Spectacular 3 Bed/3 Bath Beachfront Penthouse

Our property is a spectacular, elegantly furnished two-story beachfront penthouse and is one of largest villas (2500 sq ft) at the Glitter Bay Estate. The property, situated on a ½ mile long private beach, offers among the best views at Glitter Bay.

All bedrooms have patios with breath-taking panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea. Set among extensive landscaped gardens, our property was refurbished to a high standard by the island's leading interior designer. You will find all modern comforts here, including a granite built-in kitchen with stainless SMEG appliances, marble and coral stone bathrooms with English fixtures, air conditioning throughout, cable plasma TV /DVD, wireless broadband service and more.

All three bedrooms (master bedroom on 1st floor of the penthouse & 2 additional bedrooms on the second floor) have private, en-suite bathrooms and private patios with built-in seating and breathtaking sea views. Our personal maid provides daily (5 days/wk) service- and can also cook delicious local meals for your party (arranged separately).

The property has a free form swimming pool with cascading waterfall and separate children’s pool. Beach towels and chairs are included and available at all times. You can also enjoy the tennis courts (2) and an exercise room conveniently located in our building . Nearby golf at Westmoreland or Sandy Lane (10 minutes away) can be booked by calling directly.

We are 1 mile from Holetown, with many excellent restaurants located nearby. The Massy Supercentre is a modern, huge supermarket in the heart of Holetown. We are 45 mins from the airport, 30 mins from Bridgetown and 20 mins from Speightstown.

Great location!

Stayed at Glitter Bay previously in one of the company owned one bed units. This place is huge in comparison & would easily accommodate 6 adults. Airport pick up as part of the package was appreciated.

Sunsets at Golden Sunsets

Golden Sunsets is a wonderful place at an equally wonderful complex- Glitter Bay. The name is very appropriate. Sunset were awesome. Our family had a wonderful 7 days and we are already planning our return.

Glitter Bay Estate

Traveling with two friends, we had a wonderful time in Barbados; it was the first visit for all of us. Our accommodations at Glitter Bay was one of the highlights of our vacation. The rental unit was tastefully appointed and was a 12-20 feet walk to the beach and not to mention in close proximity to Holetown, a commercial area nearby. The consensus of the group is that we would highly recommend staying at Glitter Bay Estates.

Amazing property

Everything about this condo rental was first class!! The condo was beautiful, clean and had very good amenities! We walked along the stretch of beach for a good 2 1/2 hours every day so I can honestly say this condo is situated on the best stretch of that beach. Never had to worry about chairs as your beach chairs are reserved for your condo. Plenty of towels for the chairs as well. Owner was excellent in responding whenever we had a question or request. The housekeeper Leshelle did a wonderful job of taking care of us and even purchased groceries for us so we didn’t have to miss out on any beach time. I’d like to mention Dave the driver who was such a polite and kind man. If you’re looking for relaxation this is the place for you it is a very quiet location. If you’re the type of person who is looking to hear loud music and parties you’re not going to get that here. We wanted peace and quiet and that’s exactly what we got. The only negative thing I could say which is not about the condo - is the restaurant on site the food was not very good and overpriced. That being said there are plenty of restaurants to choose from in the area which have very good food! Would definitely recommend and would definitely return here! Thank you Janina for your wonderful hospitality!

Amazing and Beyond

First of all, I really don't want to alert a whole lot of people about this amazing location and condo! I have been to all the IT spots (bora bora, Fiji) and Barbados is where its at! The culture, the people, the food. We had a blast. I have two kids 10 and 8 and they played in the ocean all day, we rode jet skis, tubed, snorkeled, you name it we did it. We will definitely be back!!! Thank you to Janina and her staff! Ashley

Fabulous - Everything you would want at Golden Sunsets

Our recent family stay at 304 Glitter Bay was just perfect, the duplex condo accommodation is of a high standard with three ensuite bedrooms and tasteful décor and is kept pristine clean by Leshell and her son Wayne who were on hand to help but not in your way. Glitter Bay has a wonderful location right on the beach but it also has a lovely pool so you have close at hand both options through the day with no effort. We have often travelled and been slightly disappointed that the accommodation can be dated and tired here is not the case. We look forward to returning not just to Barbados but to 304 Glitter Bay.

Amazing luxury beachfront apartment!

Our family of five stayed in Golden Sunset at Glitter Bay for 10 nights in March. It was truly more than we could have ever wished for. The apartment is spacious, beautiful, and clean. Being able to drink my morning coffee overlooking the Caribbean Sea every morning was a dream. It's close to many beachside restaurants and a quick drive to Holetown. We had many delicious meals at the on site beach bar. Lounge chairs are provided for each guest (no getting up early to get one) and Rocky and Kemar were happy to move us up to the front when others left. Our kids loved the pool and playing tennis and table tennis. The jewels at Golden Sunset, however, are Janina, the owner, and her wonderful housekeeper, LeShell. Janina was helpful every step in planning our visit. She answered all our questions with patience and arranged our transfer to the apartment. LeShell is nothing short of amazing. She is super sweet, kept the apartment incredibly clean and was happy to make us a wonderful meal one evening. Everyone in our family loved Golden Sunset and we'll definitely be back!

Ssssshhhhhhh keep this place a secret!

Third or fourth stay here and it still remains our number one holiday destination in the world. As the matriarch in our family I normally prefer hotels where I don’t have to lift a finger but golden sunsets and glitter bay fulfill all my holiday dreams and more. 1). Fabulous apartment with three en-suite kings all with ocean view balconies and maid service.. 2). Guaranteed sunbeds daily with great bar and casual lunch restaurant. 3) good pool with loungers round it. 4) delightful owner of apartment who is a pleasure to deal with. 5). Location first class with restaurants walkable via the beach and easy taxi ride to holetown bars and restaurants. 6) arguably the best beach onthe Island. We will return.

Well worth the Visit: immaculate, private, secure, peaceful, quiet; and friendly, helpful staff.

This was a third year in Golden Sunsets, 304 Glitter Bay. Lashell, Dave, Andre and all the staff are becoming more like family; so supportive and kind. We cannot say enough about Janina Galler and the effort she makes to assure trip planning from arrival, through the stay, and departure are without issue. Not sure how best to say thanks to Janina and those on site who assist her but results speak for themselves. It was happy for us; another wonderful stay for the family!

Excellent clean family accommodation

A repeat visit for our family. Apartment is roomy on two floors with sea views from the balcony. Two kids can enjoy safe surroundings with large pool and private beach. Restaurants aplenty just a walk away down the beach. I cannot think of a better location we loved it and will certainly return

What a beautiful place, we could not have had a better family break if we tried. Beach, Apartment, Staff all perfect for our needs. It really is a beautiful Bay, Reggae bus into Holetown in less than 10 mins. and surrounded by excellent restaurants. booking for next year already.

Apt. 304 is sensational

Four of us shared this wonderful apartment, beautifully furnished with both sea and pool views. Conveniently located, for a wide choice of restaurants and shopping. Dave picking us up at the airport meant we had the best start to our holiday. We were greeted on arrival by Shenay who gave us an excellent introduction to our holiday home for the next 3 weeks. Even the fridge was stocked with essentials. For the whole holiday we didn't have to lift a finger, as the lovely Samantha cleaned, washed and ironed for us. She was also happy to cook local caribbean meals when required and everthing with a big smile! Shequila, our concierge, did a great job booking restaurants etc. plus printing out our boarding passes for return flight to London. Alan, Wanda and Francia provided amazing and friendly service at the beach bar. Their rum punches and light lunches were sensational. We were all very sorry to leave Glitter Bay and are already planning our return in 2016. Tony, Janet, Rob & Wendy

Gorgeous, elegant beach home!

Glitter Bay is one of the best spots on the island. All the benefits of having your own apartment, plus all the benefits of being in a hotel. Unit 304 is elegantly decorated and beautiful inside, with gorgeous balconies in every room and luxury amenities. Great for families or for romantic getaways. And the beach is one of the most beautiful on the island. We'll be back!

We watched this property being built and were among its earliest owners. The beautiful location and sea views, the expansive landscaped grounds (where our daughters chased pigeons) , the friendly staff and proximity to Bridgetown made this an ideal property for us. Our daughters named the apartment 'Golden Sunsets' because of the breathtaking golden, red and lilac sunsets that we celebrate daily during our visits to the island. We consider 'Golden Sunsets' our home and hope you will enjoy the premises as much as we do!

Our apartment is very spacious and one of the largest units at Glitter Bay. The apartment is a Penthouse and has expansive ocean views from all balconies. Our views are among the best at Glitter Bay, because of the property location near the sea. Because the apartment layout, all three bedroom patios face the sea and have unencumbered views of the water, which is unusual. Most important, 'Golden Sunsets' is our home and provides the comforts of living in a modern home with all of the amenities of a special resort environment offered by The Glitter Bay Estate.
