Fully furnished throughout, this spacious condo includes a full kitchen complete with stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with beautiful linens, pillows, and bed coverings. This condo also includes a comfortable living room with sofa and seating area, beautiful outdoor lanai, HDTV, free high-speed WiFi, free onsite parking, and private access.

The Plantation at Princeville complex offers all guests access to the pool, hot tub, gym, and gas grills.

Beautiful Princeville location

Great home base

We loved this neighborhood: Quiet, nice pool, quick drive to lots of great beaches and restaurants. The house was just as pictured, and we appreciated the extra space with 3 beds/3 baths.

Great views and floor plan near Hanalei!

Our family loved our stay in Princeville. As described, the AC did NOT work and the master bed was very, very noisy but other than that we loved this location including the beach gear in the garage. Note there was room to park one small vehicle in the garage plus a second vehicle in one of the open parking spaces as available but you cannot parking in the short driveway. Aloha!

The place was roomy and location was great Vies off the golf course and mountains was spectacular. The pool and gum were right across the road so very convenient to go back and forth if we forgot something The only disappointment is that one of the bikes was missing its pedals so we could not use it but that was a small thing that did. It dampen our vacation on this Georgia island

The house was clean, looked new, furnished nicely and was comfortable.

The house was located in a nice neighborhood, within easy driving distance to restaurants, shopping, and beaches. We walked to Hideaway beach more than once. I celebrated my 70th birthday while there and the walk was manageable. Boogie boards, snorkeling equipment, beach chairs and other beach stuff was on the garage for our use. We were glad to be able to use it. Nice plus tomour stay. We went to Hanelei Bay shopping and to the beach, went horseback riding and snorkeling from Port Allen. We also took the golf course sunset tour which all of us were impressed with and recommend. We are slready talking about doing this again and would stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented a 3 bedroom for 6 adults for our stay in Kauai. As soon as we walked in we were very happy with our choice. The bedrooms were spacious and the living area was very well defined with an outside area read and enjoy the surroundings and another extensive inside area to chat or watch Tv. The pool area was 300 feet from the house and very well maintained. There is a shopping centre 3 miles away that has all you need. Overall, great place. Would definitely recommend.

Valentine Trip

Our stay for the most part was very good. It was nice to have a Condo with plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and a kitchen. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Location was great as well. In that particular unit it was very easy access to the work out room and the pool area. We enjoyed our stay in Princeville. There are a couple of suggestions I would make to the management: 1. Get the washer fixed or replaced it is not working properly. 2. The master bed was extremely uncomfortable and bed frame squeaks really bad. 3. The work out room could stand to have upgraded equipment. Its pretty old stuff. I think other than that no other complaints, thanks so much :o)

You didn't really hear it inside, but from the patio it was pretty constant. We enjoyed our stay. The pool was close. Hiking was close, beaches were an easy drive away.

Great Princeville Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 4 stayed here in April 2024 and had a wonderful experience. The home is very clean and comfortable. They even had all we needed for visits to the beach including chairs, umbrella, coolers, towels and toys. This is a really great location in Princeville with easy access to the main road for visits to Hanalei and Kilauea. Some of the other reviews mention that there are no window coverings toward the street but that didn't bother us and the view is so great you wouldn't want to cover it anyways. The management company made the stay very easy with great communication for check in and check out plus frequent recommendations for things to do in the area. Would definitely recommend this rental and would absolutely stay here again.

Great Location

Reviewer Comments: The property location is accurate, the kitchen has everything that you need and there were beach chairs, towels, umbrellas and coolers that are very useful. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. There are not any window coverings in the family room. There are three large sliding doors and one very large window, all facing the main road. The neighboring condo can see in as well. There needs to be some type of window covering to close at night, definitely feel like you are in a fish bowl.Overall it was clean, however, there is a large amount of dust above the doors on the trim.. I would recommend having the cleaners vacuum the trim. In the master bathroom someone went around with the wrong paint color to touch up some spots, very noticeable and not professional in my opinion.The window covering in the master toilet room was broke, and one window in the master will not stay open.. slides shut.Glass sliding door in the living area have some spots that are not clear.. cloudy glass. Windows in the bedrooms are hard to open and make a squeaking sound. Dishwasher is missing a button.It's just old.We have stayed in many Plantation Units and have never experienced this. This unit definitely shows it's age.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family (4 adults and a toddler) stayed in the rental for 2 weeks, and it was as comfortable a place as you could ask for. Highlight was probably the amazing view over the golf course to the mountains beyond; we had breakfast on the patio every morning to soak in that view. The space was the perfect size to allow all of us to spend time together BUT with enough private space to allow people to peel off as needed. Kitchen had everything we needed. Staff were very helpful both by phone and email. Would definitely stay here again!

Holiday in Kauai

We picked the perfect place for our Holiday vacation, location was great, very quiet, had to contact building management and they were there with-in minutes (nothing serious) Having 3 BR/ 3 B for six people, worked out very well. Would absolutely rent again or should I say when I rent again. Thank you for making this a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Home Away From Home in Paradise!

My wife and I had a wonderful time. The condo was clean and roomy. My wife loved the walking trail nearby. I enjoyed a couple of rounds at the Makai golf course there. We were close the Sunshine Helicopter service at Princeville Airport, many nice beaches and the Na Pali Coast boat service at Hanalei. We enjoyed having the option of eating at home or eating out.

Beautiful home with everything you could wish for.

Home looks exactly like on the pictures and is extremely comfortable. You will find everything you wish for. Only down point: If you wish to use ac you have to pay an addtitional 25 dollars/day which is basically fine if there was ac in all rooms, not only the living and master bedroom.
