Enjoy this charming sunny ranch across the street from Lake Winnipesaukee with a large yard for sports , games & family activities. Fantastic fireplace located in main living space. This fun and relaxing vacation house has many amenities and set up perfectly for couples, families or groups. Three spacious bedrooms . There is an additional space which can accommodate 1 full size bed . It is perfect for the family / friends sleeps 8 comfortably . Additional sleeping arrangements on futon couch and pullout bed .

There are three 3 beds ,and a bunk bed set with bottom queen & single on top . There is also a queen futon in the inside sun porch.
Barbecue and enjoy your meals in the inside screened porch and watch the kids play in the large yard.

This property was selected due to it's value relative to other properties near the beach - Half a block to the lake & short drive to downtown Meredith. Jeanne was quick to help & answer questions, and she & her husband stopped in to assure everything was OK!

peaceful, comfortable living, location unbeatable.

8 family members ranging from 18 to 70, enjoyed your home very much and location was perfect for us and so quiet at night. Had some meals at home, some in town worked well either way. Took us a bit to find lake path as we went wrong location, but your neighbor(Tom I think) was very helpful and friendly. Enjoyed cornhole and barbeque too. We would definitely book this home again if we return to area, Beautiful countryside,had no idea what we were missing on east coast.

Clean and comfortable

Came for bike week in Laconia and this property is about 15 miles from the main event but we knew that before coming. Nice house in a beautiful neighborhood. One thing I would suggest is to have a real carpenter come and fix the front deck where it’s missing a support underneath along the front edge. Otherwise everything was great.

Great location

We had a great time here. The house is a very short walk to the lake and we basically had the beach area to ourselves for the week. The house fit everyone comfortably and the bungalow was great for extra guests who visited. The bathroom in the bungalow is gorgeous, they should include pictures. Jeanne was easy to deal with, always quick to answer any questions I had.

Lovely Cottage in Awesome Location

The photos online do not do this property justice. This home has a nice flow and spacious rooms, a newly updated kitchen and two updated bathrooms. The little beach across the road is perfect for families and access to the lake for kayaking, etc. The proximity to Meredith is very close--like a five minute drive. There are lots of fun things to do in the area, such as boat tours (we did the antique speedboat tour in Wolfeboro and that was AWESOME!), Weirs Beach (only about 20-ish minutes away), mini-golf, go-karts, lots of fantastic restaurants (we tried Giuseppe's for pizza at the Mills Falls Marketplace, Sunshine & Pa's for breakfast, and the Town Docks--such a fun place for dinner with live music, ducks wandering around, right on the lake). Shopping is terrific as well. The lake itself is a sight to behold. It is gorgeous. A few pointers if you're going to stay at this particular house: you will need to bring your own sheets, bath (hand and body) & beach towels, and kitchen washcloths. This was not an issue for us since we were driving from 1.5 hours away but could be if you're flying in. There is a Hannaford's grocery store about five minutes down the road. The house is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood that is great for families and taking walks. We will definitely consider this rental in the future! :)

Great Lake Vacation

We had an amazing time here! Jeanne was always helpful with any questions we had and answered them right away. The location is pristine only 5 minutes from the center and about 15 minutes from Weirs Beach. We hit up all our regular spots on Lake Winni. The little beach across the street was sandy and perfect for kids and adults alike. We enjoyed the Kayaks almost every morning and fire pit at night. The bungalow is a great added bonus and we can’t say enough about this lovely house! Our family will definitely be back again!! Thank you Jeanne for sharing your little slice of paradise.

Family vacation at the lake

4 adults and 2 children under 3 yrs. Had a fantastic time. The beach is a short 2 min. walk...sandy beach, shallow entry into water was great. The separate "auntie pod" was a hit. The owner, Jeanne, was amazing to work with. We hope to return in 2021.

We rented this property for 3 days in June 2018. The house itself was very nice. The living room was spacious, and we spent a lot of time in the front porch that had a view of the lake and surrounding area. Bedrooms were comfortable, and there was plenty of room for all 8 of us. The bungalo house was enjoyed by my daughter, and had a very luxurious tub. It's nice if you want quiet time from the rest of your group. We enjoyed the kayaks, and paddle boat, but had to bring them across the street to the community access beach. We also enjoyed our family time around the fire pit. The one downside was that the clean dishes were not so clean, so guests should at least rinse the dishes before use.

Nice New England

Spent a nice Christmas holiday with friends and family . Great wood burning fireplace really adds to the charm during a winter vacation . The house is roomy and has everything one could possibly need . The lake views out the windows with the snowy winter scene were quite beautiful while sitting a coffee in the morning The owner is quick to do her best to handle any problems that may arise . All in all a great winter rental !

Great stay

What a great find. Location is fantastic. Short walk across the street to the lake where the kids loved to play in the sand and in the water. House is clean and spacious. Porch is the perfect place to relax in comfy Adirondack chairs and have a drink. Huge yard with a volley ball net. Neighborhood is quiet and perfect for walks or biking. Would definitely come back!!
