The Space:

Indulge in the comfort of our meticulously designed suites. Suite One, Suite Two, Suite Three, and Suite Four, all situated on the second floor, provide a private retreat with a queen-size bed, a full ensuite bathroom, and a cozy sitting area. Suite Two and the ground-floor Efficiency also offer a sofa bed for extra sleeping space. The ground-floor Efficiency features a queen-size bed, a sofa bed, a full bathroom, and easy access. The Bunky, also on the ground floor, is perfect for families or groups with a double bed and bunk beds. All suites are air-conditioned for year-round comfort. The gourmet kitchen is a culinary haven, equipped with a six-burner gas range, a salamander broiler, a large central island, two sinks, two dishwashers, and all the necessary tools to create delicious meals. Outside, enjoy the heated swimming pool (seasonal), hot tub, fire pit, and gazebo. For entertainment, the game room provides a space to relax. Complimentary parking and Wi-Fi are included.

Free parking is available on-site for your convenience. For those arriving by air, Buffalo Niagara International Airport (BUF) is approximately a 1-hour and 30-minute drive away.

Please note that a detailed booklet with all home instructions, local restaurant recommendations, and area activities is available in the kitchen for your convenience. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Free parking is available on the premises. Please be aware that jumping off the roof into the swimming pool is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction.
