Don and Louis very responsive and considerate. House was well stocked, quiet, comfortable. Would book again. Liked this location and the park across the street.

Above and Beyond

We were in Las Vegas for the new year and Don the property owner was very kind and attentive, on top of accommodating. The property had EVERYTHING we needed and then some. Our stay was very comfortable and I truly cannot think of one negative thing about the entire experience! We will be booking with him for any of our future Vegas vacations!!

Great location for a family visit!

This house worked perfect for us. Don is awesome with communications and any assistance you need. He responded very fast to any question we had. The location is great, especially if you have a pet. Mountain's Edge park is across the street from the development and is a great place for a walk. It was easy to get to everything we wanted - we were staying for a month visiting our son and avoiding snow up north. This house is nicely outfitted and worked out perfect for dinners and game nights. We will come back again!

Worked for us

This a a nice & easy to access home. There was plenty of space & a good kitchen & comfortable beds. It’s close to the grocery store & lots of options for eating out. Getting to the strip was an easy drive. We appreciated having garage space. The owner was very responsive & there to take care of questions or problems. It’s not like a fancy hotel but it worked great for retirees like us.

Rented this home for 2 weeks to spend the Holidays with my family. It was a great experience. Don, the property owner couldn't have been nicer. Really appreciate him. This was my first Vrbo experience and it was great!

Working remotely

We have stayed all over Las Vegas and prefer the southwest corner. Plenty of grocery stores, bars, restaurants and anything you could need close by. The airport is less than 20 minutes from the house. There is a huge park across the street, I walked 5-7 miles thru and around the park. We had one small maintanence issue and the owner had a repairman there the same day and fixed the issue the next. Internet was perfect for working from home. Kitchen well equipped. We enjoyed our 4 month stay and would recommend the property. It is not a high end luxury fancy Vegas home but you can’t beat it for the price. Great value.

Nice quiet oasis!

Lovely home! Our family came to LasVegas for my Uncle's memorial service. We had 8 adults in the house and found it very comfortable and a nice oasis from the busy weekend events. Don was wonderful to work with when making arrangements. Thank you!

perfect house and great owner

We just got home today. We stayed in Las Vegas for vacation at this beautiful home for a month+ together with my dad, wife, 14 year old son, my wife's little dog yorkie and my parents in law who came here in the US to visit for the first time from Philippines. This house is perfect for us. It has lots of room for everybody. My father stayed mainly on the 1st floor with his own bedroom and a bathroom near his bedroom. My elderly father spent lots of time in the living room watching his favorite Andy Griffin Show and Highway to Heaven from netflix. He liked it a lot that he had his own space. Upstairs is a nice big family room with big tv and cable, also master's bedroom has a big tv and cable and with its private bathroom (tub and shower and an extra room if you have a toddler or baby). Master's bedroom and a private bathroom is nice and big too. Also, 2 other bedrooms upstairs which were occupied by my parents in law and teenage son. They shared the jack n' jill bathroom. The house is well stocked with body washes, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry detergent, kitchen stuff and so much more. The house is centralized aircon which is a big plus. The house also has a security feature, and it has a 2 car garage. This house is located in a nice subdivision, it's a very quite neighborhood. It is also few mins. away from the strip. Also close to Chinese restaurant, Walgreens, Mac Donalds, etc. The owner Don M is nice and understanding. In the future, if we will be in Las Vegas again we absolutely will be looking at staying at this nice house again. This house and the owner is highly recommended.

great working vacation

this trip was for the UPA National competition for our pool league. there were 5 of us at the house for a week. there was plenty of comfortable room and all enjoyed the stay. the room and bath on the first floor was a blessing. we had one member who had a breathing problem and one who did not negotiate stairs well so it turned out to be perfect. the house was well maintained and well stocked with all essentials. we enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to next year. owner said he had 3 other properties so we will be looking at all of them. highly recommend this property to anyone for a stay, short or long. have fun.

Great Long-Term Stay

Had extremely pleasant 3-month stay here (Jan-Mar 2017). Perfect location, with rapid access to everything in Las Vegas but just 40 minutes to Pahrump (Front Sight). Excellent place for snowbirds like us! Property is well-stocked with shampoos, soap, body washes, garbage bags and even laundry detergent. Still, those sensitive to fragrances (as is my wife) should bring own toiletries. Kitchen is VERY well-equipped. House large enough to be comfortable, plenty of room for guests to have privacy. Nice BBQ grill, table/chairs in back yard. TVs in downstairs living room, upstairs family room, and master bedroom. Upstairs FR especially comfy for lounging and TV binging. Cable TV (everywhere) and ROKU units in LR and FR are OUTSTANDING!! The Wi-Fi is OUTSTANDING!! Loved the security system...and checkers DO come to verify for alarms!! Biggest (pleasant) surprise: the large closet off the Master BR has a kid-sized crib and daybed. Perfect little nursery for those with small children, including large collection of stuffed animals that the kids loved!! These were a HUGE help with our granddaughters!! Brand-new, and excellent, gas-fired water heater. LOTS OF HOT HOT HOT WATER. Owner is extremely pleasant and responds promptly to questions/concerns. When old water heater failed, he got new water heater installed in less than 24 hours. Plus, offered to switch us into another property if there were any delays. Response was both efficient and gracious. Some considerations for longer stays: * Like all far Southwest and Mountain's Edge, property sometimes is in flight path for McCarren airport--as is much of Las Vegas. If you're from a city, you won't even notice. I'm from an extremely quiet rural area so it took a few days to adjust, then no longer noticed. * Work with owner/manager in advance to arrange for mailbox keys and community facilities. Short-term visitors don't need, but they are helpful for longer stays. * As in nearly all Vegas, houses are fairly close together. That's just the way it is here, with few expensive exceptions. The neighbors were nice, and respected privacy. Soundproofing is good. * Four parking spaces, including garage and driveway. HOA does NOT allow parking on this street. Plan accordingly.

Great house with all the creature comforts

The house was clean and well stocked. Every thing you could need was there. We stayed 12 nights and we ran out of nothing. The house is in a very quiet neighbourhood but you will need a car. Great shopping within a 10min drive. Don is very attentive to your needs and we would like to thank him for all his help and assistance during our stay.
