This is an excellent ocean view condo in the Palm Beach Marriott (r) Resort and Spa on Singer Island. For more information regarding social distancing specifics, we recommend reaching out to the property directly as measures taken do fluctuate given this dynamic situation. Offering a dining table for 6 and boasting one of the largest floor plans at 1400 sq. ft, this unit is perfect to accommodate a large group of family. Recently awarded the 2020 Traveller Review Award from Booking.com, this spectacular 4.5 resort is directly on the ocean. As Manager, we at Singer Island Rentals, offer the lowest rates in Palm Beach Marriott (r) Resort and Spa on Singer Island where this private condo is located in it's main building.

In-Room Amenities:
- Washer/dryer and upgraded kitchen appliances
- Basic cooking tools
- Utensils, dishes and glasses
- Bed linens and bath towels

Guests have free access to:
- Fitness Center
- 3 restaurants ( 3800 Ocean, Reef Tiki Bar, Lagoon Cantina)
- 2 pool areas one including a kid's designated water slide and waterfall
- Free towels available at pool for your use at the pools and the beach

Great stay

Lovely stay, great location and hotel amenities. The unit was clean and quiet. Only quibble is that the master bedroom has a Queen sized bed, not a King as stated on the listing.

Perfect family trip

The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit was spacious and perfect for our family of 5. We enjoyed both pools and going to the beach. The hotel was very accommodating. Overall a great stay!

Great place to stay

The unit is very nice and just as advertised. I went ahead and paid the “resort fee” for the last 2 days to include beach chairs and umbrella etx. Lots more included. Great location and easy access to stores and dining. Great food at Ola and drinks too. Staff is super attentive. Drinks and food at your beach chair hooray!

Quiet area of hotel with plenty of space for all of us! Had a problem with a burner in stove but it was quickly taken care of. Hotel restaurant super yummy! Pool and beach areas are great!

Great Family Vacation

Property is in a terrific part of West Palm Beach. Property is very nice and the condo was clean and nicely furnished. The mandatory parking fee and resort fees were a surprise, but it was worth it. Didn't realize the kitchen wasn't much of a kitchen, but there was enough there to get the job done. Would definitely return to this property and this condo.

Family Vacation

The room was as expected-was great and felt like a Marriott hotel room. There were some issues with the water as only one shower and sink would get hot, even after running it for an extended time. The main issue which could be a seasonal issue or one with the entire building but there were cockroaches all over. We saw them throughout the room throughout the entire duration of our stay. Upon initial checkin there was one on the nightstand of the master bedroom. Eek. But my kids loved the hotel and the pools. We paid extra for the resort fee to utilize the beach and everyone enjoyed.

We had a great time and enjoyed the property and location. Kids LOVED the slide and teen enjoyed the fishing, think it was nearby, there was a mullet run this time of year. Above all every one felt safe. We want to return.

Palm Beach Marriott Singer-Odom stay

The amenities and room were very nice. We had two electrical outlets in the kitchen that did not work and it was hard to make our morning coffee. A knob was missing from the stove top and we could only cook from one stove eye on back side. There was also a leak in master bath sink on counter each time water was turned on. Called and left message with property management and no one called us back to have someone to fix the issues during our stay.

Beach stay

We enjoyed our stay. The place is nice with a wonderful view and the private beach is great! The lagoon pool was a hit! Only caveat, there is only valet parking if you are driving which costs 35/night. Also, there is an additional resort fee (not mandatory) because the apartment is managed by an outside company. The resort fee does get you chairs and umbrellas at the beach. It’s standard at most resorts so it’s not a negative, I’m mentioning it so others can factor the extra expense. Overall, we had a great time.

Wonderful place - great view

Really five stars but took a star off because it lacked some basic kitchen needs - no oven, no blender, minimal plates. I guess everyone is expected to eat out every night but that is not how we roll.

Comfortable & Spacious Floor Plan

We’ve stayed many times in Singer island and specifically at the Marriot Hotel. This was the most comfortable and spacious unit we’ve stayed at. However we had 3 big complaints that adversely affected our stay. The icemaker in the freezer was broken and when we contacted the manager it was not fixed during our stay. This is a major problem since this hotel does not provide ice machines for guests like some others. The other issue was the showers water pressure and temperature was extremely low and no hot water every single night in both bathrooms. As mentioned we have stayed here before and have not encountered this problem previously. The last significant issue were all three televisions- all very old poor quality and bad image. The worse TV quality I can recall in several years! Newer and higher quality TV’s are not too expensive anymore and it reflects very poorly on the manager/owners that they would offer such older poor quality TV’s while demanding such high room rates and fees. It definitely detracted a bit from our family movie nights after dinner. These TV’s were 20-30 years old. Despite the spacious and comfort of the unit unless they fix and update these issues we will not be staying in this unit again.

My family of 5, my sisters family of 4 and my dad have come to this property for the last 5 years. It is reliably clean, well serviced and fun! We loved this room in particular because it was bigger and now that our kids are 12, 8 and 5 -- we needed it! However, we didn't spend much time in the room as the beach, the kids pool and the infinity pool were our hot spots. Having a kitchenette is key and there is so much you can do in it! We highly recommend this place!

Amazing stay and will repeat!!!!

Super fantastic with or without kids - right on the beach - not on the main stream... luxury place! It was a WOW MOM moment. Beds are good, saved allot of money being able to make breakfast and lunch in our room.it was quiet. It’s near a Trader Joe’s :) loved every day!
