This is an excellent ocean view condo in the Palm Beach Marriott (r) Resort and Spa on Singer Island. Recently awarded the 2020 Traveller Review Award from Booking.com, this spectacular 4.5 resort is directly on the ocean. As Manager, we at Singer Island Rentals, offer the lowest rates in Palm Beach Marriott (r) Resort and Spa on Singer Island where this private condo is located in it's main building.

In-Room Amenities:
- Washer/dryer and upgraded kitchen appliances
- Basic cooking tools
- Utensils, dishes and glasses
- Bed linens and bath towels

Guests have free access to:
- Fitness Center
- 3 restaurants ( 3800 Ocean, Reef Tiki Bar, Lagoon Cantina)
- 2 pool areas one including a kid's designated water slide and waterfall
- Free towels available at pool for your use at the pools and the beach

Other on-site amenities offering paid services include:
- Snorkeling + beach activities
- The Kid's Club
- The Si Spa (full service spa)
- Beach chair rentals

Fees to note:
- The only on-site parking opportunity is valet parking, provided at an additional fee by Marriott (r)
- Daily housekeeping with or without a complete linen change is available at an additional fee
- Internet access is free in lobby
- There is an in-room internet charge of $9.95/day for up to 5 users. Owner of the unit will reimburse $9.95/day when receipt is submitted.
- Crib rental and delivery is available through third party vendor "A Baby's Choice"

Upon booking, you will receive a lease from our vacation rental software to e-sign online. Please follow the prompts. This rental agreement is in full force and effect upon payment as well.

The condo was nice and spacious! Bob was great to work with. Condo is oceanview not oceanfront.

Property is beautiful! We took advantage of spa which was great. The restaurant has breathtaking water view. The whole stay was great!

Thank you for your kind review. At the Marriott Resort and Spa on Singer Island there are only three categories of condos; Ocean View, Coastline View, and Resort View. Ocean View is the highest category. The only "ocean front" units (2 units X 20 stories high) are full time 3000 sq. ft. million dollar residences that are not for rent.

Beautiful resort with lovely condo

The resort was beautiful and the staff was excellent. The condo was very nice; comfortable, spacious, and very clean! We prefer to cook in, and the kitchen was well equipped. The bathrooms were roomy. Unfortunately the water pressure was low in one shower, but hopefully that can be fixed. The balcony had beautiful water views.

Yes book this one!!!

This is a great condo at a great resort. Plenty of room for 6 family members (3 adults and 3 kids). The staff at the Marriott was very accommodating and pleasant all of the time. The kids loved the lagoon pool with the water slide and all of the games by the infinity pool. We had the added bonus of being able to see the 4th of July fireworks from our balcony! You can’t go wrong booking this place!!!

Overall the property is beautiful and location great. Unit was very clean and hotel amenities and services were excellent. My only complaint would be the King Bed in the master had a topper that was way too soft for my back and my back ended up hurting quite a bit. Had to take the topper off to be able to sleep and regular mattress was not in good shape. That definitely needs to be replaced. Rest of the unit was in good shape.

Perfect family vacation!

We absolutely loved this resortresort. It had the perfect mix of beach access to beautiful clear water and kid friendly pools. We've stayed other places that are I the same class as this but not very family friendly. This was a really wonderful experience all around. Our only complaint is you can not get in touch with the owners to get I into the room earlier. I mean not even 10 minutes early! I recommended setting up early check in upon booking or just exprect to not be allowed keys until 4pm on the dot. Other than that its wonderful!

Great family vacation spot

Overall stay was great. For a family of 5 unit 2012 was great Two bedrooms plus a pull out couch and two baths was perfect. Nice view from the balcony and plenty of room out there for the whole family. Kids loved the waterslide pool and the beach. Having your own chairs in the unit was great for taking to the beach opposed to the Marriott chairs which are basically set up on top of one another and way too far back from the water. The food on property was excellent. Not one bad meal or drink, however the prices were a bit high. I didnt like how there is no option to self park without having to valet and the valet charge every night. The location is great in relation to the local restaurants, ice cream shop etc. They could use some more games where the pingpong and foozeball table are located. They were always occupied. They could also use more boogie boards etc at the beach. Kids had a hard time getting one if at all. Staff at the property were very nice. Rental company was very good and responsive. The unit was very clean and comfortable.

Great weekend

Condo was very clean and spacious . Great location and property . Only slight comment is the unit doesn’t even have salt or coffee filters just be prepared .

One of our key priorities is to provide the highest level of friendly and courteous service to all our guests staying at this 4.5 star Marriott resort. We always welcome guest feedback. While we do not stock condiments for code and safety reasons, salt is available through room service if it has not been left behind by another guest. Upon arrival, we do stock a welcome package which includes k-cups, two 4 cup coffee starters kits which have a filter built in and an assortment of teas. There is also a sundries store that stocks essentials a 5-7 minute walk from the property next to the Ritz Carlton and 2 grocery stores nearby, one on the south side of the island and one of the north side of the island. We always look to exceed guest expectations and hope to serve you again whenever your travels bring you back to Singer Island!

Little piece of Heaven

We had eight guests in a 2 bedroom condo and it was not cramped at all. Very sound proof and so much to do the kids were never bored.

Just simply breathtaking

All I can say is that I wish my stay was longer. Went there for a weekend family gateway, everything was absolutely fabulous from the moment we drove up. Staff was great and very courteous. Didn't mind paying the fee to have valet parking, especially on a rainy day, just not as expensive of course. When I got the the room my heart dropped, it was just perfect, the place was very clean and nice, not to mention the view of the ocean. I would definitely go back but this time for a longer stay. Diffinately in the top 5 of my favorites.

Wonderful place to stay

We spent 5 nights at in this beautiful condo! It was perfect location for a short vacation for my husband, kids and parents. The beach was different daily. One day it was calm and we could walk on the rocks/reefs and find tons of shells. Another day there were huge waves to body surf in. We loved the rocks/reefs. It gave the beach a interesting look that we haven't seen at any other Florida beaches we have visited. My kids loved walking and exploring on them when the tide was out. It also made for beautiful family pictures. We also thoroughly enjoyed the water slide at the pool. Even the teenagers and adults had fun on it! We had understood that the hot tub and infinity pool were for adults only but upon our arrival it was explained to us that it is a "quiet pool". Kids could use it as long as they were not jumping in and horsing around. We weren't sure at first, but after seeing kids in it our first 2 days we decided to let our kids enjoy it as well. I'm not sure if it was this way since it was a slower time of year or not? But either way we were glad the kids got to enjoy it since we did have cooler then normal temps and the pool was warmer then the family pool. We took a water taxi ride to Peanut Island and enjoyed snorkeling there. Bob was quick to respond when we got to the condo and only found 2 beach chairs. Within hours, we had a cooler, umbrella and 2 additional beach chairs that were higher up for my elderly parents. The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful as well. We had a wonderful vacation!

Wonderful vacation

We loved our time in the rental. The condo is spacious, and nicely decorated. The hotel staff were kind and attentive. We had no issues during our stay, but I contacted Bob with a few silly questions and he responded to me very quickly. We highly recommend this rental.
