Colony By The Sea 101 is a 2-Bedroom, 2-Bath Condo. The Living Area has a Flat Screen TV. Dining Area and Kitchen/bar area has a Microwave and a Dishwasher. Master Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed and a Private Bath and Television. Bedroom #2 has a Double/Twin Bunk. An additional full bath.
Unit Amenities include: a Washer and Dryer and Elevator in complex, Blender and coffee maker in fully equipped kitchen.
Wireless Internet Now Offered to All "Colony By The Sea" Guests! The "Colony By The Sea" Community is located in Indian Beach, in between Emerald Isle and Atlantic Beach. Indian Beach is a small and clean family beach with just enough to do to have fun, but not enough to be crowded. It is conveniently located within 15 minutes of both Morehead City and historic Beaufort. The Complex offers an Outdoor Swimming Pool (typically open May - September), a Sauna, Outdoor Grills and Showers, Elevators (with Ramp Access) and 2 Parking Spaces per Condo. Bluewater cannot guarantee complex/community amenities will be in service during the time of your stay.
Notes:
-This property is an Atlantic Beach Office Check-in.
-The entire Colony By The Sea property is NO SMOKING. This includes the parking lots, balconies, common areas, etc.
-Max Occupancy is 4. Parties found to be exceeding the mass occupancy of this unit may be asked to vacate the premises at any time without refund.
-Boats, trailers, campers, jet skis, etc are not allowed in the parking areas of the complex.
Linens and Towels provided with Beds Made for Weekly and Nightly stays.
No Smoking.
No Pets.
Rents Weekly Saturday - Saturday. In 2025 Rents Nightly with a 2 Night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season. In 2026 Rents Nightly with a 3 night minimum in advance Year Round.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
