This luxury one bedroom, first floor condo is located on the award winning Riverwalk in the heart of Downtown Wilmington. The bedroom features a high end King sized bed and flat screen TV, with a washer and dryer in the closet. There is a full kitchenette with stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and microwave. The living area contains a comfortable sofa and flat screen TV. The balcony door opens directly onto the Cape Fear River Walk and is perfect for a cup of coffee in the morning or a cold beverage in the evening while watching the boats and people go by. You will be within walking distance of fine dining and shopping, and a short drive to our beautiful beaches. It truly is a private paradise.

Second Stay - 60th Wedding Anniversary

This is our second stay and this beautiful location. They have added a very useful kitchen counter which we loved and also painted the entire inside. Beautiful. Location, Location, Location. We are both 83YO and not as active as we once were. This is perfect! Easy walk to three of the Top Restaurants in Wilmington in addition to small specialty places. The location right on the Boardwalk is perfect for meeting folks and making friends. The sunsets were out of this world. We are looking forward to returning for my wife's 84th.

Absolutely wonderful! The location was so beautiful and everyone in the area was friendly. Great area for restaurants and shopping and just getting a good walk! Really wish the quote on average daily lodging more accurately represented the actual total cost.

Overall good. Entry key system needs simplification to improve ease of entry. Room AC excellent. Towels were too few and stained. Need better room maintenance. Bed and W/D were excellent. Shower was good. Mini-kitchen was useful. Very clean room. Location was great.

Great location, well appointed condo. Rental instructions clear and helpful. A minor issue: the rental booklet in the condo mentioned an air mattress & instructions for same for the sofa bed but there was no air mattress we could locate. Perhaps the booklet needs a minor update. Overall, this VRBO rental provided a superb lodging experience.

Senior Birthday Getaway

We are 83 YO seniors and love VRBO for giving us the ability to go to great places at a reasonable price. This was no exception! Location, location, location. What else is there? Very comfortable and close to everything. Easy Wheel Chair access for my wife and incredible hours spent on the deck, reading, visiting with a lot of the passer bys, and enjoy our toddy time. Contacted Rob once and he responded almost immediately. Bed was outstanding, the AC more than kept up with the hot August sun and was equipped to totally meet all our requirements. One suggestion - As you can see from the pictures, there is really no kitchen counter space. We drove and took two large cookie sheets to put on the stove top for counter space. Did not use the stove anyway. Had a wonderful Birthday Getaway for sure. Dave

Perfect Condo, Perfect Location

Wilmington is my favorite place in the world, and I travel here at least once each year - So far, none of the places I have stayed quite matched the charm of this one! Not only is this condo in the perfect location right along the Riverwalk in Downtown Wilmington, but it is also so well maintained and kept spotless. I would not hesitate to stay here again and I highly recommend this rental to anyone else who is considering staying here. You will not be disappointed! And who doesnā€™t love waking up and opening their door to a view like that? Canā€™t wait to stay here again in the future!

Wonderful Location

Wonderful location. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Enjoyed sitting on the patio, watching boats and passerbyā€™s. King size bed was extremely comfortable. If you are a coffee lover, be sure to bring coffee and filters as these are not stocked. However, there are several great coffee shops close by as well. Enjoyed our stay!!

Great location

Great location with an awesome view of the river, if you'd be any closer you would be in the water. The place was clean and the bed was very comfortable. My only complaints would be that it's a little noisy. You can hear the upstairs easily and the bedroom opens up to the street and in the morning you can hear the setting up or cleaning. Also, if you are bringing guest, friends or kids, know that the pullout is an air mattress. Luckily it didn't bother us, we had brought our own and used that instead. Overall it was a great place to stay and our kids had a blast people watching.

Perfect stay on the river

We loved our stay at this condo. It was perfect for our family of four (kids on the pull out soda). The location is amazing and the condo was super clean and had everything we needed for our three night visit. We will be back!

Great view! Area is historic with lots of great shops and restaurants. Within walking distance of lots of sightseeing. Riverwalk is relaxing. Bathroom and kitchen are tiny, not a lot of counter space. Bedroom and living area are good size.

Great place, outstanding location

Very easy. The Riverwalk in downtown is very scenic and centrally located. We will be back. Very clean and well appointed. Watch out for the glass coffee table. It is hazard.

This unit is in a great location but could use a little work inside. Pros: comfortable bed, nice linens on bed and towels very nice. Great AC. Convenient parking and the patio was nice for people watching. Small store next door for ice. Great sized unit for two people. Cons: TP holder needs to be fixed. Lighting in dining room could use a brighter bulb, even with the dimmer on high it was dark. Lamp next to sofa didn't work. And I know the property manager is working on getting the door lock fixed. I also understand why a previous poster commented on the living room table. It's not visible and guests can easily crash I to it.
