Modern and spacious apartment close to the beach side and close to the well known hyper market Jumbo. The building has two entrances, opposite one to the other. By one of them you need to go up one floor and by the other you need to go down two floors.

Entering the apartment you have at your left hand side the spacious living room with a sofa. infront of it you have a flat screen TV with cable channels. Wifi is available throughout the apartment. There is a big window facing one of the sides of the building. Next to the living room and also with a big window facing the same side it's the bedroom with a double bed.

The bathroom follows and it has a bath tube with shower, toilett and a washing machine.

The kitchen is american style, open to the dinning room, which is separated from the living room. There is also an interior division that you can use to store your luggage, or use the working table for any reason you want.

With a modern design and style and lots of space in the living and dinning area, you will feel more than cozy in this apartment. On top of that you have everything at walking distance, including a big hypermarket, the beach and it's walkside full of restaurants and bars.
