Tide Together Family Ready...Well-Appointed, 2 Master Bedrooms, Sleeps 14

'Tide Together' is one of the most beautiful and well-appointed rental homes in Cape San Blas. It is located right on the Gulf with spectacular panoramic views and amazing evening sunsets. The professionally decorated home sleeps 14 and is located on the highly desirable west side of the Cape and is only two miles from the entrance to St. Joseph State Park. It is also only steps away from a large, beautiful community swimming pool which is offered for owners and their guests of the San Dunes Neighborhood.

With 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, there is plenty of room for extended families or groups of friends. The home has 2 Master Bedrooms, both with king sized beds, private baths, and a balcony overlooking the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico. Right outside these bedrooms, you will be spoiled to find a coffee station set up with a Keurig and a variety of drinks to choose from. There will be no need to go down to the kitchen in the morning until you have enjoyed a cup of tea or coffee while you watch the sparkling water from one of the homes spacious decks. The third floor also has two more bedrooms, each with a private bath. The third bedroom has a queen sized bed and private balcony with seating. The fourth bedroom is a bunk room with three sets of built in bunks. Each bedroom in the home has a flat-screen TV with DVD player.

The second floor features the high-end amenities that you desire, such as a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, Cambria countertops, five burner gas cooktop, and double ovens. The dining room table seats 10 and there is extra indoor dining seating for four more. The entertainment room has a large HD TV with DVD player, and Cable. Wireless WiFi and free long-distance are also provided for your convenience. This floor also has a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and a 5th bedroom with a king-sized bed and full bathroom. Our home has milled cypress floors throughout and wood clad walls. The home is professionally decorated with a 'Coastal Living Magazine feel'.

The first floor has parking beneath the house, a hot and cold outdoor shower, a cleaning station for the fish you catch during your stay,and a gas grill.

The home is stocked with books for all ages, numerous toys, board games, puzzles, and a large DVD collection appealing to adults as well as children.

Cape San Blas has the feel of 'old Florida' with no high rise condos, no crowds, and no hurry. The minute we make the turn out onto the cape, you can feel yourself relaxing. You will make memories to last a lifetime!

Best rental house
This is the third time we stayed in Cap San Blas for our family vacation. We are 8 adults, 2 teenagers, a 7 year old, a 3 year old and a toddler. There was plenty of room for everybody. The house was very clean and very nicely decorated with everything you need in the kitchen to cook. We cooked all our meals at the house. For us it was easier since we did not need to get all dressed to go to town. The beach was terrific and we build another fire pit with seating around it right at the beach. We had rain for part of the time but with all the toys, movies and video games we did not get board. We even saw a waterspout over the Gulf on morning, and of course Dolphins every morning and afternoon. The downstairs air conditioner went out one day but it got fixed within 4 hours. This is defiantly a house we would like to come back to if we decide to come back to Cap San Blas.

Best vacation ever!
I cannot say enough good things about this house, and the new owners. We had a very small intimate wedding ceremony on the beach and stayed here for the week with our family. Most were scheduled to go back to work after the weekend, but 2 families rescheduled to stay longer. The house has a wonderful floorplan, excellent decorating, and extremely clean. It is very well stocked. I don't have one negative thing to stay about the house, it was PERFECT!

LOVED THIS HOME!
I can't say enough positive things about our experience at this home on Cape San Blas. The location is absolutely breathtaking. The house had all the luxuries you could ever ask for. Waking up to the sound of the ocean with the wind gently blowing through the door wall was pure heaven. The balconies were around the entire house. There was more than enough room for eating inside or out. Anita Marie was extremely helpful in answering our questions about the house and location. This was one of my favorite vacations of all time. I would highly recommend!

Great stay at Tide Together
After our Disney trip we stayed at Tide Together for a few days of rest and relaxation. Everything was great - clean, comfortable, plenty of space, high-end kitchen and grill, and easy beach access. I've rented through VRBO before and the owners were the most helpful and responsive of anyone that I ever worked with. If you're looking for a quiet and relaxing time at the beach, we would highly recommend this home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Tide Together. The house was perfect for our family of ten, including four young grandchildren (ages 3 mos. to 8 years). It was beautifully decorated by the owner with all the comforts of home. The property was very well maintained and the owners were very attentive to any questions we had. It was by far the nicest vacation home we have stayed in and would highly recommend it to families with children. We would love to come back for a week in 2015.

We love, love, love you home! Our family has vacationed at Cape San Blas for over 20 years. This year we were blessed to have rented Tide Together and had a wonderful time. The house is beautifully furnished while being child friendly. Our extended family included children ages 9 to 4 months, so the bunk room, the children's book selection and toys were a great hit. We also appreciated the high chair, baby gate and monitor. If you are looking for a house that offers all of the comforts of home plus being steps away from the gorgeous beach, Tide Together is the place for you!!

Wonderful Family Vacation Memories
Our family has vacationed in Florida for many years and this is by far one of the nicest homes we have ever stayed in. It's not only decorated beautifully, it is so clean! And that is so very, very important! So well appointed, all of the bedrooms are so beautiful and the kitchen has everything you will ever need! Owners, Anita Marie and Paul are very considerate in returning emails and so nice to deal with! We have never stayed in Cape San Blas before but loved the beautiful and quiet beaches! We went Kayaking in the bay and had a great time, but mostly we enjoyed grilling out at night and just relaxing between the pool and beach and the deck. The guys did golf one day at Port St. Joe and enjoyed that very much also. We had four families - 8 adults and 6 kids and had enough room for us all.... really a great set up in the home for large families! We usually vacation in Destin, but after visiting the Cape and not having to fight for a spot on the beach and staying in Anita Marie and Paul's beautiful home, we will definitely be back to this well kept beach secret!
