Wonderful Stay!

We loved this house! Each bedroom was very nice and had it's own bathroom, the yard/patio was fantastic, and the hot tub was so relaxing. I highly recommend staying here.

Great place and location

Great place for our family. Loved the location on the north shore. Stevie was great to work with and definitely recommend staying here. We loved the hot tub after a long hike on the Kalalau trail!

The property was even more beautiful than the photos. The kitchen was well stocked, not only with culinary tools and dishware, but also spices and condiments. The property is located on a beautiful neighborhood that was perfect for morning walks.

Amazing views!

Cant think of a better place to stay at! The views were absolutely breathtaking. Our family of 6 enjoyed all the space and eating outside in the morning. Really enjoyed the use of the hotub at night as well.

Completely recommend this property! It’s very clean and the back deck is absolutely stunning. We spent so much time outside in the various backyard tables and chairs taking in the view (even better than the photos!!) Also a resort within 5 min walking and a beach/pool at 1 Hotel make the area super

Great Vacation

The house was a wonderful place to stay! The view from the master bedroom and living space was beautiful! It was set up for everyone to have their own space!! I would highly recommend!!

Amazing Stay!

Beautiful property with an amazing view. We liked everything about this place. Floor plan is very spacious & comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils and everything you need. We will definitely come back the next time we visit Kauai.

A memorable and joyful time

Four of us greatly enjoyed the home and the stunning surroundings. We definitely would like to come back again. The only suggestion -- please have more toilet paper and paper towels for vacationers who stay a longer period -- 14 days or more.

Perfect location

We loved the location and size of this home. It needs some updating (most notably the carpets), but it was absolutely the right choice for us. The neighborhood is excellent, and the views in the yard are much better in person than in the photos. Communication with property owner and housekeeping were good. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing backyard view

Our family really enjoyed this house especially the backyard view. It was amazing. House was clean and check in process was easy. Host was always available if you had any questions. Overall experience was great!

Wonderful experience!

This property is five times as beautiful as the pictures would show. Very clean and well appointed. All the rooms were very comfortable. We had six adults in our party and never felt crowded in this beautiful home. Would definitely make this my go to place for my next trip to Kauai! Mahalo, Stevie

We have the best time celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary. Property is beautiful and well kept. Bedrooms are well separated. Spa was a great extra that we enjoyed! Please remind cleaners to clean off the upper balcony Great stay would recommend it and would come back.

Lovely home

It was so lovely looking out at the gorgeous view of the well landscaped yard with the Na Pali mountains and a bit of Hanalei Bay in the distance. The house was a wonderful respite after a busy day of sightseeing. We all enjoyed star gazing while in the hot tub. We would recommend this home if you're interested in a rental on the North Shore.

An amazing house with a beautiful view!

The house has three large and beautiful bedrooms, a lovely kitchen and dining area, and a cozy living room. The view is spectacular! There are mountains, waterfalls, a canyon full of tropical trees and flowers, and even a view of a portion of Hanalei Bay. We could not have picked a better location for our trip to Kauai!😎

Beautiful view

My husband and I spent 5 days in your home with our friends and had a wonderful time. The house was spacious and well provisioned, and the view was stunning! The bedrooms were situated such that we all had privacy and the common areas gave us a great place to be together. We really appreciated the beach chairs and towels as well. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. All the way around we had a wonderful experience and would recommend your house to anyone.

Perfect Location! Perfect Home!

The house is beautiful, well-furnished, and maintained. It is close to all major spots and facilities. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. Everyone has their own space in the house. The views from the Master Bedroom and the backyard sitting on the deck are amazing! Very beautiful scenery, better than in the photos. The property owner and the housekeeping people were very responsive. Communication was easy and questions/needs were quickly answered. We would definitely recommend the place and will stay here again!

Absolutely Wonderful!

Our family had an amazing stay at this property in mid-August of 2018. The home is older but well taken care of - in fact we had an issue with the drain in one of the bathtubs and it was solved within hours. The house light and airy and open, and the views out of every window are fantastic. Our two children loved playing in the expansive backyard (they loved spotting chickens when they wandered in!) and we all enjoyed the hot tub at night looking up at the stars. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which allows for privacy, and the kitchen is well appointed and worked great for us to cook breakfast every day and a few other meals. The location can't be beat - near a great running trail in the morning and very close to Princeville Town Center. We loved every minute and were so sad to leave - we'll definitely be back!

Amazing location with breath taking views of Beautiful Kaua’i💙

Just a few minor repairs on house fixtures that may be quickly be repaired🥰 Also if there may be fresh unstained towels to bathe with & drain hot tub before next visitors arrival. There wasn’t any working cleaning items such as a vacuum to do daily cleaning, only 1 roll of toilet paper per rest room was a lil crazy🤣 But we made do💙 Besides complaints about our noise from what couldn’t be heard🤷🏽‍♀️ was a just astonishing. Maybe a few upgrade on appliances as well as furniture. We are Polynesian & have a heavier built🤣 some central air would even be GREAT🥰 Mahalo NUI 2 thee other neighbors who were great💙 as well as the owners. We appreciated your folks home

BEST home we’ve rented via VRBO! Amazing views & perfect location.

After extensive research I decided on this home for our trip. I suggest if you’re reading this while researching your options that you look no further & book this home. You will not be disappointed. Centrally located to enjoy everything North Shore. Local restaurants & groceries just minutes away. Don’t miss Anini Beach for safe snorkeling, enjoy drinks at Happy Talk (but skip Hideaways). Most of all be sure to take time to relax & enjoy this lovely home, especially the views from the decks & the hot tub. Fully equipped kitchen, exceptionally clean home, comfortable beds & furniture with lots of extras provided for your convenience. The sounds of the rainforest, the stars at night (astounding view of the Milky Way around 3am) & views of waterfalls all made our stay perfect. We spent 5 days here & 5 days in Poipu - we didn’t want to leave the Princeville home. I can’t say enough about our experience here. Stevie was always responsive & helpful, great to work with & rent from. I hope everyone reading this review will enjoy their stay in this wonderful home.

Charming property!

A lovely house with a great porch and yard! We enjoyed sitting on the back porch and looking at the view. The 2 king size bedrooms with baths on the first floor were very convenient for the two couples who didn't want to climb stairs. The younger member of our party was pleased to have the upper floor to himself and said the bedroom and bath were nice. The kitchen and family room were open so that we could all spend time with one another in comfort. We would definitely rent this house again.

We love our home. The view is just breathtaking .... during the day.....watching the waterfalls, the mountains, and Hanalei Bay from the hot tub out back is one of our favorite things to do.... at night or before dawn.... it is a great place to stargaze and watch the sun rise and paint those same mountains amazing colors.

Also... multiple rainbows a day out back are not uncommon.
