Renovated 2 bedroom boathouse in the heart of the Thousand Islands. Come relax in this clean air conditioned condo located in Alexandria Bay, on a small channel off of the St. Lawrence River. Your family will be comfortable with a customizable Select Comfort KING size bed in the master, along with two full bathrooms, a living room, TV den and loft with two queen beds. Enjoy the luxurious tile, granite counters and gas stove. Bicycles are provided for your enjoyment. The included boathouse can accommodate up to a 34 ft boat! The beautiful balcony overlooks the brand new marina in Carnegie bay, and comes equipped with a Weber grill and two zero gravity chairs to relax. Elevator on site. Boat not included, but you are welcome to bring your own or rent one. Walking distance to the many bars, shops and restaurants in downtown Alexandria Bay!

Fantastic time

The villas were very nice and excellent if you have a boat...the furniture decisions in mine could have been a little better..loved the loft upstairs.. the beds were comfortable to sleep in. Great kitchen with appropriate cooking supplies . Gas Weber for bbq..good shape..overall a wonderful place to stay with great places to go.

Alex Bay stay

Our family did enjoy our stay, unfortunately, wouldā€™ve been better if it didnā€™t rain the whole time, but we still made the best of it. Susan was a great host and immediately brought over a brand new hairdryer when I found that the unit didnā€™t have one.A very clean and nice place. Wish that the scenery was a little nicer from the balcony, but very close to everything and access to the water is outstanding.

Harbor villa boathouse

Had to use 2nd floor bathroom due to water leak out of light fixture on 1st floor. Very inconvenient!!!Dripping noise continued thru the night in garbage can. Had to keep emptying it.

Nice Area

The Villa was great. The only thing that it needs is a wooden skirt in the boat garage like most of the neighbors have. I have a lower fiberglass Bass boat and it was very tough to keep it off all the steel supports and cross beams.

Comfortable Spot - Great for Boaters

My boyfriend and I (and my small dog) spend a very nice few days in the Thousand Islands at this property. The space is comfortable, if slightly cramped in the bedrooms (the king bed is a great feature but the room is really too small for it) and the upstairs room is great, just beware the low ceilings, but the living space is great and itā€™s very nice to have the two levels. The outdoor space is tight as well (and buggy but thatā€™s to be expected)ā€” we were nervous to use the super comfy loungers bc they tended to hit the sliding door windows and the view is just OK but having private outdoor space is always a big plus and the boat garage canā€™t be beat if you are bringing your own boat. Overall a comfortable stay and the property manager was super responsive!

This was our second time staying here. The location to all the islands and Alex Bay and having the boat garage right at the unit makes it very convenient. I could not recommend this Townhome enough it was very clean and has all the amenities that you could need. It felt like coming home when we arrived. We will be booking again for next year.

Very clean and updated Townhome The boat garage is great

We very much enjoyed our stay. The Townhouse was clean and nicely furnished and had just about everything you would need. The boat garage made boating easy and was very useful The owners were very responsive to any issues we had . I would highly recommend staying here and plan on making reservations for next summer.

Our stay in Alexandria Bay

Our stay at The Harbor Villas was very nice, our host Susan conveyed all the information we needed, the property was very clean and as advertised. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean and quiet property while visiting the 1000 Islands area. My only wish is that the water level wasnā€™t so low , in talking with people most said it was as low or lower than theyā€™d ever seen, we searched out and found a launch that could accommodate our 28ā€™ boat.

Great set up for boaters condo above and boat house right below.

Nice facilities new and modern, great concept for boat owners. Everyone was nice, condo owners next door, and guests. Only complaint is the tight parking and lack of parking for family members as guests. Would be nice if property owners could make a deal with Pine Tree Point resort.

Perfect stay for my family (and the pup)

The house and boat garage could not have worked out any better. Everything was in great shape and the marina across the bay made dropping in our boat a piece of cake. As for the owners; they went out of their way to ensure our stay was picture perfect - from me asking at the last minute for early check-in to a slight issue with the water heater. They went above and beyond! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.
