jackie and Joe left for us. Do yourself a favor and just book it! 😊

Great Place

Renting from Jackie was very easy, she was the best host ever, we got in late and she made sure we had drinks and snacks to hold us over until the next day. The house is very comfortable and nicely decorated. She has everything you would need for the beach and pool. The only disappointment was that the grills were charcoal and not gas. We prefer gas so we didn’t use them. We will know better the next time we go along with the laundry situation. No big deal had brought plenty of clothes. Jackie thank you and Joe again for having such a great place to visit. We are hoping the next time we come we could bring another couple to enjoy the place as much as we did.

Location, Location, Location!!

This classic house, with its many updated features, is just a half-block from the Atlantic beach and the Hollywood Beach Broadwalk (yes, that's what they call it!). So many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Many family-owned Greek, Italian, and Mexican places with authentic food from their regions. The house is truly "a home away from home". Jackie has made it welcoming with many pictures and collectibles from their world travels. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need. Comfortable beds, updated kitchen and baths. A heated pool on the property and two coin washers/dryers on-site. The adjoining Winwood property is kept so clean. Charcoal grills and picnic tables there to use. Security gates to and from the pool and laundry. Great wifi and smart tvs. Thank you, Jackie for sharing your lovely home with us!

Hollywood Beach Steps Away

My wife and really enjoyed our stay 4/10-17. Jackie started reaching out to us weeks before our stay. Communication with Jackie was outstanding prior and during our stay! The cottage was tastefully decorated. The beds, linens and towels were Very nice. The kitchen was completely stocked with all the dishes, knives, pots you would need to prepare meals for a small or large family. Jackie provided beach towels, chairs, kids toys, coolers and beach umbrellas. The property is very clean and secure. The heated pool is an great added amenity. Location was under 9 miles from the Ft Lauderdale airport. So many choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner within walking or short Lyft ride. Hollywood Beach Broadwalk is an outstanding place to rent bikes, have a drink, listen to live music, people watch and enjoy a variety different foods. We look forward to returning to the area and if available stay at Jackie’s cottage again. You will Not be disappointed! 5 Stars!

Perfect in every way!!

Four of us just spent ten days at the beach cottage. This was our first visit to Hollywood and we fell in Love with the cottage and the area. The location is perfect. Steps away from the Broadwalk, and the beach. The beach is one of the nicest beaches we have ever been to. Jackie, the owner, provides all the beach necessities you might need. Coolers, umbrellas, chairs. She even has sunscreen for you to use. The cottage is steps away from an organic famers market that is open every sunday. The produce and the fruit were amazing. We were able to walk everywhere for dining, entertainment, ice cream, etc.. There is also a very nice size pool for renters to use, if they wish to. The beach was beautiful so we spent our days there. The cottage was spotless and everything is provided from linens to paper products. We have been renting through VRBO for many years now, and I have to say that Jackie is the nicest owner I have ever dealt with. She is friendly, responds immediately to any question or concern you have, and goes out of her way to make sure you are enjoying yourself and the cottage. This experience was one of the best we have ever had renting. She is very honest, and accommodating. We will definitely rent again, and are looking forward to our next stay at the cottage by the sea!!! Thank You Jackie!!

Magical Cottage by the Sea - Location Location Location

We just had the perfect vacation in the Art Deco era cottage at 314 Harrison St in Hollywood Beach, Florida. The charming and completely updated house was immaculately clean, well decorated and very comfortably so, and equipped with everything you could need for use at the beach. There was an excellent kitchen with all sorts of equipment open to a dining room, and even a delightful bar. The large bedrooms each with a newly renovated ensuite [great showers!] featured beds with excellent memory foam mattresses. The living room had a comfortable leather sectional sofa with chaise and a giant HDTV, and very good Wi-Fi. Steps out the side door was a great community barbecue area with picnic tables and next to that a very nice pool situated to provide a warm shelter for sunbathing on windy days. Washers and driers were conveniently located adjacent to the pool. But the best thing about the house by far was the location just a few steps from a quiet section of the Hollywood Broadwalk and its perfect beach [but only a few blocks from excellent restaurants and bars along the oceanfront and the intracoastal]. And restaurants on nearby Hollywood Blvd were a mere $6 Uber ride away. On Saturdays we enjoyed a great produce market about 50 yards away on the broadwalk, and everyday, right next to that, bike rental places. Okay, so maybe the 15 days of perfect weather we lucked into may have influenced our opinion when we say, definitively: this place is as good as it gets.

So convenient!

Our family of four (two adults, and two small children) stayed in this cottage for one week over the Christmas holiday. I highly recommend it, and look forward to staying there again in the future. The owners were wonderfully clear in their communication. There was a designated parking space, and it is located only a few steps from the boardwalk and beach. The interior was clean, and the two beds were comfortable. The kitchen is updated, and everything worked! They provided beach towels, and had many helpful home necessities (soap and shampoo). It was so nice to walk to breakfast, walk to the beach, rent a cabana and chairs, and then walk back at the end of the day, hop in the pool, and then be “home”. The convenience was key for us. If you are looking for a relaxing beach vacation, this is the place to stay!

Truely home from home!

Wow! Loved it, everything you could possibly want, from sit back and relax to beach holiday. Which is just metres away from the front door! Shops, bars, restaurants, celebrity homes a short ride away via car or water taxi. We would definitely recommend stopping in this cottage, and no doubt if we got to this area again it would be my number one choice of accommodation

Great time at the beach!!

My family and I have spent a great week at this cottage. First of all, I would like to say thank you to Jacquie if you happen to see this review. The cottage is located so close to the Hollywood beach boardwalk. Upon our arrival the cottage was extremely clean and instructions were clear on what to do. Jacquie made sure that the cottage had all furnishings and everything you could have needed to have fun and not have to think about things that you need from shampoos to laundry detergents to beach chairs, etc, I mean she though of everything. Even if you had any questions she answered the phone and was helpful. I highly, highly, recommend this cottage to anyone who wants to visit the area. I do plan to return again. Great Week!!

beautiful week at the beach cottage

My family and I have just spend a week in the beach cottage. The house is well located, very near from the beautiful Holywood beach. The cottage was very clean at our arrival and the instructions very clear to get into the cottage. Everything is furnished in the cottage itself, from linens to shampoo. And even some chairs and umbrellas for the beach. There is a nice pool that we did not use because the weather was so warm that we were always at the beach. Absolutely wonderful beach house!

My family and I (2 adults, 3 children) stayed here for a week in April and had a wonderful time. The location was perfect, quiet, safe and steps from the beautiful beach and Hollywood Broadwalk. There is a nice private pool, grilling area and reserved parking spot steps from the door. The house itself was so nice and cosy with lots of room for the 5 of us. The beds are very comfortable and there is bathroom with a shower in each bedroom. Everything is modern and comfortable. Air conditioning and WiFi work great. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed for cooking. I absolutely loved the house and the area so much I wish I could live there. I can't say enough about the owner Jackie. She was very helpful and kind. Simply a lovely person. The whole experience was exceptional and I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in Hollywood Beach.

We came from the Caribbean in the mid 1970's and nothing makes us happier than to get away from Miami and stay at the beach cottage.

Hollywood Beach is one of the TOP Ten beaches in USA.
Many Americans now enjoy staying here as an alternative to Traveling abroad.
The Canadians love this area in particular as it is quiet and mostly low density accommodations. Our Beach cottage is like being in a single family home and our Hurricane Impact windows seals out what little noise might come from the street. As a family with 14 Grand children, we are building a" foundation of Memories" for the children to pass on to the next generation.
These memories were a part of our own happy childhood, when we were brought up, living in the Caribbean island of Jamaica.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The location of the Cottage is just about the best place to be.
Its is an original, old, "art deco" house that truly has been updated with sound proof impact doors and windows, new quarts counters, updated open bar kitchen, and central air-conditioning. Each bedroom has its own En-suite bathrooms, and the private off the road parking is just outside the kitchen door.
The Bar-B-Q area is just outside the kitchen door and the shared pool, is in the back of the cottage, as is the laundry room.
This is a small Condo community with only 40 units, and as there are resident Owners, this particular destination is constantly maintaining its uniqueness as well as its value.
Our entire family use this cottage as their beach cottage... and now the Grandchildren are coming to visit from universities or collage breaks "more often, than not!" And as their grandparents we just love this.....!
Many of our guests are repeating their visits, as the Windwood Seas Community is WELL MANAGED and WELL MAINTAINED.
Our owners take pride in their ownership, and we maintain our uniqueness with pride and purpose. I hope you will consider staying here and feel as welcomed, as much as our family do, when returning to their childhood memories and " Happy Place" on Hollywood Beach, Florida.
