Main villa
has 3 bedrooms (2 double and 1 single) and 3 bathrooms , all with shower, two of which are particularly spacious. The interiors include a large living room with sofa, TV and dining area, as well as a fully equipped kitchen , designed to ensure maximum comfort during your stay.

Adjacent to the main villa, it offers 1 double bedroom , 1 bathroom with shower , a living room with sofa bed (suitable for 2 people), TV, dining table and a full kitchen . The annex also has a private terrace with outdoor table, ideal for outdoor breakfasts or dinners.
Outside, the villa has a large panoramic terrace furnished with two dining tables , deckchairs and outdoor sofas, perfect for outdoor lunches, moments of relaxation or aperitifs at sunset. The outdoor spaces are completed by an outdoor shower , a garden area with lemon trees and an ancient well , which adds a touch of authentic Capri charm.
Access for guests
The entrance to the villa is located directly on the main road that leads to the beaches of Marina Piccola ( Via Marina Piccola 41 ), ensuring convenient and direct access.
