The perfect position inside of City walls gives you an advantage to be a walking distance from all main attraction in Old city Dubrovnik.
There is only 2 minutes’ walk, down the steps to the main promenade Stradun that leads to Onofrio's fountain, Sponza Palace and all other attraction within 5minutes walk.
The best known beach Banje is only 5 minutes away on foot.
Apartments are in near vicinity of different restaurants, pizza places, bars, gallery's and shops.

Guest can enjoy exploring the Old city and also try a different sight to the town with panoramic views from the Cable car situated only 2minutes walk from the apartments.

Great room in the heart of Old Town

Best kept secret

Once I found my little place, i was in heaven! Quaint, perfectly located close to the east gate and bell tower. Easy to roam around in the Old City and get the real vibe of how people must have lived for millennia! Loved it!

Small but nice

Place is very small, not much space around bed, but it is quite nice inside and in the old town. The balcony pictures you see are not infront of your place, but a step up in front of another listing (prob same owner but awkward to be infront of another place). Plenty of stairs to get to the place from the main street but that is common for places as residents are generally at the top of the hill.

Charming city

We were led to believe we could sit on patio Chairs were outside someone else’s apt up stairs and always full. Our apt was clean but bed linens should be replaced - maybe clean but old and dingy. Safe didn’t work and fire alarm battery dead. AC and hot water great

Lovely holiday

Spent 5 nights at this property and had a great holiday. Apartment was small but perfectly fine for us. The location is excellent and the air conditioning and shower were both great. Only downside was the outdoor space which has been mentioned in recent reviews - the apartment is advertised as with a terrace but the picture shows the terrace outside the apartment next door and whilst we were there was exclusively used by both the families there during our stay. It therefore doesn’t have a terrace and this listing needs correcting as we booked this for the terrace! As it happened it didn’t spoil our stay but needs to removed from the description to avoid further confusion.

Dubrovnik first timers

We stayed in the apart for 4 nights May 23. Lidia was very responsive and helped is find it. In it right near - like 1 minute from Buza gate uo the top. So lots of stairs down to the Stradum but was fine. Very clean and quiet which is something in the old town. We loved being central and could pop back home for a sietsa or a shower etc. It was hot. The little courtyard was nice and there are some chairs. Yes you share with other unit but honestly we never saw anyone It is a small apartMent and not a lot of room for luggage but we made it work. Perfect for a solo too. Totally would stay there again. Thank you.

Very good, although inaccuracies

Excellent location (1 min from Buza gate no need to drag yr luggage on the many steps of the old city. Independent access on courtyard. Quiet. Very neat and clean. Tiny but perfectly equipped. Strong and hot shower. Picture with courtyard misleading: most of it, including table and chairs, assigned to neighbouring appartement (confirmed by cleaning gentleman). Window opens on courtyard so no privacy once you open the window. In conclusion: highly recommended. Note : to reach the place it's easy if you look at the map, just after passing the Buza gate, on the wall on your right. Room is marked "sobe" at N°4.

Great Location.

Stunning old Town. Great location to stay. Very cozy room. AC works. Picture to the place is misreading as the balcony with seats which I'd really fancied actually is outside the other one. We did sit in the tables twice but unluckily for us the 1st time the cleaner was shaking his head at us and 2nd time the people staying came back and not happy! Perhaps unlucky. Finding the place was not easy but we areived at night. The owner hadn't provided the exact loaction and kept referring us to google maps. Which didn't work. So for others its Ul. Hanibala Lucića 4. As soon as i found this out finally it is easy and very close to the Buza gate so very handy. Yes there are lots of stairs but my wife and I enjoyed this part.

2 nights Lamia room NO TERRACE!

The advert says with terrace don't be fooled the terrace belongs to next door not you!!!!! If like us there was a group staying next door and they are sitting outside late at night or early morning then they are outside your bedroom door and you are not getting any sleep. The property was clean but very small, smaller than our son's single room student accommodation ! Did not unpack no where to hang anything.The shower room is tiny. If you are on the loo your knees hit the door and I' m not tall. Larger people would struggle to get in the actual shower. The wifi worked for the first night but not the second and Netflix and the safe both failed to work at any point. We tried both phone numbers for the hosts and left text messages NO response. Obviously would not recommend it to anyone. We have used air b&b in Dubrovnik before and had a good experience but not this time.

Delightful stay and great experience

Cozy apartment just inside the North tower. Now I understand what "the Old City" means--no cars and lots of stair! Very quiet and relaxing.

Pretty apartment on quiet street!

We loved our stay! Great location although a little difficult to find. Lots of steps but worth it! Apt was very clean, quiet and good air conditioning - had everything we needed! Thank you!

Situé en haut de la veille ville, pratique pour tout faire à pied mais ne pas avoir peur des marches! La veille ville en est remplie! Terrasse de la chambre agréable par beau temps! Chambre petite mais propre manque juste de place pour faire sécher les vêtements en cas de pluie comme nous avons eux! Quelques patères seraient appréciables. Deux matelas et trop mous pour nous!

Beautiful room in gorgeous location

Room in old town close to buza gate so idea for taxi/bus/cablecar . Quiet little spot at top of city. Lovely little area to sit and have breakfast outside. Fresh Orange juice stall a few doors up. The room is small but beautifully done and more than adequate for stay in the amazing city. Many steps in city, but so nice to feel part of the history. There are many bars and restaurants a stones throw away. Perfect spot

Lovely room in a quaint old building. Very clean and comfortable.

The apartment had a very nice terrace and it is very conveniently situated near one of the main enuances to the walled city. Close to shops and restaurants.
