Custom built in 2014, this home encompasses an impressive array of details including a gourmet kitchen with breakfast nook, marble counter tops, beautiful hardwood floors, reclaimed barn beams, two custom built bunk rooms, a great room bar with Kegerator with two wine captain's, great room wood burning fireplace, custom beach side mud room, 7 en-suite bedrooms, Hydrotherapy spa, cedar sauna, gym, opulent master suite complete with fireplace, champagne whirlpool tub, double vanity and a lakeside private balcony, two home theaters, Sonos music system, wireless internet and a game room with Ping Pong table. Very nice and spacious..

very nice stay-location is great we had 20 pp and it was plenty of space Pool was a definite hit as the lake was a bit rocky and rough at times Great back yard for sunsets every night- Some minor things could be improved based on what you pay daily--cleaning, organization of garage, beach equipment etc--also hot tub is less than steller, hot but jets barely work-fitness room is nothing to get excited about with that all said we are definitely coming back Overall loved it and Christopher was very responsive with any needs or concerns

This property is fabulous! We were a family of 16 ranging in age from 14 to 76. There was plenty of sleeping room and enough bathrooms to satisfy our crowd. The hot tub and pool were a big hit with everyone. We are a family that loves to cook and bake, and this kitchen is spacious and very well equipped. Other than a couple of lunches, we didn’t bother to eat out because it was so nice to all be together in the lovely big kitchen and dining area. The large covered deck is such a great hang out space, even on the one rainy afternoon and evening , and the retractable screens worked well to keep out the bugs. Christopher was super responsive to any questions we had during our stay. We highly recommend this property for any large group. With all the house offers and the great beach combing, there is no need to go off in search of other activities.

Family vacation

Our family of seventeen had a wonderful week at this beautiful property. The home was well kept and great for our large group with multiple ages. The pool and outdoor area were fabulous with gorgeous sunset views each evening. Having a nice grassy area was good for our kids to play ball and frisbee, etc., and the private beach area was enjoyable. I appreciated that the home was well stocked with necessities as well as beach chairs, beach towels, and plenty of bottled water. Our teenagers enjoyed the game room. We liked the home so much that we barely left to do anything else all week. Highly recommend Donna Smartt

Close to perfect!

This wonderful home has it all—fabulous location right on Lake Michigan, with gorgeous sunsets, beautiful private beach; saltwater pool for closer water play on a patio with an outdoor kitchen with grill and fire pit; and a 3-level house with everything! Our favorite parts were the great communal seating in the living and dining rooms, the lovely sunroom with its elevated view of the yard and lake, the terrific bedroom arrangements, and the fabulous extensive well-equipped kitchen which allowed multiple cooks to easily assist each other. Our stay here was very much enhanced by the host, Christopher Miles, whose facilitation eased everything from a 1-day power outage (didn’t impact us at all! Chris immediately advised that the house had a generator and then kept us appraised of progress for restoration), to handling getting workers out to deal with things like pool issues. Chris was always super-prompt, courteous and efficient. All in all, the week in this beautiful house, overseen by this wonderful property manager, was all close to perfect!

Beautiful house

We all had a wonderful time at this beautiful home! Chris was very easy to work with and took care of any questions we had. We enjoyed the sunset cruise and donut boat rental in Saugatuck and enjoyed lunch at The Barge. Beautiful area!

Family & Friends Vacation

This property has it all - the house is immaculate and setup well for large groups (we had 6 adults and 6 young kids). The pool and outdoor bar/firepit was great for both poolside lunches, dinner, smores and drinks. The beach was easily accessible and the views every morning and evening were outstanding. The pictures don't do the house justice! Thanks Chris!

30th celebration with family and friends

The house was pretty amazing. The size was impressive, lots of seating, all the bells and whistles (sonos, kegerator, outdoor kitchen, ping pong table, gas fire pit etc). Right on Lake Michigan with breathtaking sunsets. Only two negatives- 1) The outdoor heated pool was not open. Nowhere in the description of the booking is it mentioned as a seasonal item. Was told, once booked, that it wasn't going to be available, then told maybe would be open but in the end was not. 2) Fruit flies. When we first got there only noticed some around the keg but by the end of the weekend had spread all around the bar area. All in all, it was a spectacular weekend, one for the books. Christopher was always easy to contact and very helpful thought the process.

Fun and peaceful!

Beautiful property; great for family gatherings ( very kid friendly , lots of extra entertainment; pool toys board games). Pool was great, view was amazing and house looks even better in person. Chris manager easy to deal with. Will plan on return visit

Stunning rental

We rented the house for a Ryder cup event with 16 people. The house comfortably slept everyone and helped create a fantastic experience for all. The amenities are second to none. The kitchen and bar area being separated helped separate work and fun! The bedrooms were very comfortable and access to the bathroom was great. We will definitely be back next year.

Family reunion

What a fabulous home. My husband and I rented it for our family to gather together for a momentous birthday. It was wonderful, the 7 spacious bedrooms accommodated our children and grandchildren. The bedrooms are such that every room has direct access to a bathroom...real plus. The kitchen was the best stocked rental we have ever rented, with plenty of pots, pans, bowls, serving pieces, plates, flatware and glassware. We really appreciated that on arrival all the essentials, from toilet paper to dish soap, etc was there for the initial start up... The lake and beach were awesome, especially with small children. We also enjoyed the use of the sunfish sail boat, great place to teach the novice.
