Tired condo

Pros: heated pool, beautiful spacious grounds. Great vista for sunset views. Cons: small bed , unit is in need of updating, close to the road noise. Both bathrooms are small. Would not stay in this unit again.

Perfect Location

The location of this property is perfect. You can walk to great restaurants or stores easily. Oceanfront with beautiful views and miles of beach to stroll along. The condo was efficient, quiet and clean. The view from the balcony was so peaceful and a beautiful sunset every night. The complex is very nicely maintained, with tennis, shuffle board, pickle ball, putting green, pool and spa. We can’t wait to return.

Lovely grounds, great help from the owner.

Definitely does not sleep 5. Comfortable for two adults, maybe one child. Could use a little TLC and update kitchen supplies. TV was a big issue but got lots of help from the owner and partner. Still had to go through steps to get TV on. Overall very quiet, great view, comfortable bed and just perfect for me.

Winter Break Vacation

It was a great property and lots that they offered. They helped us find restaurant's, places to swim and things to do. They kept everything clean and gave us extra stuff to use that we may have forgotten.

Nice location, but needs upgrades

We paid for the rental week, and then had a COVID exposure notice with an hour of booking. Even tho we immediately notified the owner, she was unresponsive and denied receiving the VRBO cancelation request. Fortunately we were able to go, whereupon communication with the owner suddenly improved! Overall, the place is as advertised, but just very tired furniture and accessories...the microwave quit while we were there (and the owner replaced it immediately), the toilet would not stop running, and the beach chairs were quite dirty and all zippers corroded. The bed is old and small, and we were both starting to get sore backs as the week wore on. The location was nice, but we found much better accommodations at a lower price once we arrived.

Immaculate grounds on property

Everything in the room was as described. Had everything we needed to cook 2x/day. In-room washer and dryer were nice. Nice chairs, cooler (and other beach type things) in the room. Other activities available on property. Would stay again.

Wonderful time

We have never done VRBO before so I was a little nervous. The owner was very helpful and was quick to respond. The condo was great! We will definitely do this again!

MAUI SUNSETS ARE GREAT

Older buildings in good condition. Well cared for grounds. Convenient location in Kihei, Maui. Place is setup best for a couple alone or with a child or two.

Amazing location

Very comfy, more than enough space for four adults. Great amenities, it was nice not having to bring a lot of stuff to Maui. AMAZING SUNSETS from the balcony or adjacent beach.

Clean and comfortable

Nida was very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Place was clean and complete amenities. Seems there was a lamp missing on the corner dining table. Extra lighting would've been nice. It was nice to have the electric fan, for extra breeze with fresh air from lanai. Did not need to use a/c.

Awesome location. Beautiful view of the park and ocean from the balcony

We loved the place. Has everything you will ever need. We are beach people, so having the sand just steps away was really nice. Even walked into town to our favorite tacos (Coconut fish cafe) great communication keeping us updated on check in. Would love to stay here again.

Exactly what we were looking for

Unit was clean and included all amenities such as beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach umbrella, snorkel, washer/dryer, stove and microwave. I ended up packing more than I needed. The sunsets from here are perfect with the sun touching the ocean without obstructions. Best sunsets I’ve ever seen. Quiet and great for families and couples. The contact was continually helpful and quick to respond to all my questions. She’s local and helped us before and during our stay.

Oceanfront location close to everything

Had everything we needed and we loved the pool beside the ocean. Sunsets were amazing all week, would definitely return. Host Nida was very helpful and responsive -5 stars all around!

Lovely condo, great view. Could be a little better stocked in the kitchen. Since it was only me I really didn’t have any issues accept not finding any measuring cups. The refrigerator had an issue with one spot on the shelf actually freezing my eggs. Also could use better lighting over the kitchen counter. As I am an early riser there was not enough light to illuminate the whole counter leaving me drinking my coffee in a dark shadow if I sat at the counter. Overall it was a pleasant condo to stay in. Very clean and bright and quiet and close to the elevator. I had a great stay and would come back again.
