Just pack your bathing suit! The house has everything you need for a summer getaway. Beach chairs, towels, umbrella, linens, etc all provided.

Perfect family-friendly / couples retreat beach house. Forget about waiting for a taxi! Great dining and entertainment options within walking distance, including Gosman’s dock, La Fin, Salivars, and the Harbor. The house is equipped with everything you may need to ensure a memorable vacation. Enjoy your morning coffee outside on the double chaise lounge. BBQ or steam your own lobsters and dine on the back deck (seated dining for 8). After a day at the beach, wash off the sand and salt water in the outdoor shower and close out a day spent outdoors by roasting marshmallows around the chimnea.

No need to drive to the Montauket, grab some wine and walk down to the beach at the end of the block for the best view in town.

WORK FROM HOME WHILE AT THE BEACH! We converted a small bedroom closet into a private home office with built in desk and live internet plug for a voice over internet phone - work during the day and close the door to your papers and computer when you clock out.

Amazing mother's day getaway

We had such a nice stay here and enjoyed every bit of the adorable beach decor, updated bathroom and large back deck. The location is great being right down the beach and a short walk to grab drinks and food! This was our first time in Montauk and it did not disappoint.

Montauk Stay

This property was affordable, very clean, and conveniently located. We very much enjoyed our stay here! Betsy was extremely easy to book with, and was available for any questions or concerns we had. Having stayed elsewhere in Montauk in years past, this definitely tops our list!

Montauk fishing charter

Fantastic home and location for a week in Montauk!

We absolutely loved staying here! The house is cozy and has a great elevated beachy aesthetic. The backyard and decks are absolutely fantastic! Great spot to grill after the beach and for our 3 year old to run around. And the location can’t be beat! Beach down the street, bagel shop, small grocery and wine store nearby and great restaurants and bars with live music a quick bike ride away. Can’t wait to go back again next year!!

Amazing Montauk Stay!

We had a great time at this property. It’s a great location walkable to bars, restaurants and beach. It’s very nicely decorated and has a beautiful deck and large backyard. The rooms are small since this is a bungalow style house but they are just enough room. They also have some toys for toddlers in the basement. The outdoor shower on the deck is also a super cool touch. I would definetly stay here again.

Perfect family getaway

This was our second time staying at Betsy’s home and we loved it just as much this visit. Betsy is always a prompt and thorough communicator and incredibly thoughtful about ways to make our stay comfortable as a new family of four. The backyard is a real gem - there is tons of space for kids to run around and enjoy. And the access to the beach just down the street is absolutely perfect. She had also made a few updates to the bathroom since our last stay which was a really nice surprise. 10 out of 10 and can’t wait for our visit again next year.

Great Stay in Montauk

Awesome location and beautiful home! Owner was easy to communicate with and provided thoughtful manual with local recommendations. Outdoor deck is spacious and great for family meals and games. Beds were comfy, home was clean and updated, and well stocked with everything you might need - including beach towels, chairs, even a beach bag! Home is well located with restaurants and boat dock near by, and a private beach at the end of the road. Don’t sleep on this one!

Perfect Family Getaway

We stayed here with my parents and our two kids (7 and 3) while we were in town for a wedding. The process was so easy and the house was lovely. Our kids loved running around the backyard and spending time in the swing and we all enjoyed spending time at the beach down the block. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet - exactly what we needed. Thanks so much, Betsy!

Amazing house & host!

Me and my group of friends couldn't have enjoyed our stay more at this home. The house is very cutely decorated and has everything you need - beach chairs, cookware, outside grilling space, and great vibes. The host was great too and was flexible with check-in/check-out and was responsive via text when we had a question while staying at the property. Great location too! Highly reco walking to Uihlein's Marina for jet skiing!

Wonderful stay

We had a short but very relaxing visit to Montauk. The house is stocked full of essentials for the beach. We loved walking down the street to the private beach and to the harbor shops and restaurants. We started and ended each day on the double chaise lounge. Betsy is a wonderful host and so responsive. I highly recommend staying here!

Amazing house, great location

Betsy’s home made for a great week-long getaway with friends. The house is so charming, clean, modern but with a beach vibe. Perfect weekend getaway

The house was completely clean and we have near impossible-to-meet standards when it comes to cleanliness. It was also cozy, located in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood right near the beach. We spent more time indoors as our stay was midwinter, but we put on our coats at points and relaxed on the gorgeous deck out back for as long as we could stand being out there. Betsy replied to every request or question incredibly quickly. We would definitely stay here again!!

Cozy Beach House

My family of four had a monthlong stay and enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the quiet neighborhood. The home is clean with an updated interior and utilities. My husband was able to work from 'home' comfortably with the high speed internet and Nest controlled central air. We BBQ'd on the deck and even celebrated my son's 4th birthday at the Beach House. The host was great in responding knowledgably and timely to any questions or problems that popped up. I recommend to anyone, especially families. Thank you for sharing your beach house with us. We had a great time and made lots of memories!

Just bring your bathing trunks...

... is what Betsy told us after we booked her place. We had an amazing time in this beautiful house. We especially enjoyed the garden and the deck, which is super child friendly. The Private beach is only 5 minutes away and was never crowded. We loved our stay.

During the week I work and live in NYC and crave my weekends in Montauk. I took a leap of faith and bought the house last year and its been the best decision of my life. It has been so much fun updating, decorating and creating a space that people love to be at.

After renting for a number of summers, I knew that Montauk would be my forever spot. This past year owning the house has been a dream The house and location are the best escape. You can easily get sucked into the peacefulness of the house that a weekend can go by and you will never have left the neighborhood.

I hope that you'll love the house as much as I do!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

I cannot say more about the location. After renting in various parts of town and dealing with the nighttime cab situation, being able to walk to dinner and drinks is a huge plus.
