There is a family shower room. The rest of the property contains a galley kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room with open fire. To the outside there is roadside parking, a front patio area with bench and a rear enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. Number Fifteen is a superb seaside base for couples or families looking to enjoy a break away. Please note: this property's changeover day is Friday only.

Note: Guests should be aware that the property has a swallow nest above the front door. These are a protected bird and guests do enjoy watching them but this may not be to everybody's taste.
Please note that the property has 4 internal fire doors, on the living room, dining room and two main bedrooms. These are spring loaded doors however we have fitted Dorgard devices which allow you to safely keep doors open if needed. The devices will automatically close in the event of a fire. The town also boasts a small sand and pebble beach, a traditional promenade, fish and chip shops and ornamental gardens.
