Finely rebuilt in 2014, the apartment is on an elevator accessible third floor of an antique building which is located a few steps away from the Duomo and Michelangelo s David at Accademia Gallery.
The house is equipped with air condition and free internet.
The master bedroom with a queen size bed, has an en suite full bathroom with a huge shower; the bright and wide living room has two single sofa beds (100 cm wide) and a guest toilet.
The elegant dining room is near to the fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, drip coffee maker, kettle, toaster, multi-food processor ).The sunny veranda is perfect for having breakfast with a stunning view of the Duomo.

Charme, segurança e ótimas instalações.

O apartamento está situado no coração de florença com atrativos perto do apto com restaurantes, mercado lojas e tudo que turista necessita . O apartamento com elevador e todas as necessidades cama box, cozinha completa sala ampla com tv smart muito bem decorada. O que posso enfatizar é a rápida respostas da proprietária e a incrível recepção da proprietária com pro-seco e biscoito e informações turísticas que facilita a vida do turista. Obrigada Valentina e certamente na próxima alugarei novamente.

Cannot say enough good things about our stay. We were welcomed warmly with clear instructions on anything we needed. The apartment is lovely and inviting. The location was perfect. Our host was beyond thoughtful with small details throughout the apartment. Wonderful hospitality. Don’t hesitate to book. If we come back to Florence, and I hope to, I will book the same place.

Wow! This large Florence apartment is full of Italian charm and modern amenities! It is a 5 minute walk to the Duomo and square and convenient to many amazing restaurants, museums (the statue of David is a couple blocks away), the tram and many other historical sites. We enjoyed the small balcony overlooking Florence and you can truly see the Duomo from the balcony. I took a nighttime picture and looks exactly like the picture in this listing. There are many shops (leather, jewelry, groceries, cafes etc) within within steps of this unit. Our hosts - Valentina and Lorenzo were so very kind and helpful and quickly responded to our questions. Upon arrival, we were met by Nicolle who gave us a tour and explained they all aspects of the apartment. It was so nice to have air conditioning in the bedroom, kitchen and living room - it was about 90F for most of the days. Check in and check out instructions were easy and clear. I would give 10 stars if I could - but definitely 5 stars for everything! Thank you Valentina and Lorenzo!!-Dixie and Paul

You’ll never find such an awesome apartment in a perfect location. Clean and perfectly equipped with anything you need during your stay. Valentina is a gracious host that took care of my every need. Right down to bringing me medicine when I came there sick. My dream vacation for 2 months and looking forward to 3 months next year. Thank you Valentina until next year.

Perfecto

From the moment we arrived and Valentina met us at the door you anticipated this was special…and it was . Starting with an elevator to our room , then the home like comfort of the apartment equipped with everything you could possibly need. Did I mention clean ! It was spotless and without strange odors . The location was great and this was our best rental experience on our three week vacation. Thank You Valentina.

A Home Away From Home

I cannot say enough about our awesome stay at Valentina’s beautiful home. We stayed for 7 days and it truly felt like home away from home. The location is excellent and had all of the amenities you could ask for. But the best part was meeting Valentina who is an outstanding host and the nicest person you will ever meet. She gave us a tour of the apartment and was always available if we needed her. We would love to come back and stay here again in the future.

Great Apartment in Florence

This apartment was a fantastic find! My husband and I stayed 4 nights and loved it! The location is perfect, close to all of the sights as well as the train station, shops, restaurants. We enjoyed meeting Valentina and appreciated the tour of the apartment upon our arrival. The apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Having a washing machine available is always a bonus! We plan to return to Florence for another trip and will definitely be planning our trip around availability of this apartment!

Home away from home

We stayed at the apartment April 9-18 and had a wonderful time. It is a large, cheerful and peaceful place you can truly call home. What made it different is Valentina who welcomed us upon arrival and explained everything about the place and gave us a welcome gift and recommendation regarding restaurants and answered all our questionsThe apartment is large and furnished with taste and had everything you need . The bedroom is large with a comfortable bed and plenty of closets. The adjoining bathroom has a shower and bidet. There are two large living areas with three sofas and a large dining area with five chairs. There a separate half bathroom. There are many lights and a small balcony with a view of the Dumo. Heating and air conditioning works well. There is an elevator and it is in a safe area with numerous shops and restaurants. Just outside there is a fine cafe and grocery stores. The Dumo is three minutes away and the Uffizi gallery 10-15 minutes walking and the Academia 5 minutes away.Valentina booked a taxi to take us to the airport at 415 AM and it came on time. She is a lovely genuine person willing and eager to help and made us feel at home. Communication with her was easy and she answered our questions and requests promptly I highly recommend this apartment and looking forward to coming back to Florence in my home away from home

Beautiful apartment and excellent location

Valentina was an incredible host and met us at the apartment. She helped us with a personal issue and checked several times to ensure everything was going well.The apartment is spacious and very clean. The location is excellent. Highly recommend.

Spacious, Clean, Great Host and Location

Valentina was an excellent host and the apartment was spacious, clean, and centrally located to everything for our 7 night stay. The Duomo was 2 blocks away, grocery stores less than a block, and plenty of restaurants near by. If you rent a car, there is parking (paid for 35-40EU a night) right outside the building entrance door, which made it easy for us to come and go (730am-12am it is open) for our side ventures outside of Florence. Valentia is an excellent host and responded quickly by phone/text to any questions we had. The washing machine came in handy and there is a clothes rack to dry on the patio quickly, as the sun hits that side of the building from the am to mid day. Plenty of basics (salt, pepper, sugar, olive oil, supplied coffee/expresso pods) coffee and expresso coffee maker. If you are looking for a place in the heart of Florence that is spacious, clean, accommodating, and in a very safe location, look no further!

Perfect location!

Such a nice apartment with everything we needed for our stay. We started our trip here and then went out to countryside and stayed again at this place to end our trip. It is a great spot close to everything and parking garage made it easy to park our rental. Valentina was super helpful and made the place so nice for us! Highly recommend! We will stay here again if we return.

Great Place

Large apartment in the heart of Florence

The Luxury Stunning Duomo view apartment was amazing. Located on a street with 2 small grocery stores and a short walk to Mercato Central. On the same street there is a Gelato shop / Bistro, leather shops and a perfume shop. The apartment is large and was stocked with everything we needed and more, including 2 mini-split air conditioners and an elevator. The bed was very comfy and the apartment was super clean. Valentina was very helpful in explaining everything about the apartment and was quick to answer any questions that we had. If we return to Florence this where we hope to stay.

Will forever hold a special place in our hearts!

If you’re looking for awesome, comfortable, centrally located accommodations, at a fair price - with a VIEW of the duomo from your private deck, and a historic homey feel - yet with all the modern amenities travelers (especially American travelers) desire… look no further! This is your place. On top of everything else, Valentina is the sweetest and kindest host! She’s very warm, smart, & experienced - honestly I now consider her a friend - and I’ll never stay anywhere else in Florence again. The apartment has been in her family for many years, and you can tell - it’s the best of both worlds. Examples: AC that actually works, small but typical and functional elevator, comfy couch with TV/netflix/prime/etc; the apartment is massive by any city standards & although we didn’t end up entertaining friends - you could easily do so in this space. Large table with large functional kitchen and all modern appliances - even a 2nd toilet/sink for guests to use. LOCATION: So many shops & restaurants literally at your doorstep. Plus we were able to visit all the “main” attractions yet be close enough to the apartment to allow me to come home and take breaks for my injured ankle. Laundry machine and tons of closet/storage space - total bonus! My injured ankle messed up my boyfriend’s (now fiancé’s) proposal to me, so he ended up pivoting and proposing right in the apartment! This apartment and Valentina will forever hold a special place in our hearts. THANK YOU AND WE HOPE TO SEE YOU SOON!

Amazing Stay

Amazing location a 2 minute walk from the Duomo. Quiet, clean, safe and secure property. So much space! Valentina had excellent communication and recommendations for the area. 5 star host. We would absolutely stay here again.
