Beautiful lake house, great hosts!

We rented this property for a reunion and stayed with 9 kids and 13 adults. The houses are lovely and easy to be in. The hosts were very communicative, accomodating, and responsive before, during, and after our stay. There was a very minor problem when we arrived, and the property manager appeared basically instantly! There are so many rentals that are not as good as they seem, or the hot tub is grimy, or the AC doesn't work, or the lake front house is not actually lake front, or you can't get any questions answered....this was not like that one bit! Can't wait to come back.

Scenic serenity.

Lake Harmony is so pretty and you can see enjoy it from the dock, the deck, the hot tub or the rustic charm of the big windows in the cottage. It feels like home.

Family getaway

We had an amazing weekend at this property. Our group of 15+ slept comfortably; the cottage is absolutely lovely and was a great oasis for anyone who needed to escape the events at the main house for a moment of solitude. Our hosts were very hospitable and made several accommodations for us. They were available around the clock during our stay. The house is very close to big boulder and we enjoyed the nine minute commute from the house to the slopes. All in all, great time!

VRBO 7079308 These houses are simply fantastic. You could not ask for a better location and view. Two kitchens and both well stocked with everything we needed to cook, drink and eat. Main room in the larger house was big enough for all of us to hang out. Photos of the house are spot on and the area is fantastic. We cannot wait to go back again.

Just What the Doctor Ordered

Extended family needed to get away and we were so fortunate to find these houses last minute. Views of the lake are amazing, especially from the hot tub and outdoor fire pit by the deck overlooking the lake. Was great for our group of 20 to spread out, with plenty of bedroom and beds (more than enough for everyone). Old and young alike enjoyed the pool table and indoor hot tub in the larger house, with large flat screen tvs (some smart) and wifi to keep everyone entertained. Barry, the owner, responded to every question and was a pleasure to deal with. We look forward to coming back again, as we have been to this area before and this is a great all season property and location.

AMAZING TIME

This place was a small slice of heaven. Perfect location. Beautiful views. Plenty of things to do. Barry was amazing to deal with. He was very personable. I took my entire family on this vacation. 8 adults and 9 children. Plenty of room for everyone and every single person had an amazing time. We will def be looking to come back in the future.

Amazing!!

We had such a great time at this home. It was very spread out and we had tons of room. The kids loved both jacuzzis and had a blast. Great home for a large party. The lakefront area is beautiful with a fire pit, jacuzzi and large dock. Would love to return sometime!

2nd time we rented both houses

I have a group of 15 good friends that take a 3 day golf trip together every year. The accommodations are perfect for our group of middle aged men, separate beds for all. The location is just perfect, absolutely could not ask for more. Barry has been great to deal with, always answers any and all questions more than promptly. It's just a great place and god willing we will back again

Great House

Great house with a great location. Everything that you could ask for in a poconos house. Very close to skiing and restaurants. We had a great time and look forward to checking it out again in the summertime and take advantage of the lake.

Loved it!!

My whole extended family has been staying in Barry's houses for years. These two houses have the added attraction of being right on the lake, and saying the view and the setting is spectacular is an understatement. The houses are extremely well kept and have all modern conveniences. We walked to Nicks for Pizza and to Terra Cottage for breakfast, but a short drive from the houses are what seem like endless activities. We especially like how much there is to do in the area. From disc golf to the boulder field to horse back riding. Mini golf ,Bocce courts within a mile in the summer are nice too. We look forward to spending our vacation at these and other houses Barry owns for years to come. You cannot find anything better in Lake Harmony.

wonderful experience

A group of couples spent the most amazing time at these houses. Outdoor hot tub overlooking the frozen lake was one of the most beautiful settings you can imagine. Several of us enjoyed relaxing, catching up and sitting by one of the two fireplaces or outdoor fire pit. Others were outdoor types and went skiing at both Jack Frost and Big Boulder, both of which were just a few minutes away. In the evenings it was just a small walk to the local restaurants, and Terra Cottage is great for breakfast and shopping for unique clothes. Barry and Kari were great hosts, answering all our questions right away. We cannot wait to come back again and again.

Fun Pocono's getaway

A group of medical students stayed at these houses and absolutely loved them. We went right after an exam to be able to get away from it all and relax. The houses were perfect - hot tubs, comfortable couches and beds, and views of the lake were exactly what we needed. Of course, when we wanted to get out, the local places to eat and drink were only a short walk away. If you want to get away to a beautiful place to relax and enjoy a magnificent setting, in houses that are top notch, this is the place to go. We were very grateful to Barry for all the assistance he provided to us. We hope to make this an annual tradition.

Perfect Choice for a Large (or any) Group!

These houses worked out perfectly for our large group of 24 people. The houses were a very short walk to the local restaurants and bars and there was plenty to do in the area. Views of the lake are amazing. Houses have everything you want or need, and photos actually do not do them justice — they are even nicer. Beds are extremely comfortable and houses have all the amenities: hot tubs, pool table, cable, smart TV’s, wifi, and more. Plenty of room for everyone - the grand room in larger house accommodated our whole group, but the cottage provided a nice little get-a-way for those that wanted some more privacy. Barry, the owner, was a pleasure to deal with. He responded to all our inquiries almost immediately and his instructions were spot on. We plan to return to these houses for our next Poconos trip.

Great Location for Large Group Get Away

These two properties are by far the best location for large families or groups to spend time together on the lake. The view is amazing and peaceful with new upgrades to the houses over the past couple years. My family and I have been renting for the past 4 years every Thanksgiving and look forward to many more. Barry the owner is great, easy to work with and always available for anything you may need. I definitely recommend renting
