Welcome to your one and only lakefront oasis with LED ball pit, lake front hot tub, private back yard and boats and kayaks!

We are centrally located minutes from Walmart, Kalahari, Great Wolf Lodge, Camelback, Mount Airy Casino, Premium Outlet, PA Rail Bike, Horsing Riding & local farms.

Here you can go boating, kayaking, fishing directly from our backyard oasis or relax on the oversized dock and deck. We also have indoor activities for all ages – karaoke, game room, LED ball pit, theatre, GYM and more.

There’s also heated seasonal outdoor swimming pools, basketball/tennis courts, beaches in the community. Separate daily amenity pass is required to use the pool and miniature golf etc. Amenity pass can be purchased from the HOA main office during your stay for $12 per person, children under 3 play free.

We feature 6 bedrooms with 4 full bathrooms on three levels. First floor with lake front big deck features 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. On the first floor we have a living room, dinning room, kitchen, laundry room, theater with karaoke and game room, ball pit room, one full bathroom, one king bedroom with convertible single bed and one double queen bedroom.

2nd floor features 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths: King bed Master with convertible sofa single bed with en-suite bathroom and private patio overlooking lake, King bedroom with workspace, King bedroom with queen size futon.

Lower level opens in the back to the lake features 1 bedroom 1 full bath with poker room, pool table, gym and extra living room. The bedroom has a quad-bunkbed that’s single over single and full over full.

A $300 pre-stay hold is required. For your safety, security cameras are installed above the front door entrance and in the back yard.
