Welcome to our remodeled oceanfront condo DIRECTLY ON beautiful Keawakapu beach! Mana Kai is a hotel zoned resort in an ideal location, on the border of Wailea and South Kihei. We have designed our condo with a modern and comfortable surf feel in mind. We strive to bring the essence of Maui to your stay with us and hope you will love it as much as we do!

This area around Wailea/Kihei is called "South Maui" and is the sunniest spot on Maui. It is located 45 minutes south of Lahaina. Fortunately, this area was unaffected by any wildfire activity.

Mana Kai 608: Mana Kai sits on the most ideal location on Maui on the most ideal beach "Keawakapu". This location has direct access to both Wailea and Kihei, and 5 minutes to beautiful Makena and Makena Landing. Enjoy a short 20 minute ride from the airport which is nice after a long flight (vs. an hour drive from airport to Kaanapali/Napili/Kapalua/Lahaina areas). South Maui has easy access to everything Maui has to offer!

Why Mana Kai? After an extensive search on Maui, it was crystal clear (like the water on this beach) that Mana Kai would be our choice. We absolutely love this location situated on an ideal beachfront spot directly on the ocean and smack dab on the border of highly sought after Wailea and South Kihei. Having a grocery store and beach gear rental store right on site makes it so easy for guests. "The Beach House" restaurant by Merriman's is currently being built out and will open in late 2026 will make it even better!!

Personal Property Manager: Since we don't reside on Maui, we (Mana Kai 608 owners) have privately contracted with the best Property Manager on the Island to take care of your every need at Mana Kai 608. Tracy O'Reilly has proven experience and treats her clients how we would welcome any guest into our home. Her team will help you navigate the expectations before and during for a worry free trip!

We take your health and safety very seriously! We have our own professional cleaning team for Mana Kai 608, your safety, comfort and well-being are very important to us!

Mana Kai 608 is situated DIRECTLY on an incredible beach and walkable to the Wailea shops and dozens of restaurants throughout Wailea and Kihei. Wailea Tennis Club and lots of golf are nearby as well. This spot is perfect for families with kids of all ages too, less hassle, more beach/pool time and fun right out your door. We provide 4 beach chairs, umbrella, 2 coolers, metal hydroflasks, outdoor wine tumblers, beach towels, kids beach toys and other beach goodies in the condo for your convenience!

After staying in many of the nearby resorts and condos, we chose Mana Kai because it sits on a stunning and level sandy beach, many convenient on site “resort-like” amenities, mellow vibe and sunny south Maui location. A truly rare find, Mana Kai sits directly oceanfront on one of the most clear and beautiful, swimmable beaches on Maui. Simply put, Mana Kai 608 is situated with better views, bigger lanais and even closer to the water than you get at the "oceanfront" or "ocean view" hotel rooms and you walk right out to the beach at Mana Kai or watch the sunset from your own oceanfront lanai.

The beach: Keawakapu Beach is a highly sought after beach for visitors to Maui due to its incredible clarity and world class snorkeling, sand bottom and gentle enough waves for all ages and water sports. Enjoy the view of the water in front of you instead of sitting behind endless rows of umbrellas and chairs often times at the resort beaches. Mana Kai shares the pristine Keawakapu beach with a row of multimillion dollar private oceanfront homes resulting in a more tranquil setting for all to enjoy. Staying at Mana Kai 608 you can enjoy all the incredible beauty that Maui has to offer, right beneath your feet.

Turn Key Service offering: We have privately contracted with Tracy O'Reilly and her team to manage our condo. Tracy's team will provide incredible service to our guests. They are a small Maui team with a proven track record.

Getting there: Mana Kai an easy 20 minute drive from the airport. Mana Kai is on the most southern part of Kihei, bordering Wailea, so you can drop down from Piilani Highway on Kilohana street to get to and from Mana Kai versus driving through the South Kihei road traffic.

The Space: OK, back to the condo itself! During your stay in Mana Kai 608, you will be cooled by ocean breezes and commanding sunset and ocean views. It features a private lanai with the sound of the waves in your ocean view bedroom. It also includes 3 ceiling fans and 2 new A/C units to keep you comfortable and cool. This condo has a full kitchen and 2 private full bathrooms. Both bedrooms have high quality beds and a queen-sized sofa sleeper with a memory foam mattress in the living room. The master bedroom faces the ocean and the sliding shoji screens allow you to customize your privacy needs while not obstructing the ocean views! Guests will drift off to sleep with the sound of the ocean waves. Ahhh.. sleep is calling.

Mana Kai 608 has a private large lanai with amazing ocean views. The building is directly on the beach and includes a heated, oceanfront, saltwater pool which is a rarity in Maui. There is also a beautiful grassy area with lounge chairs and a shower to rinse off before heading back into condo. This 6th floor condo is located on one of the highest floors in the center of the building with coveted views.

Spend relaxing days soaking up the Maui sunshine as well as action packed days at the beach as you swim, lounge, boogie board, surf, fish, paddle board, scuba dive, kayak, yoga, walk/run along the beach, whale watch, boat, snorkel.

-Mana Kai Paddle & Kayak- Locally owned business on site at Mana Kai! Visit their direct website or call them for information on renting gear, excursions and/or lessons and even book them in advance if your stay! Rent body boards, snorkel sets, paddleboards, kayaks, bikes et all! Inside our condo we have a “beach gear" closet where you will find an umbrella, 4 chairs, 2 coolers, beachbag, waterproof fannypack, metal hydroflasks an assortment of sand toys and even a beach wagon!

-808 General Store- Locally owned store on site at Mana Kai sells groceries, adult and kid bevies, sandwiches, salads, beach gear, reef safe sunscreen and anything else you may have left off your packing list!

-Heated saltwater oceanfront pool- We provide your beach and pool towels, you will find them inside the condo.

-Oceanfront yoga studio- Maui Yoga Path is a locally owned on site yoga studio for the past 30 years! Please visit their direct website for up to date schedules and classes or even to book classes.

-On site newly remodeled fitness center

-On site business center, 2 computers and a printer

-Free assigned parking stall

-Oceanfront gas BBQs- Reserve grill at front desk day before, we provide grilling tools!

-Safe located inside condo

-Credit card laundry facilities- Super convenient right across from condo unit! We provide detergent pods for our 608 guests. 2 HUGE washer and dryers to double your load volume while keeping the noise and heat out of your living space.

-EXCITING RESTAURANT NEWS! The acclaimed Hawaii restaurant group Merriman’s is hard at work building out their new oceanfront dining space at Mana Kai! They will be opening a farm to table restaurant called “The Beach House” at Mana Kai! They also own Monkeypod, Merrimans at the Ritz Carlton in Kapalua and The Beach house on Kauai. Plans are to open in late 2026. The gym, business center and/or yoga studio may close intermittently during this build out time due to their proximity to the restaurant space. Not to worry about meals however, besides 808 General Store on site, no shortage of nearby restaurants in the meantime! Mana Kai is within a 2-minute ride, drive, bike or walk to dozens of restaurants right there in Kihei and Wailea. Food delivery services such as Hopper Maui, DoorDash, Maui Hub (farmers markets goodies), Uber Eats and Instacart deliver to Mana Kai 608. Put condo 608 on your order and a note to drop off at front door of 608. Owner tip: Order fish tacos from Coconuts (Kamaole location) on one of the delivery apps for an easy beach/poolside meal! Have it delivered to condo and just buzz upstairs to pick it up from condo front door then back down to beach. Please don't have anything delivered to front desk, Mana Kai 608 is privately owned.

Mana Kai 608 is located on the 2nd to highest building level, not in a condo situated immediately over restaurant. We have discounted the rates during these months regardless, for the inconvenience of our guests not being able to access the restaurant or potential renovation noise. It's a great time to take advantage of the reduced rates!
