3 Bedroom Townhouse (3rd bedroom is a den with a sofa bed + privacy door) with private rooftop Terrace and separate front patio surrounded by tropical greenery and overlooking one of three pools. Our townhome is spacious with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, upstairs living room that is perfect for entertaining and a private downstairs living room with a sleeper sofa.

Our townhouse is located in the lush and tropically landscaped Bay View Suites complex. It is an excellent location on Paradise Island, just a 10-minute walk to Atlantis Resort, Cabbage beach and the Paradise Island Shopping Center. It is close to all the action, but this vacation hideaway is quiet and peaceful, with 3 swimming pools, tennis courts, a small restaurant, convenience store and 24-hour security.

FREE Wifi and wired internet connectivity on our private network. Three (3) TV's with access to international channels.

This spacious, bright townhome is perfect for families traveling with extended family members, with a nanny, or with older children/teens. Also a great option for extended business trips as it easily accommodates two executives.

• Dining area can accommodate family meals at the dining table that can be expanded to seat 6.

• Downstairs den/living room with a sleeper sofa and TV with a pocket door for complete privacy.

• Large living room upstairs (overlooking one of three pools) with skylight, sofa, chair and a 52 inch TV.

• Master bedroom (king size bed) with large Jacuzzi tub. Second bedroom also has a Kings size bed. The third bedroom/den has a queen size sofa bed.

• Two (2) areas for outdoor dinning! One at the entrance overlooking the pool and tennis courts; the other is a large, private rooftop terrace with a partial harbor view and a remote SunSetter awning. Perfect for your morning coffee, intimate sunset dining, or evening entertainment.

• Two and 1/2 half bathrooms. Double vanity in Master bath.

The unit is fully furnished with newer interior furnishings and kitchen appliances.

Description of Property slightly Deceptive

Property is advertised as 2 and a half bathrooms. There's really only one full bathroom. The master bedroom bathtub and shower are in the bedroom and not behind a closed door. Also, water pressure was minimal in that bathtub/shower. Advertised as 3 bedroom but there are only 2 bedrooms and the third is a very old sofa sleeper (uncomfortable) in the downstairs den. Master bed was old and uncomfortable as well. Kitchen was well equipped. Advertised as access to beach but the beach was a half mile away. The e-mail I received regarding check-in/check-out procedures did not go as stated. The keys were waiting at Security (and they didn't know they had them) and the property manager was supposed to meet us to give us a tour of the unit which never happened. Batteries were missing from remote in master bedroom. If you're up for walking a minimum of a half a mile you can eat at some good restaurants and be at Atlantis. Good access to a pool and A/C worked well. I'd rate this unit as a 5.5. There were 4 of us on this trip and we all read the reviewss and advertising but found the unit disappointing.

Ok, but rusty and dusty

Rental manager was very responsive. Location was ok, Unit was ok. Floors were clean, but the place really needs a deep cleaning. Dust on all lamps, fans, and refrigerator. Much rust throughout unit...table on back porch rusted through, rust on vents, rust on every kitchen handle, and rust and dirt on kitchenware. Inside kitchen cabinets dirty. Resort was also disappointing...I assume it used to be nice, but now fitness center closed, there used to be pool umbrellas, but no longer, and pool water frigid. The resort should heat at least one pool if it is marketed during winter.

Good location

Nice condo. Only complaint would be that the condo was 87 degrees when we walked in, it took a full day to get the inside under 76 degrees. They should prepare the AC in the condo a little better when families are arriving.

Nice place to stay

This place is almost as good as it appears. The only problem being that the water pressure in the master bathroom was poor, it took 15 mins to fill up tub. also Jacuzzi tub itself has no hand rails and made it very difficult to get in and out of tub finally ended up using guest bathroom

Great place to stay!

This property was a great choice for us. Within walking distance of everything but away from the noise. Easy to work with and very responsive. Very clean with plenty of amenities. Loved having the extra space to relax after a beautiful day at the beach!

Great Stay!

We had four adults and two children with us (ages 4 and 2). House is welcoming, clean, and spacious, with everything we needed for our stay (we only had to rent a crib from a local company). Resort complex has two pools to use (but the water was very cold!), right outside the property. Laundry on-site was very helpful. Great location, just a quick walk to the beach, Atlantis, and few great restaurants. Only a 10-15 min taxi ride to downtown Nassau. Property manager was responsive and helpful. We definitely recommend this property!

Simply perfect

This place was amazing!!! This was our 1st trip here & my daughters 1st trip out of the country. This place left nothing to be desired. It is in the perfect with walking distance to the beach & other things!!! The pool is right outside of the door. I cannot say enough about this place!!!

Nice stay for our family

Our family of 5 had a nice stay on the house. Our only problem is it did not come equipped with all the things we might expect - no blender, sharp knives for cutting, a wine opener, etc. The balcony was a little worn and not great to sit on. Everything was basic but comfortable. Since we mostly spent our time at Atlantis and the beach, the location was perfect and made it worth it!

Incredible Experience

Magical location, incredibly private, beautiful property, very family-friendly, unforgettable holiday. I highly recommend a stay here. Short beach walk (15min). Downtown walk is about 30min.

Was Not Disappointed!

Everything about this listing was accurate! My family and I was not disappointed at all. Will definitely stay here again. The only thing I would recommend is to get a softer bed in the master bedroom. Felt like I was sleeping on a box spring. Other than that, everything was GOOD!

Amazing and accurate!!!!

Kids and the rest of the family had a blast during our stay!!!! Owner and agent are such a good communicator, we really appreciate they provide water to drink during our stay which is we struggled every travels. Home is really comfortable, kids enjoyed the pools, and most important we feel safe, quiet surroundings. Close to the small supermarket and shopping center and 10 mins walk away from Atlantis!!! We definitely recommended with Friends and relatives and God’s will if we visit again this beautiful country we will stay again in this beautiful home. ☺️🙏🏻

Perfect location for visiting friends staying at Atlantis.

Location was perfect, great amenities with multiple pools and a little breakfast and lunch bar, and several dining options in short walking distance. The water pressure was weak so the showers were quirky but still usable. The owner and local manager were friendly and easy to reach with questions and the property was protected by security at the entrance 24/7. It made for a nice long weekend stay.

Fantastic Stay

This property was just as advertised. The grounds were kept in fantastic condition and it felt like you were really on a tropical island with all the vegetation around the sidewalks. One of the swimming pools was right in front of the front porch. My kids loved having the extra room upstairs. This is where they hung when we were inside. The bedrooms were plenty big. There was plenty of space for a family of 5. It was only about a 5 minute walk to the Atlantis. The owners were great about keeping us updated during check in and were available if we ever had any questions. I would definitely come back to this property and we were already discussing a possible return trip.

Good stay, rough check in

Property is in a great location and the owner is very friendly and responsive. There was enough space for my group to be comfortable and it was very clean. My main issue was that I was only about to check in at 7pm due to a hang up with the cleaning crew and still couldn’t really enter the property till 9 since the place was fogged with a chuuemical that made me cough and vomit after inhaling the fumes for around 15 min. If check in time was supposed to be at 3, it would’ve been nice to have been discounted the first day or something. There is a showerhead attached to the tub in the master bedroom, couldn’t get it to work, but owner says it’s supposed to. I’d run over that with him while checking in since my friends and I all ended up sharing the one guest shower instead. Dishwasher doesn’t work so we just shared washing duties between the 6 of us. Overall would recommend only if check in time is solid and cleaning doesn’t include something toxic chemicals.

Home away from home!

The home was incredible.... host and sister were great! What I needed info for they went above and beyond to get it. We mostly all stayed in the top floor! We had our xmas dinner there. They made it feel like home! There are 3 pools. But nobody really goes to them. But they are clean and ready to swim in. Breakfast was great. The lady and all the staff there are great and ready to help just as much as the host. Paul thank you for being so great to us. Hope to stay one day again.

We were traveling with 2 other families and needed to find a place that was near them. This place was very close to Atlantis and to the beach. One family stayed at Sun Rise and would walk through that property to the beach. Gerry the owner was very friendly and accommodating. We are a family of 5. Kids range from 12 to 18. We had plenty of room. We didn’t really stay at the place, it was a place to sleep, shower and eat breakfast, so it met that requirement. It only had one shower, which wasn’t an issue, just saying. I sat on the desk every morning and drank my coffee. Not much of a view, but I enjoyed it anyway. If you are not staying at Atlantis or Uber rich, this place will suit your purpose. We walked all over paradise island and felt very safe. Security at condo was very nice and friendly.

Loved it!

Our vacation rental on Paradise Island was wonderful; my family and I enjoyed everything about our stay. The internet was steady, the location was prime, and the staff was helpful. Everything we needed was in walking distance with the exception of the supermarket and if you do not have a car rental you can catch a taxi for as little as 15.00 to stock up on all must have's. We plan on renting this home in the near future.

Property was clean, we'll maintained and in close proximity to several tourist attractions!

The property was very clean, had all the appliances and amenities one could possibly need. Paul was great to deal with and quick to reply whenever contacted and very flexible in adjusting plans whenever we had changes to our flights. The close proximity to the pool as well as the beach, Atlantis and the marina village made it possible to walk everywhere. Next time we plan to visit the Bahamas I'll definitely check into availability of this unit again. 5 star!!

Conveniently located! Great owner!

The villa was very spacious and located within walking distance of Atlantis and the beach. Paul was very easy to work with and nice. He answered all of our questions and took care of any minor issues we had at the villa. The villa is very big and it was plenty of room for our family of four. One thing we did not like was that the master bedroom only had the Jacuzzi type tub in the bedroom. There was no shower in the master bath so we all had to share the guest bathroom shower. The roof top deck was a great spot and we ate all our meals and played cards out there at night. Beds were comfortable but it would be nice if they had some extra blankets and pillows for the guests. The villa overlooks one of the pools which was nice but there are really no service or other amenities at the Best Western complex where the villa is located. The restaurant had minimal hours and the waitress/bartender acted as if you were bothering her if you wanted anything. Same reception at the tiny store by the pool. The pool was never crowded as I believe a lot of the other villas / townhomes were owner occupied or vacant during our stay. Seymour at the front entrance was a joy! He was so happy and helpful! Everyone else that worked there seemed to be annoyed if we asked any questions. Most did not even greet us as we entered. Overall, it is a great location, away from the craziness and crowds of Atlantis but close enough to walk everywhere.

Beautiful townhome nestled in a quiet neighborhood with a serene rooftop deck...

Not only is the home accommodating so are the owners! The roomy townhome quickly became our home away from home when returning from a day of exploring the island. Some of us had to work while visiting so the wifi access came in handy. Every evening and morning was spent on the rooftop deck-- enjoying the expansive views of the neighborhood and marina. Gerald and Paul were gracious hosts and made everything run so smoothly for us. I would highly recommend this townhome to families as an inviting haven in which to spread out and relax instead of tripping over themselves and suitcases in a cramped hotel room.

Actually, it's about us.....rather than just me! We're a small family of four siblings managing the former second home of our now elderly parents. We completely renovated the unit a few years ago and outfitted it with new furnishings and appliances. It is a large, cozy, family oriented unit with an "away from home" vibe in a quiet resort complex. It's our home; not just a vacation rental property, and we cherish the memories we've had growing up and then later visiting our parents when they lived there. It's not fancy, but it is modern, clean, comfortable and quiet, and within walking distance to the beach and the excitement of Atlantis Resort and other attractions. If this is the type of vacation property you're seeking, we'd love to host and you and your family.
