Welcome to the Beehive! Come enjoy this beautiful getaway tucked in the woods just south of Holland, Michigan! Located a few minutes from Holland, Saugatuck State Park, and Laketown Beach, this gorgeous home sits on 3.5 acres. This home was built in 2016 and is perfect for reunions, or large friend or family gatherings. All ages are welcome; toddlers through grandparents. There is something for everyone! Linens, pillows, and comforters are all provided as well as bath and beach towels. There are 5 bathrooms, 4 of them full, giving plenty of space and privacy. In the walk-out basement, there is a pool table, large entertainment area and foosball table. A kitchenette is available in the basement for poolside snacks and drinks. If that's not enough to do, have a ping-pong tournament in the garage! There is over 5,000 square feet of living space, huge kitchen, plenty of space for dining/cooking together. The screened-in porch overlooks the pool and is perfect for slow mornings, warm afternoons or quiet evenings.

Did I fail to mention an outdoor heated pool and hot tub? The pool is open from May 1st to September 30th. The large saltwater pool has a sun deck at one end which is perfect for little ones, and gradually leads to a deep end with a diving board. A 6 person hot tub is adjacent to the pool, and is great for cool nights after skiing or just relaxing all day long. Bittersweet Ski Resort is only 35 miles away! Grills and a fire pit complete the outdoor living! We also have poolside furniture, a sand volleyball court and yard games. A small pond is present on the property to try your hand at fishing.

A bike path runs right next to the entrance of our property that gives you access to all sorts of amazing parts of Michigan. Six adult bikes and five child bikes are provided for group bike rides to climb the dunes, grab lunch, or just explore. Miles of paved trails are perfect for all ages and skill levels. Holland and Saugatuck are fantastic small towns: tons of restaurants, art galleries, bars and lots of unique stores and markets. There is fruit picking available: blueberries, apples, strawberries, pumpkins, wineries and the beautiful beaches of Lake Michigan. Laketown Beach is just a few minutes away, as well as the beaches outside of Holland: Ottawa Beach and Holland State Park. Fishing charters or boat rentals are also available. If you are looking to vacation in the winter, try Bittersweet skiing or local snowmobile trails.

We take outdoor, late-night noise seriously! No high school or college parties at all; this home is made for families! No weddings, receptions, no shooting firearms/firecrackers. Outdoor quiet time starts at 10pm per township rules during the week and we want to respect the beautiful neighborhood as well as other vacationers/neighbors. We have security cameras that cover the front drive and the backyard. We may request a photo ID after booking and also reserve the right to use a guest screening service when appropriate, which must be completed before staying at the property.
