All rates are subject to a departure cleaning, linen and reservation fee, 12.75% sales tax and a $79.00 Vacation Rental Damage Protection Plan. All fees and taxes are subject to change without notice.

NO SMOKING, NO PETS

We rent to family groups, married couples, or mature adults over the age of 25. We do not, under any circumstances, rent to groups for proms, graduations, college house parties, etc. Misrepresentation will result in immediate eviction without refund.

All prices and/or descriptions are subject to change. Although every precaution is taken, errors in prices and/or descriptions do occur on our web site and in printing. We reserve the right to correct any such error.

** TWO OPTIONS FOR DAMAGE PROTECTION **
1. Damage Protection Insurance – For an additional $79.00, this plan covers up to $3,000 in unintentional damages to the rental unit that may occur during your stay. Report the damage to us, we’ll take care of the rest!
2. Security Deposit - $500 is immediately charged at time of booking. If the property is left undamaged, keys & parking passes returned, your security deposit will be refunded within 45 days after check out.

Good place for partial-week stay

Very Relaxing!

Spacious but not too big with everything to make our short stay relaxing and uncomplicated. Cannon & Gruber management experience made our stay exceptional and worry free!

My only complaint was the elevator was out of order when we got there on Saturday so we had to lug all our stuff up the steps. It was fixed on Monday. Unpacking when we got there and taking them down when we were leaving would have been the only time we used the elevator. Checking in and out was a breeze.

Great Place

We so enjoyed this condo. The location was great. Loved out time on the beach and coffee in the mornings on the balcony. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is located in a great area and has amazing views of the ocean. Also, it is only a short walk to the beach. The surroundings are very quite and we had a great stay. The only con is that the Condo needs some work. There is a note on the refrigerator "make sure Door is closed". The refrigerator doesn't close properly and it does not cool items in the refrigerator. It needs to be replaced. For the amount of money we spent the appliances should work. Also, the latch on the screen door is broken and needs to ne replaced. Overall, the condo is nice but needs some upkeep and maintenance.

Great location, not so clean

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Working with Cannon & Gruber was a very good experience. This specific condo had some major cleaning issues. The bathtubs/showers were disgusting. We had to remove one of the shower curtains because it was covered in black mold stains, the drains were filled with hair so the water backed up to to tops of our feet ( had to clean it out then worked fine ) and the floor of the tub was stained reddish brown from not being maintained. There was a musty smell in the condo and upon looking for the reason found that the AC vents in the living and dining areas had black mold growing inside. For that reason we contacted Cannon & Gruber and they had someone come out to take care of the issue. From there on it was okay. The furniture in the living room was not very comfortable, needs to be replaced. The sliding glass door in the living room going out to the balcony was cloudy so you couldn't enjoy the view as much ( needs to be replaced ) The beds were comfortable. It was a great location on a quiet beach and definitely will return, but to a different condo. If I was the owner, I would be embarrassed to rent it in the current condition. Location would be 5 starts, cleanliness 1 star. Cannon & Gruber service 5 stars.

Girlfriend Getaway

My girlfriends from Kansas came for a visit to NC. We all needed some Vitamin Sea. This two bedroom condo was the perfect place to get that.

Absolutely perfect!

Tastefully decorated and very, very clean! Surprisingly, very few units were in use, so we had alot of privacy. Easy access to beautiful beach, boardwalk with just a few stairs. Elevator was close to unit too. Comfy beds and we'll equipped kitchen. Highly recommend!
