This one bedroom, one bathroom with ocean view, sleeps 4-5 comfortably. Located on 91st Street next to the Princess Royale and just steps from the beach. This unit is within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and other activities.
This condo is equipped with a full kitchen, dishwasher, 2 TV's, 1 DVD player and free WiFi. There is one queen bed and one double bed in the bedroom along with a ceiling fan for added comfort. There is a sleep sofa is in the living room. Reserved parking for one car. No smoking and no pets. Great for small families or couples. Age requirement 25.

I loved it. I don’t think I could ever stay at a regular hotel again after staying in a condo. Full kitchen, 2 big beds, balcony, beach decor, etc.

Perfect beachside spot for couples

My wife and I had a wonderful time here. Was super quick and easy walking back and forth to beach. Bed was very comfortable. Hope to come again next summer.

Very Clean, as described, close to the beach. Host has great communication. But if you have a large SUV like a Tahoe, parking can be tricky.

Overall the condo was great! The balcony was in the shade for most of the day which made it nice to sit outside.

Perfect Location

Teresa was a fantasic host. Extremely helpful and easy to work with. The property is literally steps to the beach! It has everything you need and we loved the large storage unit on the ground level for all the beach gear. She had plenty of chairs as well. I swear it was the lightest we ever had to pack because she has everything we need at no additional cost. We will definitely be booking again! Drawbacks if there are any would be the steps up to the 2nd floor but they are still manageable. No washer/dryer which I have always had in the past but honestly totally worth the trade off of the location. Over all the years of coming to OCMD, there is one thing that I never can figure out why owners don’t have handheld shower heads to help reach all the spots that you got sand…Teresa has one though!!! She thought of everything!!! Absolutely love you Teresa! Thank you for being so accommodating and making our trip affordable and wonderful!

Family friendly

The condo was very nice. Everything you need is there which is a wonderful convenience. The only thing that was a slight issue for us was the parking under the condo in the assigned spot. I have an SUV and did not park in the assigned spot because I wasn’t sure that I could make the clearance at the entrance. So I parked on the street parking which is beside the condo and it worked out fine for us.

Great getaway!

The property was beautiful and clean! There were four of us staying there and we all slept comfortably. It had everything you could think of from coffee maker to aluminum foil to paper towels. We only had to bring ourselves and food. If we ever go back to Ocean City we will definitely stay here!

Wonderful Experience

Second time staying at this rental and once again very happy with my stay. Condo is very clean Teresa has everything there you may need or want. Love that condo is steps away from the beach and how close stores, restaurants and other activities you may want to do is nearby. The steps with a lot of luggage is the only negative but still would stay there again. Teresa is a great host can’t wait to visit property again in the near future.

We have stayed at many vrbo's at ocean city. This was perfect for a couple. Older individuals may be daunted by walking up the flight of stairs, but we were ok. age 60

Great place!

The condo was just as listed and Teresa was very helpful. She called me the day before our trip to give me the details on where it was located and how to get in. She provides sheets, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, and all kitchen supplies, which is very convenient. It was also nice to be able to use her beach chairs and not have to pack those. Great place! We would stay there again for sure!

Location was perfect. Just steps to the beach! Nice view from the balcony. Also close enough to shops and activities. Nice kitchen. Very clean. We really enjoyed our stay.

So close to the beach, beautiful but some down sides as well.

Pros: This property was beautiful inside, layout was perfect for us three girls! A corner glimpse of the beach from the balcony. We walked to a lot of places or just jumped on the bus (bus right stop outside of property, 3 dollars rides all day) The cleaning and linen service is needs a little work. There was urine going down the side of the toilet and black hair all over the place particularly in the bathroom (on sink, floor and toilet). The linens (you have to make your own beds when you arrive) literally had a dusty shoe print on them and didn’t smell fresh, more like dusty as if it had been sitting in a basement for a long time. The tub has an extremely poor drain so I was constantly scrubbing the tub out offer using. We would notice a smell coming in and out of the unit which my sister described as a litter pan smell. Major cons- 5 actual flights of stairs-5! I made it okay carrying up our stuff and cases of water etc but it was ROUGH. My daughter is disabled and I was terrified she was going to fall down the stairs the entire stay. My sister joined us whom does marathon running, biking, tough girl competitions actual said the steps were challenging as well (whew and here I tried to not let on :0). Just beware -Second floor folks but 5 actual steep flights of stairs. Lastly, the parking! There is practically no way someone can get there car in the provided spot without hitting the beams (which you can tell has been done repeatedly) unless perhaps you have a tiny smart car and then MAYBE. The owner says that perhaps the car next to you has to pull up- but I saw it both ways and NO way- unless you want to hit the beam and ruin your car. So we had to find parking on the street the whole time, which didn’t turn out to be too much of an ordeal- I just worried it would be hit the whole time by partying teens. The owner was extremely helpful and communicated well, we appreciated the calls and texts. Take note, when she told me that she had a storage unit with beach chairs and stuff I had already loaded mine in the car and didn’t want to be without not knowing what to expect .. but we checked i out- storage is FULL of beach goodies! Not just chairs, but NICE chairs, a bike all sorts of stuff. Leave some space in yours car- you won’t need anything but an umbrella! The kitchen is fantastically stocked as well. All and all we wouldn’t mind staying here again; Probably, won’t unless the get a elevator. Thank you for sharing your home
