Beach home located in Terramar Beach. Home built in 2005 and is in outstanding condition. Sleeps five comfortably. Full kitchen with microwave oven and outdoor grill. Pet friendly with fenced yard. Long term negotiable.
Beach is within walking distance, golf cart rentals available, but driving with free parking is suggested.
Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Water Park are 12-15 miles driving. Municipal golf course is 12 miles and many popular restaurants with same driving area.
House has full refrigerator, front deck for Ocean viewing on front deck and back deck for bay viewing. WIFI provided.
Home is pet friendly, but unsupervised young adults are not allowed. Eviction with no deposit refund is a remedy. for young adults violators. Winter Texans and Extended Stay corporate professionals welcome.

This beach house was really nice and clean. Well maintained and has everything we needed.

We rented this home for our immediate family to enjoy and it had everything we needed to have a fun weekend. Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful Beach Vacation!!

The house was conveniently located and had everything we could possibly need. The views were amazing!! Fenced in yard for the pups. Preston is wonderful and worked with me for a pleasant stay. I will definitely rent this place again!!

Preston was great and his house was extremely accommodating. We had a small issue with the master bathroom and he fixed it the same day. Great location with multiple beach access points within a 2 minute drive.

Great place for families

This was a wonderful experience. The property owner is very responsive, and the property is well maintained. There are a lot of items on the property to use for beach activities. Also the pool on the property was very fun for the kids once they were tired of the beach.

Quiet and clean

We enjoyed our stay at Terramar Beach at this little house between the beach and the bay. Clean throughout, peaceful surroundings and a good spot to enjoy the beach.

Relaxing weekend

The home was perfect for our family of 4 and our dog. It was clean, well stocked, comfortable beds and a fenced in yard for the puppy. Great location, quiet neighborhood and a relaxing time for all.

A wonderful Birthday week at the beach

The house was very clean and laid out well. Preston is a doll. The location is quite and a very short walk to the beach. This was perfect for social distancing.

Vacation with friends.

We loved the house and had a great time staying in it. Plenty of space for our group and easy to get to the beach from the neighborhood. The owner was helpful and responsive and made it easy to check in and out. Would be happy to return next time we go to the beach!

Perfect Quarantine Vacation

The house was very clean with all amenities needed to socially distance. It had a lovely view of both the bay and beach side with easy access to both. Our dog loved accompanying us on this trip. Overall our whole family had a wonderful time.

Clean with a View of Beautiful Wetlands and Walkable Beach and Bay Access!

We stayed over July 4th weekend with my little boys. Despite the beaches being closed for Covid-19, we had a great time because the house was extremely clean and we could walk over to the bay to swim and fish. So many toys for my toddler to play with too! We walked to the beach as well once it opened back up Monday. Preston was a great vrbo host and checkin and check out were so easy. Definitely recommend staying in the cute community of Teramar beach!

Good location, great view of the bay, easy beach access. Very easy check in! Recommend renting a gold cart for trips to the beach and convenient store.

We loved our beach house and will come here again. Owner was very friendly and very helpful getting around the area and is right there if you need him. Everything you need is on site and plenty of games and beach accessories in storage for use. Great weekend Stay.

Wonderful house and location.

Great stay for our family and our dog. Located in Terramar Beach neighborhood. Great neighborhood to walk our dog and the home has a gated backyard. There are unobstructed views of the bay and a preservation area from the back of the property so you can enjoy bird watching, water view and sunsets. And the home is very comfortable, great kitchen and provides all you need for a great beach getaway.

Mini family getaway

The house was very nice and clean! We enjoyed the pool with the kids. Enjoyed drinking our coffee on the back deck. The owner was very nice and helpful. Definitely must come back for another stay! Pet Friendly property that was a plus. Overall great experience! Thank you!

Perfect Location / Pet Friendly / Safe and Secure

We loved this beach house! I went to the beach for 4th of July with my daughter, her friend, and our large-breed (but well-behaved!) dog. The house has a fenced-in back yard that the dog really enjoyed. He also liked the back and front porches. The house is within an easy distance from the beach and the bay without the sand/dirt or bustle of being directly on the beach or bay. The owner was available in case we needed anything, but honestly the house had everything we needed - coffee! creamer! and of course bed linens and towels. The house is very clean and well-decorated. I felt very safe and secure in the neighborhood and walked the dog a lot by myself.
