Walk Downtown, New...Boathouse Included!!!

In this uncertain time of COVID-19, I want our guests to know first and foremost that we are taking every precaution to ensure a clean and safe place to stay and be comfortable. Here are the details:
Departure Cleaning
-All departure cleans will be by a professional housekeeper.
-The housekeeping team will have received thorough education and training in enhanced cleaning techniques due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
-CDC approved cleaning agents will be used throughout paying extra attention to high contact, hard surfaces (door knobs, counters etc) as well as sanitizing safely soft surfaces.
-Glasses and silverware will be removed from drawers and cabinets and sanitized in the dishwasher. For hygienic reasons, these items will be left sanitized and clean in the dishwasher for the rental guest’s or homeowner’s arrival. If time permits, housekeepers will, while wearing clean gloves, carefully place these items in the proper cabinet or drawer.
-A new check-out time of 10:00am and check-in time of 4:00pm will be implemented to allow extra time for the cleaning. No guest check-in will be allowed until the housekeeper has completed the departure clean. Guests will receive a text message when the property is clean and ready for check-in.

What accommodations can you expect when you arrive?...
This new, open concept townhouse has a first floor kitchen with gorgeous granite counter-tops and a spacious breakfast bar that opens up into a wonderful entertainment space with waterfront views and lots of natural light. Sliding glass doors open up to a cozy deck with room to grill, entertain, and enjoy the harbor views. There is a spacious bedroom and full bathroom on the first floor, as well as a washer/dryer. The second floor is a loft style space that has 2 additional bedrooms and a full bathroom.

Not to be missed, is the entry level boathouse where you can tie up your boat, jet skis, or kayaks and enjoy the beautiful, clear water of the St. Lawrence River. The Boathouse is equipped with an automatic garage door, where you can dock up to a 30ft boat. Whether you bring your own or rent one out in town, this is the most convenient access to a slip anywhere in town. There are also two Kayaks, and bikes for guests to take advantage of the gorgeous river views. The boathouse has direct access to the River via Harbor Inlet and Carnegie Bay and is one of 30 similar town-homes on the harbor.

This area is known for it's recreational boating activities as well as tremendous fishing. Although the best time for fishing is in **JUNE**, fishing is alive and active throughout the summer. Walking distance to a vibrant downtown, that boasts several festivals and concerts throughout the summer to include classic car shows, motorcycle rallies, "concert in the park" events, food festivals, and the famous "Pirates Festival".
