We rent to family groups, married couples, or mature adults over the age of 25. We do not, under any circumstances, rent to groups for proms, graduations, college house parties, etc. Misrepresentation will result in immediate eviction without refund.

Great Views and nice beach

We had a very good time with our stay. Spent a couple of days on the beach out front. Had 3 day trips fishing and out to Cape Lookout. Overall very nice place to stay!

Amazing Views!

We loved our stay in Pine Knoll Shores! The view was AMAZING! The pictures represent the condo perfectly. We enjoyed having the beach pretty much to ourselves for the week and we enjoyed being so close to the aquarium. We would definitely stay here again!

Great unit, great view!

The unit was very clean, comfortable, and well decorated. You couldnā€™t ask for a more beautiful view of the beach/ocean. The sliding door to the deck is extremely hard to open and needs some maintenance, but we managed to get it open enough to sit outside and watch the waves. The location is convenient to shops, restaurants, and other activities. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Exterior of this and all units need paint badly. Hardiplank on balcony is damaged. Bathtubs are a bit creaky and showing their age. Good overall iside.
