The Inn at St. Thomas Square is a truly unique vacation destination, located just across the street from one of the world's most beautiful beaches along the magnificent Grand Lagoon. The European Villa and plaza offers luxury comforts, including a shared pool, tennis courts, and boat dock set in a quaint, relaxing atmosphere. Bring your boat or wave runner, or rent one to explore nearby St. Andrews Bay and Shell Island! Rest easy on the Murphy bed, and gather around a wooden bistro table for two at mealtime. Enjoy a pancake breakfast in bed or a romantic seafood meal! This 212 sq. footage studio offers a complete kitchenette with a stainless-steel cooktop ideal for easy cleanup, a miniature sink, oven, stovetop, and garbage disposal. Adjacent to the kitchenette is a cupboard microwave, toaster, and coffee pot so you can start your mornings off with coffee and warm up leftovers from the restaurant the night before. The miniature refrigerator doubles as a media center with a TV on top! Built-in bookshelves and drawers allow for extra storage, and multiple closets are located throughout the studio to keep you organized and comfortable for extended stays. The bathroom is spacious with a full tub and shower so that you can enjoy a nice soak after a day out in the sand, wind, and sun!

The charming studio features a convenient location with minimum frills so you can spend your time exploring the Gulf of Mexico and Florida's hottest nightclubs! Fun attractions like Zoo World and Ripley's Believe it or Not! are just minutes away. Outside, the resort grounds are lovely, with flowering trees and hedge-lined pathways. Dine at the Mexican bar and grill on resort grounds or enjoy a wine tasting from Panama City Beach Winery! Walk across the street to the sugary white sands and pitch your gear for a fun-filled day of sun. Plan a day trip to Panama City and Historical St. Andrews, which offers fishing vessels and boutiques.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 2.

Dock details: There is a boat dock along Grand Lagoon. $50 fee covers docking of boat, and parking of boat trailer for entire stay. Payable to HOA upon arrival, guests will fill out 2 forms, and receive a tag for the trailer, and a sticker for their boat. HOA Office is located by the pool, hours are 8:00am - 4:00pm Mon- Fri.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
