Barefoot Beach Resort is an upscale Waterfront Resort located in the tropical beach community of Indian Shores, just South of St. Petersburg Beach, and North of Clearwater Beach, in Pinellas County. This newly renovated resort is situated on five acres of lushly landscaped property, bordering the intra coastal waterway and a private deeded beach access. A Suncoast Trolley stop is located across the street and runs from Clearwater Beach to John's Pass and Pass-a-Grille Beach.

This fabulous Key West style condominium is tastefully decorated, bright and spacious (1000 square feet). The unit includes a Florida/Sun room with French doors, 3 full sized bedrooms, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a spacious bathroom, and accommodates up to 6 guests comfortably.

The condominium is fully stocked with linens, blankets, pillows, mattress pads, and bath towels.

Fully equipped kitchen includes ceramic top electric range, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, over the range microwave, and garbage disposal. For your convenience, there is also a toaster, coffee maker, cookware, bake-ware, fire extinguisher, and more.

The Florida Sun room surrounds you with windows and is comfortably furnished with armchairs, lamp table, table lamp, and cordless telephone. From there, double French doors lead to the bedroom, where there is a comfortable queen size bed, night stands, table lamps, chest of drawers, mirror, chair, alarm clock, closet, and carpeted floor.

Enjoy the lovely garden courtyard views and being just steps from the over sized pool and barbecue area. Stay for a night, a week, or an entire month. Great Stay & Great Location

The condo was exactly as described and worked great for my family. The location was ideal with an easy walk to the beach and shops. The host was super accommodating and responded quickly when asked a question.

We had a great stay! It was clean, and came with the essentials you need! Will be coming back. There’s a great pool, and there’s a trolly you can take to get around.

Beautiful location, great beach.

Great location, not too busy. Several grills outside to grill your own meals. Would definitely stay here again.

Beach access is right across the street. Lots of things to do and places to eat nearby. Highly recommend Barefoot Beach Resort!

Great location!

Great location. Condo is well kept. Pool needs some work but I saw info saying it would be resurfaced soon! Beds were not very comfortable in any of the rooms.

He lied to me, and about me and terrorized me my entire stay.

I asked before renting if anyone would be coming in my place because o was on between buying and selling and had all my stuff inside and was looking at properties. He said no it was privately owned. Then he told me someone was stopping by a few days after I stuffed to check the vent in the morning. When they didn't come I got comfortable and they ended up coming in on me without me having a chance to get dressed and I was on the living room pull out because the other beds were horrible. I heard a knock, stand up to get dressed and answer and they barged in on me fully naked and caused my me lap top to shatter on the floor. He later texted me accusing me of going to the bathroom on my sheets and blankets! A complete horrible lie! It had one roll of toilet paper and paper towels for my months stay and he harassed me the entire stay. He accused me of smoking in the condo and i don't smoke. I've stayed at many vrbos and this one was a nightmare. I'll never go here again and if I were you, I would run!!!

Great Beach Stay

Accommodation were super. Clean, spacious and well equipped, outside grill was extremely clean. Lodging was within walking distance to anything needed. Raised in Virginia and spent a lot of time on the beaches. The water here was great, warm, clear and a short walk from lodging.

Wonderful Vacation Spot

We had a great experience at Barefoot Beach Resort. Ed was extremely helpful and quick at responding to all of our questions. We have already recommended this spot to many friends and family. We will absolutely be back to visit Indian Shores again. 5 stars no doubt!

Father's Day Getaway

We loved our stay at Barefoot Beach! The property is very clean and SO close to the beach. Ed has great communication and he sends detailed instructions. He answered all our questions very quickly. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Family Getaway

As a family of 4, (2 adults, 2 kids) we had a fabulous time at this property. Perfect size for 4 people. Clean, easily accessible to the beach and pool, and we appreciated that Ed and those he hired locally were easy to reach when we had questions. They were all incredibly friendly and helpful. We loved that the beach is private. It wasn't crowded like many others. It's clean and beautiful. We plan to make this a trip we take every few years and hope to stay here again. Food for thought....... when there, you may need to purchase your own tp, hand/dish soaps, laundry detergent, cleaner, etc depending on what previous guests left behind for future guests to use.

Great place to stay for the holiday

My parents & I stayed here over the Thanksgiving holiday & it was perfect. My family (who lives locally)was able to come visit with no problem, we had plenty of room to cook dinner & we were able to put the 2 tables together for dinner. There were a lot of nice little touches, and the place was perfect for our visit. Ed's communication is GREAT. terrific experience all around.

Sad to leave, felt like home

A great place to stay in the heart of relaxation. We toyed for a bit where to stay and we chose Indian Shores because it was a said to be a lot calmer than some other ares, relaxing, and a family atmosphere. Completely agree. The location made it easy to go to all of the beaches, parking right outside the room, and a beautiful serene beach a minute away. The condo itself was very cozy, quiet, and roomy for a family of 5! Clean and had beach chairs and gear to have a great time in the water. My kids also loved the pool and saw dolphins off the dock. Would recommend to everyone!!

Location is great, owner hard to communicate with

Let me start off by saying we’ve been using VRBO since we started coming to Barefoot Beach Resort at Indian Shores in 2014. All the condos are the same layout but just decorated different but this is the first time in this unit. We love the condos and area because the beach isn’t crowded, walkway directly in front of condos and never had any issues. We just love it there. First off we never had a parking pass because apparently the renters before us had taken it, the bed sheets in master bedroom had playdoh on them, the floor had something gritty on it so we had to keep socks on, the garbage disposal never worked from the time we got there but we thought it would be no big deal because we don’t have one. The sink wouldn’t drain on the second day so I called the maintenance people but they never showed up but the sink would eventually drain on its own. On our way home we got email saying we weren’t getting our damage deposit back because there was glass in the garbage disposal. He never even asked us if we had done it but just assumed we did. I told him we didn’t put glass in it that it never worked but he never even responded back. If we had put glass in disposal we wouldn’t have no problem with getting charged the $100 but we didn’t. This isn’t the way you do business. I even filed claim through VRBO but they haven’t never responded back either. This was our worst experience ever dealing with a owner of a condo!!!

Our family vacation

Everything was fantastic It surpassed my expectations There was only one issue and that was the ice maker in the unit didn’t work of course it was nothing major and definitely will not stop me from booking again. Thanks for making our stay special

Wonderful

Very clean property. It had everything you needed from beach chairs to all household items. I was unsure of the location bc I didn't know the area but it worked out wonderful. We were in the middle short drive to Clearwater and a short drive to down south to a pier (can't remember the name) were we saw Alligators and other live animals.

We purchase this property because we fell in love with the area, the beach is clean and beautiful. The condo is perfectly located across the street, and we enjoy fishing off of the marina in behind in the pool area.

We were mostly attracted to the area because its a family friendly, quiet, great area for kids, heated outdoor pool, and the property is well kept, feels like a resort. The complex offers all the amenities such as laundry, barbeque all over the complex, relax at the beach across the street, fantastic resteraunts near by. If you like to golf, great places near by. You can even take in a hockey game in Tampa, 20min away.
