VILLA IN KYRENIA TOWN

Families Only Accepted

Situated in the heart of Kyrenia town, surrounded by the local community and within walking distance of the old Kyrenia Harbour - with supermarkets and other facility within easy reach. This beautiful 4 bedroom and 4 ensuites luxury villa with private pool, is a perfect place to be situated if you wish to be near the best beaches and restaurants that Northern Cyprus has to offer. The interior is of the highest standards starting at the entrance with the marble floor entrance on the ground floor and leading up the stairs and landing. All bedrooms only have their own en-suites shower rooms and A/C units. One shower room on the ground floor has been adapted for the less able bodied. The kitchen is of modern contemporary design which should keep the cook in the family happy for hours. Our lounge is large in size, with a smart flat screen internet TV mounted on the wall. For those guests who wish to visit in the winter months we have also a screened glass log fireplace, which you can snuggle up in front of on the large L-shaped sofa. Leading off the kitchen you will have access to your alfresco outside dining area which can seat up to 8 - 10 people, so plenty of room for your friends if you decide to cook on our outside barbecue. The pool is also located to the side of the villa, with its own seating area and then you may wish to soak up those sun rays on our sunbathing area with enough sun loungers for all the family.

Lots of great beaches in the local vancinity and are easy to get to via car, bus or taxi's.

Many restaurants, bar and shopping to be had right on your doorstep.

Self Catering villa with Self Checking in with Keysafe code.

Baby cot and High Chair can be provided for infants on request only.

Pay-As-You-Go electricity meter fitted at this property. Credit given of 300 units, but once used guests need to pay our house manager for more credit. Details on request. Generator installed in case of electricity cuts by the local authority.

Com excelente localização em Cirênia, esta vila fica no centro da cidade e perto da praia. Quem gosta de compras não pode deixar de visitar espaços como Büyük Han e Ledras. No entanto, vale a pena reservar um pouco de tempo para explorar as belezas naturais em Porto de Kyrenia e Parque Nacional da Liberdade Alsancak. Casa Eaved e Museu e Observatório da Torre Shacolas também valem a visita. Beautiful Villa, fully equipped with everything you need.. ! Close to amenities.

We have just returned from a family stay at Sema Villa.. one of the most relaxing family holidays we have had! Outside is a fabulous pool at just the right temperature, sunbathing area and barbeque and room to park a small car behind locked gates. The villa is fully equipped with everything you need and more! To a very high modern finish. Which also included a substantial welcome pack. The owner and house manager were extremely helpful and hospitable .. we felt very at ease and explained anything and everything we needed to know, with quick response times to emails and/ or calls. The villa is in a quiet residential area- which is in walking distance of a varied arear of restaurants, supermarkets and harbour. To reach the beaches you need transport. We didn’t hire a car, but would recommend if wanting to really experience the coast line. We chose to uses taxis and local buses - which were both very cheap and easy to access. Thank you for making the holiday one of our all time favourites! Already looking at dates to come back again next year. 😁 Julie and family x

An excellent, well maintained and very well equipped villa.

The purpose of our stay was a family gathering to celebrate Grandparents 70th birthdays. Cyprus was geographically central for meeting up. While the weather was mixed, the villa was an excellent base regardless. Should you have transport, Lefkosa is less than 30 mins away. the Villa location is only a 15min walk from the main road but more like 40 mins if you have the energy go walk all the way to the fort / seafront. We did, with the help of a quick beer on the way. The villa owner did visit with us initially to ensure all was as it should be and was very helpful at all times. An excellent villa and a great holiday for all ages.

Beautiful contemporary home.

We stayed here for 12 days from September the 11th and what a fabulous place to stay. When we arrived very tired and without our luggage it was lovely to find supplies in the fridge for us and a wonderful water cooler with a constant supply of ice cold water. Every room is air conditioned, and its so amazing to have your own pool which is quite overlooked by other apartments but to be honest we felt completely comfortable and no one is interested in looking, there is an awning which will give extra privacy, however we never felt the need to use it. There is a small supermarket literally a stones throw from the villa and just round the corner at the top of the hill the most amazing supermarket with a beautiful array of fresh fruit and vegetables. The harbour is a bit far away to walk to but there is a constant stream of dolmus's (mini-buses) at 7lira for two. Before I finish I would like to thank Marisa the owner for her helpfulness, she made us feel totally welcome, and her workforce the pool man and the couple who came round to check we were okay. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone who likes 5 star accommodation in the heart of the local community.

5 star luxury accommodation with all mod cons

Conveniently located on the outskirts of Kyrenia. A handy supermarket a block away and bar restaurants round the corner. Some snagging problems but these were quickly resolved by the 'team'. Barking dogs at night but just close the windows. It looks and smells brand new - highly recommended.

We purchased this property with the intention of moving to Northern Cyprus, but this never happened. So now we use it as our base when we visit our family and friends in Cyprus. When we are not in Cyprus we rent it out so that other families can enjoy Northern Cyprus just as much as we do.
