Thacher Vineyard Retreat- 23 acres-2 miles from Downtown Paso Robles

Homestead Hill is a small ranch home on Thacher Winery's 23-acre estate vineyard just minutes from downtown Paso Robles, coastal towns, and over a hundred wineries. Each of the three bedrooms are simple and clean. The home is located on a working vineyard and is ready for your family or small group of friends to enjoy and relax. Depending on the season, you may see tractors or harvest crew; however, work in the vineyard is necessary throughout the growing season. This house has great views of the coastal mountains, is immaculate and private, and is exclusively used for vacation rental purposes.

The full kitchen is modern and equipped with a six-burner range top and warming drawer, GE double ovens, microwave, gas grill & propane, Bosch dishwasher, coffee maker and grinder, and milk foamer, as well as a French press. It has all the prep, serving, and tableware necessities to prepare and serve meals.

Step onto the covered patio and enjoy your meals and some of the wines you collected during your stay. The view from the chairs around the fire pit is best (with plenty of firewood). There is also a bonus room, hidden upstairs in a stand-alone structure perfect for a good book or a movie night for the kids.

This vacation rental is a licensed business within San Luis Obispo County, owned and operated by Land Grant LLC. Thacher Winery & Vineyard Inc. farms and manages the 23-acre ranch and vineyard. No smoking or parties are allowed anywhere on the property.
