Let this Mediterranean-style, three-story Villa transport you to pure luxury!

The Villa features 12,000 square feet of lake-front living, complete with a private heated or chilled pool (available for an additional cost- ask if available; depends on weather). Located at Lake Oconee inside the community of Harbor Club, the home features lake-front access, a beautiful in-ground pool, a theater area, pool table, 3 kitchens, and so much more! The Villa is perfect for large-scale gatherings as it sleeps up to 24 guests.

As you enter the home, you are welcomed by the beautiful two-story view through the large dining room with seating for 32. The kitchen is fully equip with all cooking essentials including a spacious refrigerator, dishwasher, three microwaves, large six burner stove, double oven, and ice machine, along with solid surface countertops. Additional kitchen spaces are also located on the upper and lower levels of The Villa. Family and friends can visit in the four family room spaces. Each space has smart TVs for streaming movies, along with wireless internet with 300mb speed and 300 channel cable TV.

The home has multiple master suites. The main level boasts two master suites with private baths, and 2 additional bedrooms and bath. If you take the elevator upstairs, the gorgeous views from the owners suite will help you relax and unwind during your getaway. You will also find two more bedrooms with a full bathroom. On the basement level, you will enjoy the pool table room and theater area with a huge 80" screen for enjoying the big game or a late-night movie. Additionally in the basement, there are three bedrooms and three full baths.

The outdoor space of this property does not disappoint! Relax by the property's private pool, while enjoying a meal from the grill in the outdoor kitchen! There is a maximum size dock on the "big water" to enjoy fishing, kayaking, canoeing, boating, and swimming. You can even enjoy marshmallows around the fire pit. For your convenience, we have a three car garage with a refrigerator and laundry room. Everything you need for a big family vacation!

The following are Harbor Club community requirements.
1. The maximum number of guests at any time is 24 on property. DO NOT RENT THIS HOME IF YOU PLAN ON EXCEEDING THAT.
2. A covenant enforced by security that requires quiet time at 10pm. Any outdoor music or loud noise would have to end at 10pm.
3. Vehicles larger than a SUV or vans are NOT allowed. Parking for 12 cars maximum.
4. No parties, events or weddings are allowed.

12,000 sq ft. home; 3-story; 4 King Beds in the house; 16 total beds on property (ranging from twin to King).

Option to play golf in Harbor Club, however, you are required to call the golf shop and make tee time reservation(s). We will not get involved with booking guest tee times.
