Treat yourself to a wonderful vacation experience at our beach home.

One Ocean Place is the perfect destination for your family beach vacation - 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, undercover parking, gated entrance, and 24 hr security.

This immaculate 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom spacious (1,600 sq. ft.) condo offers an AMAZING view of the beach and ocean from the 6th floor. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and has a view that allows you to watch the morning sun rise out of the ocean without lifting your head off the pillow! The master bathroom was remodeled this year. Bedroom #2 has a queen-size bed and bedroom #3 is furnished with a large bunk bed setup with a double bed on the bottom and a twin on top. Each bedroom has its own private full bathroom (queen bathroom has tub & shower) and ceiling fans. If you need additional sleeping capacity, the couch in the living room opens into a queen-size sleeper. A baby Pack' N Play and high chair can also be provided upon request.

Our living and dining areas are extremely clean, spacious, and comfortable - perfect for lounging around after a full day in the sun! The floor to ceiling windows offer a view from inside that can't be beat. The large (48") flat screen TV in living room is HD equipped. TV's are also located in each of the bedrooms. The condo also has a new, full-size washer & drier for your convenience. The kitchen was completely remodeled earlier this year and is fully equipped with all the amenities of home; including an ice maker, keurig, microwave, large selection of quality pots and pans, dishware, and spices too!

If you are looking for a change of pace from the wind, waves, and sand, One Ocean Place offers a large pool deck with pools and hot tubs at each end with plenty of lounge chairs overlooking the crystal-clear pools (cleaned daily) and the ocean.

This is a family-owned condo and we take a lot of pride in its cleanliness and appearance. We are permanent residents of One Ocean Place and will be available to help ensure that your vacation experience is worry-free. We are confident that every guest will leave our beach home with wonderful memories, great pictures, and a desire to stay with us again next year!

Great time!

We once again really enjoyed our stay at One Ocean Place. It is always great to see friends that we have made there over the years. Our condo was perfect for our needs. The owner was extremely easy to work with. In addition, he and his wife made a special effort to meet us on the beach and they also had a surprise welcome gift for us when we arrived. The property was is great shape and the convenience to the beach is always enjoyed.

Excellent Getaway

It was our girls getaway. There were five of us and we all throughly enjoyed the condo. Everything was as stated, very convenient to everything. We will probably book this property again next year.

A lovely stay!

We really enjoyed the condo. It was very clean, comfortable and well stocked with towels, beach chairs, beach toys and kitchen supplies. The recent upgrades were great! The new washer and dryer came in really handy for us. Bob the owner is very nice and easy to communicate with. We will return in the future!

Highly recommend this condo. It was beautifully decorated and fully stocked. Bob was always available and made sure we had everything we needed. The beach and pool areas are so clean. The beach chairs with umbrella that were placed on beach early every morning was a bonus. Can’t say enough about this property….book it now!

Beach Vacation

Condo is absolutely gorgeous! View of beach and ocean from balcony is awesome! Easily accommodated all 8 in family. Working with the owner Bob was great, very responsive and process was easy. Having umbrella and chairs on beach included was really amazing. I cannot say enough about this place, highly recommend, this listing will surpass all expectation! I will be going back again and again! Thx Bob for hospitality!

Amazing Week

Great condo with the most magnificent views. The owners thought of a lot of extras that made this an awesome rental. It was a well maintained condo and we loved the umbrella and chairs every day. The building is safe and it was a family friendly atmosphere. We can't think of any negative other than having to leave. Thanks for the memories! We will be back.

Anniversary Getaway

Wonderful week would sum it up! This property is awesome! Very clean, very comfortable, very nice floor plan, and only a few steps from the sand! We loved waking up to a great view of the ocean. We enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony each morning and ending the night on the balcony, listening to the waves. So very relaxing! It is in a very convenient location for walking, shopping and dining. The property is well equipped with everything you need to be “home away from home”! The kitchen, bath, and bedrooms have everything you need to be comfy and relaxed! There is an elevator on the property and also gate key passes to get in or leave, and to also access the pool and the beach, which I loved! We stayed the last week of October 2024, which is our favorite time of year to be at the beach. The weather was beautiful! The owner, Bob Leckie, was awesome! He was very helpful with any questions we had as well as making sure all went smoothly with our arrival and our accommodations. I would highly recommend this property!

Excellent Accomodations! Excellent Customer Service!

We were thrilled with our accomodations! Everything was as described and pictured. The view from the balcony was magnificent and we spent a lot of time enjoying it. We are now spoiled with the chair & umbrella set up on the beach. It made things so much easier for us. Bob was a pleasure to work with and very responsive! Due to the size of the complex, I had questions about the walk from the unit to the beach. Bob explained it to me and his description was right on. It was quick and easy. I would also note that the complex does not feel nearly as large as it appears in the pictures. We enjoyed nightly firework shows from the balcony. I hope to be booking another stay as soon as possible!

Beach week 2022

Great location

Imagine going to sleep with the soothing sound of waves. In the morning relax on the balcony, with your coffee, watching the activity on the beach. This clean condo is very comfortable, located convenient to shopping, Brookgreen Garden, restaurants, and of course the beach. Great communication with the owner also.

Great location for family getaway

Bob was wonderful to work with from renting to checking in and checking out. The property was well stocked with everything you would need for a day on the beach or in the condo. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Beach Unit

The location is excellent and situated in a lovely beach home community. At any time of day, the view of the beach from the unit is gorgeous. The unit was nicely furnished and had everything we needed for a great vacation. The beds were the most comfortable we found compared to any previous vacation rental. As an added bonus, the owners were very friendly and helpful.

This was a very nice place to stay. Very clean. I did not have to clean one thing when I went in. Nice to have a beach chair per payed for the week. There were beach toys for kids. We did not bring any kids this trip. Everything is up to date. Owners are very nice to talk to. Over all very enjoyable and one of my best pick to stay.

Great family vacation

Fabulous property and fabulous view! Very clean and property has all you could want or need for your vacation! Property owners are very friendly and the extra perk of having the chairs and umbrella on the beach every day was fabulous! Also, so enjoyed having private bathrooms with each bedroom!!! Relaxing stay

Beautiful condo with all we needed. View was spectacular as the sun rose and sun set and all time in between. We like staying in the Leicke's condo because they are friendly and always make sure we are satisfied with our stay. Their condo is lovely, clean and with their new shades on the big windows I found a great place to nap!

Great week!

What a great time we had at this unit. Bob was very helpful and his communication was top notch. The condo was beautiful and all the things you could possibly need were there. The views from the oceanfront balcony were gorgeous. What a great week we had. I would come back to here year after year. One of the nicest condos we’ve ever rented.

Outstanding beach condo!

Great view and layout for our family- condo has everything you need! Beds are comfortable, kitchen is stocked, place is immaculately clean and best is the view of the ocean and easy access to the beach. Bob is a pleasure to rent from- seamless and easy! We will be back!

We looked at several properties to rent but could not find another like this! Turns out, this place even exceeded our expectations. THE VIEW! Comfort and all the luxury 3 adult couples could ask for in an oceanfront beach vacation. Super clean, stocked, 2 pools, and private pool bathroom. Owner Bob is super accommodating and personal. We will be back next year! Thank you, Bob!

As the family has grown and spread out across the country (New York, Montana, Indiana, Wisconsin, Nevada), we still manage to get together every year at the beach. Many of our most precious memories were made here and we feel extremely blessed to be able to share our dream with so many wonderful families!
