The property was ideal for our purposes and the pool was warm and secluded.Tavira was a convenient twelve minutes away with Aldi and Lidl stores easy to reach. The local restaurants were excellent and the O Forno in St Estevao and another O Forno in de Luz are highly recommended.

Totally relaxing eastern algarve

We all enjoyed the seclusion but were only 10 minutes from centre of Tavira.

A little paradise

The whole stay was absolutely wonderful. My partner, our baby and our mom stayed at this little paradise which provided everything we needed. Everything else you might need like s supermarket, fresh market and the beach are very close. And the people of Jacaranda are the best!

Lovely villa and very quiet

Villa was lovely and had everything you need in it. Communication was excellent and the little problem we had with the electric was sorted out immediately. Would definitely recommend this villa for a relaxing stay.

Perfect Family Spot

What a great property with everything we needed, the pool was excellent and child friendly, the place is a pure sun trap, the features of the house were perfect. As mentioned on other reviews the dogs barking is a constant but easy to zone them out, this property was excellent in that it’s a short drive into Tavira, the local restaurant was lovely and overall we could not fault it.

Great house for adults - quite a lot of steps for young children/infirm adults - rooms very comfortable and well air conditioned and really well equipped kitchen (so nice to have spices/oil immediately available). Also close enough to Tavira to grab an Uber if you want to properly enjoy any of the great restaurants in the town. Thank you Jonny for the easy check in and advice!

Amazing peace.

The property was simply phenomenal. The team; Angie, Cosme, etc. was very flexible and understanding. The house was perfectly clean and it has all necessary utensils and tools for a great eating in vacation. The pool was awesome for the kids with the outside coal grill right next to it.

Excellent Secluded Villa

Great property, very clean, lots of space, good sized swimming pool and in a quiet area (there were a few dogs barking in the evening but it wasn't a major issue). Lots of local restaurants to choose from but you do need a car. Property manager Jonny was very helpful with info on things to do, restaurants and supermarkets.

Everything was fine

we spent almost the whole day at the pool. to eat, we drove 10 minutes by rental car to tavira or had a barbecue. the bedrooms are air conditioned and there is a dishwasher and a washing machine. WiFi is also available. we enjoyed the holiday very much!

Great villa

Fab villa. Great location on the Algarve. As others have said some dog noise and entrance not great but a small issue compared to the great villa. Well stocked villa with all equipment, utensils, white goods etc needed for a family stay. Would happily return and recommend to all. Great views. Weather perfect. Air con in bedrooms much appreciated. Pool fantastic and regularly cleaned. House was really interesting. Thanks for having us. Really enjoyed.

We’ll equipped and spacious villa

Lovely villa set back in the hills. Pool clean and good size. Has all the equipment you could possibly need. Communication was excellent and responsive throughout. As we arrived late a lovely food hamper was left for us. Cafés within walking distance. Only negatives would be the busted cars near the villa entrance and local dogs barking as others have mentioned, but they can be tuned out!! Would recommend

Private and relaxing villa

The villa is very secluded with a great pool and extensive outside seating. All very well equipped and the owners are clearly cooks. The background noise of barking dogs seems normal for most areas in Portugal, which one soon got used to! A lone street light in the garden was an unusual feature, so one had to go to the front garden to watch the stars. Tavira is great and very easy to get into. Local restaurants all excellent and such good value. Proximity to Faro a big positive, left home after lunch and had dinner in the local restaurant. Overall a great holiday and good support from the agents, Jacaranda.

Tranquility and rural but close to attractions

Lovely location, very quiet and private. The villa itself is nice with 3 generous bedrooms which are all air conditioned, essential when it’s hot! There’s everything you need in the living areas, we didn’t switch the TV on but it’s there if you need entertainment other than the beautiful countryside and wonderful pool. The pool and outside area is nice with areas to sunbathe and to escape the hot sun under the vines and trees. The pool was chilly to start with as the weather hadn’t been too hot but was still bearable and when the sun shone it warmed up quickly and was nice for a cool down from the sun. There are plenty of restaurants within a short drive but please keep in mind that you will need a car. All in all a lovely location and villa, would recommend.

Old and non functionel

The own was not working Coffee mashine broken Knives in the kitchen did not work Lot of food in the kitchen was old, should have been thrown out Smell of gas The fuzes went off when you turned on the gas The tiles fell off inside the pool every day The washing mashine did not work Dirty pool when we arrived, pool men came wensday. Rat in the pool😳 The dishwasher , container for knives and forks was broken, holes in it. The entrance road was fill with broken cars, washing mashines , and at the house was parked an old car full off tools, did not looked nice.

Dear Pernille Many thanks for your very helpful feedback. We did our best to rectify the items that we were told about, replacing the coffee machine immediately and sending a repair man to reset the oven door. The washing machine unfortunately had, due to the extreme heatwave, burnt the circuit board out and has been replaced. We will repair or replace all the items now that you have informed us. We provide a 24 hour attendance service, so sorry that we did not know about many of these items ,we would have appreciated the opportunity to rectify these. Férias em família

Excelentes férias em família, a casa tem óptimas condições a piscina é muito boa para a família e o espaço exterior proporciona bons momentos. Apenas 2 reparos: 1) O check out foi apressado e "pressionado" pela equipa de limpeza que veio ainda antes das 10:00 (hora de checkout) 2) Fomos surpreendidos antes das 10 por equipas de manutenção e limpeza sem termos sido informados de tal. Tirando estes 2 episódios, tudo muito bom. Tranquilo tal como queriamos e com as comodidades essenciais a uma vida em família.

Die Location ist durchweg phantastisch! Sehr gepflegtes Haus und toller Pool. Super ausgestattete Küche, in der wirklich nichts fehlt. Die Schlafzimmer sind schön, praktisch und klimatisiert mit Bad gleich daneben. Das Ambiente im Hauptraum ist richtig schön. Es war eine wunderbare Zeit dort.(Keine Angst vor dem engen Schotterweg, es geht wirklich weiter rauf....)Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Aldi, Lidl und pingo doce sind in Tavira in ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen, schöne Lokale auch.Wir waren 4 Personen und haben uns 2 Wochen lang sehr wohl gefühlt.

Schönheit und Ruhe in den Bergen

Das Haus mit seinem Interieur ( Kunst Möbel )und „ very british“ sowie einer Küche waren nur zum wohlfühlen. Die Agentur ( Angie ) herzlich kompetent und gut erreichbar. Hundegebell für uns gut aushaltbar . We loved iit !

Vacances entre amis

Nous avons grandement apprécié l’accueil que nous ont réservé l’hote et son équipe! Tout ce dont nous avions besoin ete present dans le logement: machine a laver, lave-vaisselle, ustensiles de cuisine, appareils électroménager, serviette de bain et de plage. Une Smart TV (Netflix, Disney+, Youtube) été à disposition. Une piscine a 1.90m de profondeur et nettoyé autant que nécessaire. Le seul bémol c’est qu’il faut être véhiculé car la villa est très éloignée du centre. Il faut compter 35-45 min du centre ville (Faro-Albufeira) avec péage chaque jour. Nous nous organisons donc afin de ne pas rentrer trop tard.
