Tropical Paradise at Futura Yacht Club

Futura Yacht Club is a private 70 unit community with a 53 slip marina. Easy access to the ocean through Snake Creek or Tavernier Creek in just 10 minutes to fish, lobster, scuba or snorkel. Is tennis your game? Start your day with an invigorating game or maybe basketball or volleyball...or how about a refreshing plunge in the grand sparkling pool? Here you can pamper yourself in the sun on the spacious pool deck while seagulls grace the vibrant blue skies. Located just 67 miles south of Miami from both land and sea, this vacation rental is your ultimate secluded tropical destination.

Your Home Away From Home Includes:

Scenic Views: Our balcony provides a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of the Futura Yacht Club community and tennis courts.

Boating Made Easy: We have a boat slip (#49) in Futura Yacht Club marina, near the boat ramp, with water/electric. (Please note: the Futura Yacht Club assesses a $150 fee for boat trailer parking for your stay, as well as a $50 boat registration fee - both are collected upon arrival at the FYC office)

Community Amenities: As part of a friendly, gated community, feel free to use the heated pool, tennis and volleyball courts, as well as the marina facilities, including a boat ramp and trailer storage.

Inside the Condo:

Thoughtfully Furnished: We've equipped our home with comfortable beds, new air conditioning, granite countertops, and a large HD TV for your comfort and enjoyment.

Fully Equipped Kitchen: Cook up a storm with our quality cookware.

Accommodations for Your Group: The condo sleeps up to 6 guests (4 adults), with a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen in the second bedroom, and a pull-out queen in the living room.

A Few More Things:

Our friendly resident manatee often visits the marina – a special treat for nature lovers!
The location is great for accessing the ocean, with Snake Creek (South) and Tavernier Creek (North) nearby.

Booking Information:

We book on a Saturday to Saturday schedule, but if you need a different schedule, just let us know and we'll see if we can accommodate you.

We hope our townhouse can be your next relaxing getaway spot. We look forward to possibly hosting you!

Peaceful paradise

We have stayed here at least 10x. Relax, read, fish, snorkel,etc. Great restaurants. Locally Twisted Shrimp, Papa Joes. And if you travel to Key West El Siborney.I cannot say enough about what a wonderful stay we had. etc.

Great place to stay in Islamadora!!!

Wonderful property. Joe was great to deal with in all aspects. Immaculate. We rented a boat for the week, and Joe even has a slip to tie up on. Pool was warm and refreshing all week. Thanks for everything Joe!! We will be back. Joe’s condo if we’ll equipped with everything needed. Future is located in a great location

Wonderful place to stay

Everything was exactly as expected based on the listing. The condo has everything you need and more. Communication with the owner was easy and always quick responses. Quiet, very clean, excellent location. The whole property was beautiful and well maintained. My children thoroughly enjoyed the pool and fishing at the marina. I would gladly stay here again.

Awesome Condo!

My husband and I stayed for a week for my birthday. We usually stay in Key West and just pass through the other Keys on our way to/from the airport. This time we decided to stay somewhere in the middle and explore what the other Keys have to offer. Am I glad we did! The Islamorada area did not disappoint. Joe's condo has everything you could possibly need and even stuff you might forget like band aids and ibuprofen! Beds super comfy. Huge relaxing pool. We cant wait to come back with our kids. Just a 2 hour drive from Key West too (so we still got to our OG happy place).

We had a great time here. The condo was spacious and super clean. Nice patio to sit out on. The pool was relaxing . We met a lot of great people there. I got beautiful sunset pictures. We would definitely stay at this yacht club again.

We typically go to Fort Myers Beach, but Ian changed our plans. This property was great! Had all that one needs. Beds were comfortable. Close to restaurants/ bars. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place! We will be back!

Unit was great and very much felt like home with all the little things you forget to pack like foil, baggies, scissors, super glue, Tylenol, etc. Comfort touches like soft pillows and throws and amazingly comfy beds! Washer and dryer on the floor were new and clean too. Pool was never super packed and was always enjoyable and nice people at dock and pool. Fun looking at iguanas, manatee, and dolphins all right from the dock. Super close to all you need for groceries dining and bait. Great inshore fishing a 5 min boat ride away and only about 30 min boat ride out to great spots on the Atlantic side for both fishing and sandbar fun. Really nice and helpful owner too!

First Visit to the Florida Keys

This property was exactly as described. We thorougly enjoyed our time here. Not knowing the exact layout of the Keys, we were extremely happy with Islamorada. There were many fabulous restaurants which we enjoyed. We were able to arrange a snorkeling trip and a sunset cruise. The Theatre of the Sea was nearby and a great way to spend a day. We did travel to Key West one day and were so happy to get back to Islamorada after the conjestion and craziness in Key West. There were several iguanas that lived in the pool area. They were fun to watch. Problem is they left little presents around the pool and it wasn't cleaned up daily. One of the guests in our party would go down first and hose down the area so we didn't have to be bothered with the droppings. Overall, we had an awesome trip. The property was as expected. If we decide to visit the keys again, we would definitely stay here. Highly recommend to others as well.

Islamorada Vacation 2022

If you’re looking for a perfect place to be in the Florida Keys, this one would be hard to beat. The location is perfect. Especially if you are there to fish. The accommodations are very comfortable, with everything you need. My wife and I were on a “rest and relaxation” trip, and we certainly found that here. The property manager, Joe Moser was great too. We’re already planning a trip for next year.

Exceeded expectations

We were in town to visit with friends, and wanted a comfortable, conveniently located place to stay. This exceeded our expectations. The condo was very well appointed, and the bed was so comfortable. Check in instructions were seamless, and we appreciated having a key code (instead of a physical key) to enter the condo. We weren't expecting - but appreciated - being able to use the owners beach towels and kitchen items (spices, olive oil, etc). The beach area was the perfect place to watch the sunset, and I enjoyed watching the fish that seemed to hang out near the fish cleaning station. Would highly recommend this accommodation to others.

The perfect location.

The perfect place to stay. Property was quiet and clean. The condo looked newly renovated and everything was up to date. Owner reached out to us ahead of time to welcome us, explain how to get in, and answer any questions. The marina was beautiful and saw lots of sharks, fish, octopuses, lobsters, and wildlife. Have free access to Founders Park beach which was also beautiful. Would love to stay here again!

When we completely rennovated our condo we designed it as our home that we would occasionally rent, instead of being a rental home that we would rarely visit.

We think that we are in the best location in the Keys. It is a great family area with lots of restaurants, stores and the best marina access to the ocean and back country.
