Each bedroom boasts its private entrance, offering unparalleled convenience and privacy. Step onto the deck to relish breathtaking views of hillside vineyards and Paso Robles, where the symphony of birdsong serenades you as you savor a peaceful picnic amid the fragrant pines. The main level, easily accessible via a ramp, showcases an updated kitchen, a cozy living area, a formal dining room, and a luxurious king bedroom with panoramic sunrise views and direct access to the wraparound deck. Indoor and outdoor dining options are available for up to six guests, perfect for intimate gatherings or family meals. Venture downstairs to discover an additional dining area for four, which provides a perfect spot for al fresco meals amidst the vineyard backdrop. Immerse yourself in the tranquility and beauty of wine country living at this enchanting retreat, where every detail is designed to enhance your stay and create lasting memories. ***Five Star Coffee Program- We start your stay with a supply of coffee, filters, coffee pods, cream, and sugar for our provided drip and pod-style coffee makers onsite at every home.
***Wi-Fi and/or power outages can occur periodically in our small town and rural settings, over which we have no control***There may be wildlife on site, including bugs, both inside and outside.***
***We continue to implement our already rigorous cleaning protocols along with an added layer of disinfecting, as we finalize for each guest arrival. On departure, we ask that you take out the trash and begin a load of towels in the laundry, if it exists onsite, and we require that you not leave any dirty dishes/pots & pans. A fee of up to $200 may be charged for dirty dishes/pots & pans.***

It's immaculately clean, incredibly comfortable and inviting. Peachy Canyon is a million dollar destination , a beautiful escape that instantly transports you. The views from the balcony were just spectacular the perfect home to soak in the quiet dark nights in Paso Robles cant wait to come back

Great view and location but smelly home and sofa is disgusting

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the house itself, the location and layout and configuration of beds and bathrooms and mostly definitely the view! Unfortunately the house is in desperate need of refreshing, it requires a deep clean and new furnishing. The only sofa in the house literally looks like it belongs in a junkyard. With all the windows closed and without continuous airflow the house smells like sweat and pee. There were rat droppings in the livingroom as well. I think the house is unfit to rent in its current condition and sadly I would not rent it again despite the qualities I really like about the property. Nothing was overtly dirty and the home and its contents are tidy, but from the stench the house and its furnishings are obviously not clean. It has the sweet sweaty smell of a lock room and is only tolerable with the windows open and fresh airflow.

My girlfriends and I had an amazing time. Amenities were excellent! The views were amazing. We witnessed a beautiful sunset on our second day. The views from the deck reminded me of the Rhône Valley sprawling hills dotted with vineyards and quaint homes. Beds were super comfortable, bathrooms clean. The only downside was taking awhile to figure out the shower temps but we got it figured out. We also enjoyed the wineries which are a stones throw from the house! Highly recommended!

Amazing view, terrace, warm evening...There are different animals in area. Coyotes, bats, birds, deers. Unfortunately there are rats. It is a little bit confused.But I see no traces inside house. Plates, glasses, pans - all presented in sufficient quantity. We really enjoyed our state.

The property is beautifully maintained, thoughtfully decorated, and offers all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to attractions yet peaceful enough to relax.However, one issue did affect our stay: a mouse problem. They came out about an hour after we arrived and didn't seem to care that we were there, which was unexpected and a bit unsettling and it did impact our experience.Aside from that, the rental itself was wonderful, and with this issue resolved, it would be an absolutely perfect getaway spot. I’d love to return, provided this concern is fully taken care of.

Excellent family stay

We came for a wedding and this stay allowed us to enjoy time with family, as well as in and around Oaso Robles. It was perfect for our family.

Paso Girls Trip

We spent 4 nights at the Peachy Canyon hillside home for. 60th birthday girls trip and loved it! Great location close to downtown and centrally located to all the wineries we visited. House was well equipped with everything we could have possibly needed. The views from the deck of the house were amazing!! We’d definitely return! Thanks for a great stay! ❤️🍷

Great View of Paso Robles!

The home is perfect for a large family. There were on 4 adults that stayed at the house but we wanted 2 king size beds and this property had that plus other options. The downstairs bathroom has a very low shower head that made it a little hard to take showers, felt like the bathtub is great for little children. Sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view or just reading a book was very relaxing. We would definitely return if we were in the area again!

The home was clean, and the 4 bedrooms were perfect for our party of seven. The drive to town was less than 5 minutes and wineries within 15 minutes. The wed-based virtual assistant on the wall is a good touch. Good time had by all.

Wonderful stay

Our stay at Peachy Canyon Place was just wonderful! The house was cozy and comfortable for our party of 6. Really close to downtown, but far enough away to get some quiet. The driveway up can be a little steep, so just be aware! Having 3 rooms all with king sized beds was a big plus and each room was very spacious. We spent our evenings sitting out on the deck watching the sunset, it really was a beautiful view! This made our first visit the Paso Robles so special, and we can't wait to stay again in the future.

Wine Country Goodness

It's exactly as presented. Very clean and well appointed, we were lacking nothing as far as comfort and the kitchen was well stocked with all that we needed. Beds were very comfy. If I had one recommendation it would be to offer a way to recycle bottles and cans. We all enjoyed the house, and especially the views and the quiet spot. We will come back!

Beautiful Views

Perfect place to stay for wine tasting. The view from the living room was gorgeous. The house was comfortable, and it was close to downtown. Definitely recommend.

Some good and some bad

The veiw was beautiful, location was great. Three full bedrooms, not four. We had 4 couples - one "bedroom" only slept one person. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and large (except for the single - it was very small). the diningroom was great. The kitchen and bathrooms was well stocked. There were serveral problems with the house. The large sectional sofa needs to go into a dumpster. It was in terrible condition. The lighting int the kitchen and livingroom was almost non-existent. they need more floor lamps in the livingroom and more lighting in the kitchen. (most of the light bulbs were burnt out.) the kitchen floor was sticky and some of the dishes were dirty. It seemed like there was a lot of deferred maintenance (The outdoor table needed some attention, the toilet in the upstairs bathroom needed some attention, the outdoor benches were broken and the bushes on the very narrow roadway needed to be trimmed. We couldn't get a light on at the front door. We loved Paso Robles, but I'm not sure we would stay at this house again.

Pleasant stay

Overall a pleasant, comfortable, quiet stay. The views are great. Lots of space inside and out. It was a little difficult to access the property with the key code. There is a beehive outside the main floor bedroom (master). Bees were coming inside the room through the walls. The hole needs to be closed up.
