Lake House Memories is 6-bedroom, 4 1/2 Bath; on Lake Champlain

Special notice* there is landscape renovations during March through June 2024 with no access to the water front. Home was completely renovated in 2015 with updated new kitchen, family room, sun room, deck, 4 1/2 bathrooms, and 6 bedrooms (to include two masters). Friends and family will enjoy relaxing panoramic views of Lake Champlain and access to private beach. The main master bedroom has a gas fireplace, jacuzzi tub and large walk in shower. The home has an open flow concept with social spaces perfect for family reunions and visiting wedding party guests. Enjoy lakeside water fun and the breath taking views of Lake Champlain while you reconnect and build memories with family and friends. Lake access from backyard, access to private community sandy beach and picnic area less than 300 feet away. Boat mooring available. It is located in a quiet, kid-friendly and safe community.

The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances. Gorgeous Quartz countertops compliment dark wood cabinets and plenty of cooking space. All dishes,utensils,pots and pans are provided. If you have a large crowd, you'll enjoy cooking in the large open kitchen. The dining table seats 8 with a buffet/bar behind for large family dinners. This beautiful kitchen connects to a family room, living room, and sunroom, each with abundant social and seating areas. Perfect for your family to reconnect. We have several board games, books, toys for children, with pool table, ping pong table and TV/ sitting area in the basement. I know you'll leave with many happy family memories and we hope to make this a family vacation tradition.

Our family of 10 (8 adults and 2 children ages 10 and 6) had a wonderful week together in this lovely home on Lake Champlain. Plenty of room for everyone and plenty to do! And the house had everything we needed! Plus the view was gorgeous!

Great accommodations! Gorgeous sunrises!

Great accommodations! Plenty of room to gather and relax. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with a private beach. There is a well stocked kitchen and a spare refrigerator. Views are stunning, especially the sunrises. We did a lot of bike riding in the area and in Vermont.

Beautiful!

Location! Location! Location! This house is beautiful! We were in town for a family funeral. Everyone had their own space with multiple gathering spots for family. Kathleen was easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this house.

Wonderful property

The house is well kept and spacious. Some bedrooms are really large and have an ensuite bathroom. There's a nice kitchen and dining area and plenty of other places to hang out. The location is great - right on the lake and it even has a couple of kayaks on hand. Just FYI they are still working on their backyard although it didnt affect us as the steps to go down to the lake are accessible.

Lake Champlain House

The house was just what we expected and needed to celebrate our daughter's graduation from SUNY Plattsburgh. It was the perfect size for my extended family to come, relax and celebrate! The host was very responsive to my questions. This was perfect- thank you!!!

Repeat visit of a favorite property

We have stayed at this beautiful house on Lake Champlain many times . We love it here! The house has many wonderful bedrooms, several with gorgeous views of the lake. I have two favorite rooms here, one being the sun porch with comfortable seating for reading and drinking coffee in the morning. My second favorite spot is the lovely deck. This spot is perfect for relaxing in the evening while watching the ever changing lake scenery. We will be back! Thank you Cass and family for hosting us!

Active Construction Site | Noise, Dirt, Dust | No Access to the Lake

In fairness, we've stayed here before and had a lovely time. This year was a huge disappointment though. We arrived to an active construction zone. The entire grounds were dug up. Bulldozers woke us up early every morning.There was no back yard and no access to the lake.

Annual trip

I’m reluctant to boost this place too much because last time I did it became unavailable for my groups annual trip but it deserves it, and an update so here goes. My second time staying here now, an annual trip I take with college friends. The place is just wonderful, and huge. Modern touch to everything, the bathrooms are flawless, the bedrooms are clean, large, beautiful views, and new. It’s been 8 years since renovation but I can’t stress enough how new it feels, very modern. Updates since my last 5 star visit: There’s another (third) kayak and I think the canoe is newer. They got a very big comfy couch in the living room, which now has a giant tv in it. The couches that were there are now in the back den with a recliner as well, making it easier for a bigger crowd to watch tv in there with the benefit of a wall of windows looking out on the lake. But the best is that they took the couch from the den and put it in the basement/game room so now that’s become a really good place to hang, ply ping pong, and pool and watch something on the tv at the same time. Previously it had pretty uncomfortable seating. Finally, the basement used to have an old bed, now it has two new kids beds so it’s a great place for kids to stay. Also there’s a keyboard if you want to put on a show. Long story short, you can’t go wrong with this place just please don’t book it when I want to go back lol

Homecoming gathering

Very accommodating and spacious for 8 adults. Stunning sunrises over Lake Champlain. Nicely upgraded master suites, kitchens and baths. Highly recommend.

Great for Families

We took a family trip to the Adirondacks and used this house as our home base. The house was as great as the photos suggest, but even more spacious than you might think. If you’re tempted to bring your boat, go for it. One recommendation for those with toddlers - bring a baby gate. It’ll come in handy on the deck, but could also be useful in the house.

House on the lake with a great view.

This house was perfect for our family of eight. Plenty of beds and baths. Lovely deck with comfortable seats, a nice grill and a sunroom for morning and evening reading and games. The kitchen had everything we needed except dish towels. One bedroom had no shades and the morning sun did not allow for sleeping in. Enjoyed the beach and the kayaks. We would stay here again
