Great house, nice neighborhood.

Loved our stay and the location of this home. We stayed from January to April and had very few, if any issues. Nice homey spaces. Lovely outdoor seating. Wished the pool would have been warm enough to swim, but never got heated. Would definitely rent this property again. Still waiting for our security deposit, but other than that, loved it.

Lots of amenities

This house was great for our large family. The master suite was amazing. The other bedrooms are all full size beds, which I didn’t realize when booking. There is a tv in almost every room in the house! Downstairs is spacious and feels very luxe.

Our first VRBO

Convenient location. House was clean but dated. Steve was very responsive to any questions or issues we had. Sort of a noisy neighborhood with loud cars driving down the street, especially at night. Outside area could have been cleaned up better. Overall an OK first VRBO experience.

Run down and poorly equipped

Too much to write. I had to wash every dish, including pots and pans upon checking in, I personally ran every dish through the dishwasher to clean and disinfect. Multiple lightbulbswere burntout. Cover missingon electrical outlets. . The Hot tub was DISGUSTING!! I have many pictures! I have sent my pictures to VRBO

We make sure the dishes were clean before any guests arrival. We don’t do dishes for the guests once they checked in. It is the guest responsibility including the hot tub to clean after the use it while the are there. If they need any cleaning services after checking in they have to pay for such services. We checked all the light bulbs before any guest check in. You notified us of burnt out light bulbs and I immediately came by and replace it. I also left you with extra light bulbs. I am not aware of any missing outlets. We are committed to making sure we provide our guests with a clean and comfortable environment before arrival.

Great place to stay only a 10 min drive from the strip.

This place was great. I wish there was better pictures that would explain it in better terms. The internet was amazing and fast enough to handle 3+ people working all at one time for the entire month. TVs in every room. The hot tub took some time to heat up but worked perfectly. Didn't get to use the pool because it was to cold outside but looked great.

Nice property butt!!!!

Property was nice but poorly maintained, the hot tub didn't work during my month stay, the pool hadn't been cleaned in some time. The filters were clogged and so disgusting I purchased new ones 4 of them at 120 each. I was offered a free night for that. I personally would not stay here again, I paid for a home with a pool and a hot tub, and didn't get either...

Okay stay but some to be desired

Our stay at the home for 2 months was okay. The hot tub was not working at first and took a few days to be fixed. The grill is very powerful and great for lunch or dinner. The outside area was also nice but a bit dirty and unkept when we arrived. The inside of the house was very clean although again a bit unkept as many lightbulbs were out and a few other things out of sorts. However, the landlord was friendly and able to resolve many of the issues. The neighborhood isn't amazing although it is very close to the local casino if that is your thing.

Wonderful Home Away from Home

We were traveling for business and had the pleasure of staying here for more than a month. The Property Manager is very helpful. The house has a lovely kitchen and eating area. The beds are comfy and the house has plenty of linens. When you have a longer stay it’s been amazing to have access to a washer and dryer. The hot tub and fire pit are fun additions. The pool has solar heat but truly don’t plan to swim after September as it isn’t warm enough. It is still beautiful to sit outside and enjoy the surroundings. I would recommend the property.

Fantastic; Highly Recommend

We stayed at this property for two months. It was beautiful and met our needs perfectly. The owner was very responsive and extremely helpful with anything we needed. Will certainly book again if available next summer. Great location and quick commute to the strip.

Sorry for the broken tub, we were not aware the tub broken. We clean and run the tub before renting and it worked fine. If you heard told us it was broken we would have sent someone there to fix it. Thanks Melissa for the feedback.

Sorry to hear that Tina, We have a solar heated pool and if I had known that you don't know how to put the pool heat on, I would have make sure the pool was heated before your arrival. what you should have done was to send me a text message to let me know, and I would have put on the pool heat for you.

We loved our stay at this VRBO. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and a great locaton.

We would love to come back again! We loved the great location and quick freeway access. It was in a quiet neighborhood and it was nice to have a private garage. The home was very accommodating for our group.

Great location and beautiful home

What a beautiful home. Close to strip and lots of shopping. All you bring is food and your self. Only con is there is no outdoor lighting. Pool lighted helped for night swimming but fire pit was not accessible for igniting and you couldn’t be outside after dark unless you bring your out lighting. Other then that every thing was perfect. Property mgr was very helpful and provided assistance right away when we had questions

My stay was wonderful. I would always stay at the house. it was very clean and very nice and comfortable. We had a great time in the pool which was very clean. I will tell all my friends and family about the house. The contact person was very helpful when I needed to call. This is one of the best places I've stayed. Why stay at a hotel when you can feel like you are at home. Get a group of people together and have fun. This was a girl trip for my birthday and it was great. Thank you
