The "Villetta Filicudi" is composed of a double bedroom with sea view, a living room equipped with two single beds, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
From the villa there is access to a small terrace, in front of the living room, and a small garden surrounded by rich vegetation.
The "Villetta Filicudi" is located inside the "Residence Placido" consisting of 10 small villas.
The "Residence Placido" is a very peaceful and romantic place, easily reachable by car, with private access directly on the sea, in the enchanting bay of Mazzarò.
Mazzarò, a coastal village in the municipality of Taormina, is famous above all for its beach. In this stretch of crystal clear sea the seabed is rich in vegetation and has a multitude of varieties of fish.
It is a true paradise for diving enthusiasts.
Boat excursions depart from the bay of Mazzarò to visit the enchanting natural reserve of Isola Bella, the gulf of Giardini Naxos, the bay of the Sirens and Capo Taormina.
The "Residence Placido" is only 100 meters away. from the cable car station that leads in just a few minutes (10 minutes) to the historic center of Taormina.
The villas, built in the Aeolian style, are all immersed in an enchanting park full of Mediterranean vegetation and have a terrace or a private garden.
The houses are all with the kitchen; there is air conditioning, fridge, TV, WI-FI internet which is present in a corner of the garden and above all there is the possibility to park your car in the garden.
The arrival at the villas is expected at 14:00 after lunch, and the departure is before 10:00 in the morning.
