This includes grinding, epoxy injection, surface regrading, and recoating/repainting. Holidays will not be affected. All work is weather and schedule permitting.

Repairs and waterproofing work on the Level 2 Parking Garage will occur April 13 – May 15, 2026. Traffic will remain two‑way with temporary lane shifts; some coating work will be done overnight (10 PM–6 AM). The indoor pool and fitness room will be closed April 13–23, 2026 while the pool is drained, refilled, and rebalanced.
