When I first saw this review I was at a complete loss for words... After some thought here goes. This booking did catch me by surprise because my family and myself go camping every year in July and part of August and do not book our properties during this time in case there is an issue we would not be able to assist. Once I received her phone call that she was at the property I immediately dropped everything and had our cleaning lady of 2 years for all of our properties, also dear friend to our family get there and clean it asap. During that time she was cleaning I offered up one of our water front condos, or both depending on the amount of people she had with her. They were already staged and ready to check in. She said that wasn't necessary and she was fine to stay in a hotel. I obviously dropped the cost of that night and the cleaning fee from her reservation. The cleaning lady did notice some small ants that were dead and I later found out from a professional that they are a seasonal ant here in Florida during our rainy season. My father was the "Strange" man that was doing everything he could think to do to accommodate the guest when he got back from vacation the evening of the frightening knock on the door. There are not and were no fleas in the house, the bed bug comment was also false just to cause defamation of our property. Please take this review lightly and please read the overwhelming amount of positive reviews from our other dear guests.
