Located within 100 yards of the white sandy beach and the beautiful blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico, this newly decorated condo boasts the best of both worlds!

This quiet condo complex has only 4 two story buildings, and only a total of 16 units. It is located on a very narrow area of Gulf Blvd that lies between the Intracoastal waterway and the Gulf of Mexico, allowing for unique combined vacation experience.

Sit on the large intracoastal dock and look onto the water to try and spot a Manatee or a dolphin. Relax and have a swim in the heated swimming pool. Walk 100 yards directly across the narrow street and you are already on the beach! There are bike and water sports rentals available within walking distance as well as so many other local attractions within a short drive, including the Smuggler`s Cove Mini Golf, John`s Pass and more!

After a great day of fun at the beach, or in the heated pool, satisfy your appetite by visiting one of the many fabulous local restaurants, or cook for yourself in this condo`s modern and well outfitted kitchen, or try the large charcoal BBQ.

Unit Features:

The unit is tiled throughout with a bright spacious kitchen and living area boasting 18' vaulted ceilings. Modern kitchen includes quartz counters, stainless steel stove, dishwasher and French door refrigerator with ice maker. The breakfast bar with seating for four includes a wine/beverage fridge. A washer and dryer are located in the unit. The living room has a 55" LG SMART HD TV above the fireplace with comfortable seating for viewing. The roomy balcony with plenty of outdoor seating/dining makes a perfect area to enjoy a glass of wine or peak and see if the Gulf waters are calm.

The Master bedroom has vaulted ceilings with King sized bed, a love seat in sitting area, 42" LG SMART HD TV and ceiling fan. The spacious and brightly lit en-suite bathroom has two vanities with marble counters and a large, glass-enclosed shower.
The guest bedroom is furnished with two full/double beds, television with gaming console and games and a ceiling fan.
Guest bathroom includes marble top vanity, tiled bathtub/shower combination.

Very close to the beach! Has everything that you need. You can tell by the small touches throught the condo, that the owners do care that you are comfortable during your stay. The balcony is a nice place to enjoy your morning coffee.

The perfect place!

It’s hard to put into words what a truly wonderful time we had. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a home away from home. Every little detail was so thoughtfully considered, and it made all the difference in our stay.We were lucky to enjoy several days of sunshine, toes in the sand, and quality time—whether it was gathering around the table for family dinners or sharing laughs during game nights.This home is not only beautiful, but it radiates warmth and comfort. The host was nothing short of exceptional—by far the best we’ve ever rented through. We’re so grateful for their hospitality and can’t thank them enough.This visit was truly special, and it’s safe to say it won’t be our last. We’re already looking forward to our next stay!

A Wonderful Stay in a Beautiful Property

We had a tremendous vacation in this lovely condo in the quaint beach town of Indian Shores. The property was beautiful, extremely clean, and very comfortable. Our host couldn’t have been better, and was eager to make sure we had everything necessary to make our vacation enjoyable. This fantastic vacation retreat receives my highest recommendation.

Mom and Me Beach Trip

The condo was absolutely wonderful. The pictures are accurate, the place was very clean, and the location was great (short driving distance to restaurants, shops, and beaches). The owners have thought of everything when supplying the condo for incoming guests, which was greatly appreciated. The extra touches were especially appreciated. Communication was excellent. The beach was quiet, which is what we were looking for (a laid back, not crowded beach). I would definitely recommend this rental. Thank you Mike and Anna for providing us a great place to stay for our trip!!

Awesome Beach Condo!

Spent a week in Indian Shores with my family. This was by far, the best, well stocked STR we ever stayed in. My teens enjoyed the gaming system after a long day at the beach. This condo is in the perfect spot and has everything you need. The pool was great too. Mike and Anna have knocked it out of the park. Stay here! You won’t regret it.

Great Beach Rental

Lovely apartment and very responsive host

The apartment is lovely, very clean and everything very organised. They left a little welcome gift as well which added to the charm. Mike was incredibly responsive and checked in a number of times to make sure everything was okay and to see if I had any questions. Overall, I would highly recommend.

Awesome condo just steps from the beach!

This condo was like being in our own home! Beautiful furniture, well stocked kitchen, very nice bathrooms, especially the master with the giant shower with the pebble floor! And comfy beds! We will definitely be back! ♥️

Our favorite vacation spot

Mike and Anna’s condo is fantastic. This was our 3rd stay and it did not disappoint. We had 6 adults in our group and it was plenty of space. The condo is very clean and well stocked. Mike and Anna are easy to work with.

2024 Perdue Family Vacation

If you have found yourself here reading the reviews, then you are debating renting this condo. Rent the condo! It's perfect! You will not be disappointed. We had a wonderful time in this condo. Wonderful condo

This condo definitely lived up to our expectations. It was clean, well decorated, and had all of the supplies we needed to make our stay comfortable. The beds were super cozy with great pillows, the kitchen had most of the items we wanted, the beach chairs and umbrella were easy to get to, and the beach access was just across the street. It’s an easy drive to get to Clearwater. Many nice little shops and restaurants nearby. We also spent an afternoon at the local waterpark. We would definitely come back here in the future.

Wonderful vacation home!

Beautiful condo

This is our 3rd time staying in Mike and Anna's condo. It is not only clean, updated, and in the perfect location BUT it is so well stocked. We appreciate the short walk to the beach. There is no need to pack a cooler it's so close. We look forward to our stay every year. Mike and Anna are attentive hosts and we love the comforts of staying there every visit.

Beautiful Condo

Beautiful condo across from beach. It was my first time staying across street from beach instead of on beach and with crosswalk being outside of condo complex the beach was easily accessible. The condo is well stocked, beds are comfortable and location is quiet, not busy as some areas. The communication with owners during booking and the stay made the process easy. I will definitely book again if in the area.

Beautiful Oceanview Condo

This was the first time my parents did an extended winter stay in Florida! This condo was everything they needed and more. Being in the path of the trolley was perfect for them to explore the area between. Clearwater and St. Pete. Mike and Anna were amazing hosts - attentive to detail and always checking in to make sure everything was going well.

Indian Shores Condo

This rental was very clean and well appointed. It is obvious the owners spend time here as the kitchen was well stocked with spices, etc.. Paper products and various detergents were available for our use. The owners go out of their way to make certain their guests are happy. The only reason for less than 5 stars is due to the property itself and nothing the owners could control. Please be advised this condo is a third floor walk-up. This was not mentioned in the description. Also the balcony is positioned right over Gulf Boulevard and the traffic noise makes it difficult to enjoy a glass of wine and conversation. On the plus side regarding location, the beach was a very short walk.

Beautiful condo in a beautiful area!

Condo was very well kept and nicely updated! Lots of good places to eat/drink nearby and only a 30 min drive from the Tampa airport. Mike was accessible and very communicative, you can tell that he wants you to have a great time! Beds and couches were comfy, felt like "home away from home!" Heated pool was a nice alternative to the beach on the cooler days we were there. Overall our 8 day stay was wonderful and we would definitely go back again! Highly recommend!!

We have been travelling to the Clearwater St. Pete area beaches for the past 25 years. It started to feel more and more like returning home each time we visited. We have always dreamed of owning a vacation home and it became a reality for us in 2014. We purchased this vacation home as a future retirement home and a retreat from the cold harsh winters of the North. It was a perfect fit for us. Truthfully we love visiting all year long even in the heat of summer. We have a few more year before retirement and enjoy sharing it with our guests, just as we enjoyed renting from others before we owned. We have been lucky to have had great guests who enjoy our home and treat it with great respect.
