Traditional hamlet house with a terrace - NEW: WIFI AVAILABLE

Stone house of 90m2 located at 10/15mins from Vals-les-Bains /Aubenas and accessible on the small roads of the Ardèche mountains. The house has charm and character with beautiful views of the valley. It offers all the modern facilities and beds for 6 people. It includes on the 1st floor a shower room with toilet, a bedroom with a double bed and a room with 2 single beds. It also has a pretty day room with beautiful view across the Valley. On the mid-ground floor, there is a living room area with a TV, a bedroom with a double bed and a sower room with a sink + an independent WC.
The kitchen is well equipped with a large wooden table where you can eat.
There is also a wooden terrace, of about 13M2, where you can eat and lounge.
For colder days and in the winter, there is a wood burner.
There are about 10 steps to access the house and an area to park the car is almost opposite the house.
Our place is part of a hamlet of about 12 houses perched in the hills. The village of Saint Andéol de Vals is 30/45mns walk on a footpath. In the village there is a mini-supermarket and a ‘cafe’. They provide food most evenings. On the hiking trail, along the river you can access a cascade and swim. Vals-Les-Bains is 8km away. It is a SPA town which includes a spa center with a spa pool. It also has an outdoor swimming pool, a pleasant and shaded park, a casino, a cinema, a mini golf, a treetop adventure park, cafes, restaurants and ice cream bars. The market on Sunday morning offers delicious local produce. The medieval town of Aubenas, has a lot of charm with on the outskirts a choice of department stores. The Ardeche Gorges are about 45mins. We ask our guests to leave the house clean but If it is not possible, the fee for the housework is 18Euros an hour, minimum 3hours. We do not provide the sheets for the beds so don’t forget to bring yours! If it is a problem linen can be arranged with a small fee.
